Internet has been out 11 times in 8 months. This is very frustrating and now it will be 3 days before anyone can come out and check out the problem. TISD was not that great but at this point may be a better choise

After hearing about them bringing fiber to rural areas I was so excited and it was very much worth the wait. The employees answered every question and the service is awesome. We have very rarely lost connection without them informing us ahead of time, no lag, no bottle necking during busy hours. You definitely get what you pay for. Thank you!!

We have had them for a few months now and we are supposed to have the fiber optics for $110 but I just seen I am being charged $116 for their regular internet... We always lose connection and it has NEVER been what it was supposed to be... I am frustrated to the point where I may switch back to TISD their internet wasnt great but it was better than this AND cheaper!! My hotspot LITERALLY works better.. Smh!

First and foremost their customer service is exemplary and are always responsive. The internet is fast and amazing when it works.However, I can not recommend Infinium due to them not having a splicer. This means when your internet is connected to your house it is held together with a clip, that can come loose due to wind or other disturbances. (This should be fixed in January).Once they have the right equipment and provide a long term fix my star rating will change.
