First time trying this location and I’m going to give it 2 stars. The interior was perfect and that’s where the good stops. Exterior was about 1/2 star. Bugs were left on the entire front end, mirror caps, and fenders. They proceeded to wax over those locations. I dropped it off for my appointment at 7:20 AM and was told to pick it after lunch. Arriving at 1:20 they had just washed it and seems to me rushed it through. No offers were made to discount price or bring it back to make it right. They only wanted to scrub the bugs off with some kind of blue cleaner after the fact. Locals may get a better shake but I would choose other wise. For $225 it was a slap in the face and I could have stopped by a fundraiser on the side of the road for a more thorough wash.Edit for rebuttal: Pictures speak for themselves and actions speak louder than words. I was in a hurry due to work commitments.

Magical transformation of a dirty nasty truck we bought at a company auction. I didn’t even want to drive it to them it was that dirty. Picked up a cherry clean truck that just about looks like it left the showroom floor. I’m amazed at how well they did. Can’t recommend this outfit enough after seeing this truck come back to life.

My grandfather passed away and left me his old pickup. He was a heavy smoker and used the truck for hunting a lot, so I wasnt confident that Id be able to get it looking good on my own. Luckily, I didnt have to. These guys did an amazing job bringing his truck back to life. A lot of the the smoke grime that I thought was permanent was completely removed and they even ran an ozone machine to take care of the smell. Inside and outside look fantastic. Highly recommended!

They did a fantastic job on my husbands truck. The wax they used left it looking like liquid !

I was traveling and had a major spill, almost a full bottle of grapefruit vodka had seeped through a styrofoam cooler in the back seat of my car. I knew I had to get it cleaned ASAP. It was 4:15 PM and was amazed when they said come on in. They took my car around and immediately went to work. They were very friendly and the job was fantastic. They got it all out! Very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business!!

I have 10 grandchildren all of which at one time or another during the summer spend a lot of time in grandma’s truck. I had snowcone stains on the ceiling, blue marker and old milk stains on the seats and sticky areas everywhere from candy, sodas, bug juice, ring pops and gummy candy. I brought my truck to American Detail in hopes of it getting just a nice cleaning. I picked up my 2015 Ram and was TOTALLY AMAZED!!! My truck looks as good as it did when I bought it. These guys at American Detail on Navarro are FABULOUS!!! It is wonderful to see that some people still take great pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Friendly staff. They gave me a ride to work in the morning and picked me up about six hours later when my vehicle was done. Definitely worth it.

Great service and results. Staff is very good at what they do. They do get busy but worth the wait. Gerald and Janet know what they were doing and the new owners seem to have taken the baton without dropping it.
