I got a phone and opened a line on March 28, 2020. Withing 6 days, I requested a refund. The manager was rude as hell. She refused to help me in any way and the other employee there knew nothing! I called customer support to receive a refund and they told me the store has to do it. I called the store back and she REFUSED to give me one. She just put the phone down and didnt help. So I called customer service BACK and informed them of what happened and the man said he was canceling my service and I would be receiving a check in the amount of $135 and some change. I never received the check. I called boost back and now they say there was never a case and im not getting anything back. Bunch of bull. Manager Is terrible and needs to be replaced by someone who has some brains.

I came to the store with an issue and was helped by Rae. I know where to go if I ever have questions or concerns. She was friendly, professional and most importantly I felt valued as a customer! Great job Rae!

They are clean and well maintained and have variety of products including the upgraded and updated models.

I came with the intention of changing companies, they did not have the equipment that they advertised as free, they sent me to another branch at the other end of the city, where supposedly the team was giving away when they arrived at the establishment I found the surprise that they did not have the equipment either, that there was a mistake and that besides it was no longer free that he had to pay for it.Bad organization and communication among your employees !!!
