Dropped my car in an illegal parking spot and just left saying there was nothing they could do. Contacted several times to have it moved and was told they would come by, but never bothered.

I highly do not recommend this company. They are contracted with AAA. I had my vehicle towed with AAA. My vehicle was picked up around 4pm Tuesday May 11th and it is now almost 1am Wednesday the 12th and I just got home with my vehicle after they refused to tow it to my home. “Mike” the owner is a compulsive liar. The story about my car changed multiple times and then I was met with attitude and refusal to bring my car to me after I got upset with them for not keeping the story straight and trying to figure out why my car was not to me after almost 6hrs. They are rude and unprofessional. I was also told my car had 2 flat tires and was not drivable. After showing up with the police I was able to drive my car home because the tires were not flat. Shout out to Luke and Hunter for handling the situation appropriately. As for the owners Mike and Mina, they should not be running a company at all.

Last week, my vehicle wouldnt restart after gassing up at a local gas station here in Baytown. Unsure of what the issue may have been, I called AAA for the roadside services who sent out a tow truck with St. George.The man who showed up, Rico, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He genuinely acted in my best interest, and recommended that we call battery services instead from his assessment that was we wouldnt have to tow. He called them and stuck around while helping me work on my car.When the man, Luke, from battery services came, he also was going above and beyond.I dont normally leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure that these two young men get the shout out they deserve. Great job, guys.

They were so busy they suggested I go with another place unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to look for another and when I did I was out of options to get my vehicle serviced... this was a bad experience all around... bad customer service very unfriendly

About a week ago I was stuck in front of an HEB with my vehicle failing to switch gears. I was very glad to have had a helpful driver arrive in about 45 minutes. He was also able to inform me of my vehicles issue (shift cable) and he was able to place it in drive so that I could safely take it to my mechanic.I wish I remembered the drivers name, but he was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and money from my insurance.If you are stuck and your roadside assistance is looking for tow companies and they mention St. George, you will be in good hands.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, fast, and very helpful!I was expecting a hassle when my car battery died, but these guys made things quick and easy for me. They made a bad day into a good one and I am extremely grateful for that.

I was a customer at one time and was very pleased with their service. It as well as being a great towing company, it also is exciting and fun working with this team. From ownership down every person here is truly devoted to helping others and getting ANY JOB done!

After the request for a tow at 0645, they didnt show up until after 10. That is unacceptable. When they did show, they were very abrupt about getting on the way to help someone else, though they kept us waiting FOREVER.

After 5 towing companies said they were on Their way and all of a sudden broke down or never showed up....my Insurance got a hold of Larry and he was so nice to pick up my husband and reassured me he was not going to bail like the others. He was God sent. Thank you he was very courteous, professional and quick.

Larry was absolutely amazing . My first time breaking down and my mom was with me. He made sure we were safe and got to us quickly. I am beyond happy with him and the service we got.

This company left me stranded for over 4hrs when they said they would be there in 1. When I called them back they said they would be a few more minutes but then NEVER came. I recommend you don’t waist your time with these horrible people.
