It took the roadside assistance a long time. I don’t fault B&S for that at all. But once they contacted B&S the gentleman who showed up and changed my tire was very polite, quickly changed the tire, and was professional.

Ron was a badass and took care of me the other night 🤘🏽 On time and went out of his way to ensure everything went well. Good guy.

I would just like to say if you every need towing this is the one to call...very nice and curtious... does an excellent job...if anyone is ever in need this is the business to call....if I ever need towing again this is the one I will be calling... B&S Wreckers are AWESOME!!!!

Wish I could give them less stars i called for a pull out, and dispatcher Jay was rude and very unprofessional giving excuses for being unable to reach driver for over an hour dispite multiple attempts to see if they were on their way or not. After an hour and 15 min finally called and said she got ahold of the driver Al and he would be here in 20. Granted Im only 11 miles away from their location. Sounds to me like driver was catching up on some sleep before hand. Would have loved to talk to a supervisor but it was after hours and none were on duty. Im sure if they were the employees would have taken a little more pride in their work and Im sure Jay wouldnt have had such an attitude towards a paying costomer.

Deatroyed the front end of my car while bringing it to the dealer. Had very obvious damage, and they refuse that they did anything. Owner has been very unprofessional about the whole situation.
