I adore this place! The staff is attentive and committed to making sure all who enter have a good experience. I have been a regular for years and cant imagine going anywhere else. My hands n feet always look amazing n last forever. They are super friendly and treat you like family. I take my blind autistic adult step daughter when she visits and they go out of their way to cater to her and make her feel like the princess she is!As far as the negative reviews go, I have a few sayings that apply. Treat people with kindness and respect and youll get it back tenfold. Some people are never happy with what they receive in the world. You can hand them a hundred dollar bill and they will complain that it is crinkled.Remember, These are people preforming a service for you, they are not perfect, but then again, none of us are.P.S. the natural pedicure is amazing!

They do a beautiful dipping ombre of pink and white on my nails.

I have to many salons and never had I had someone shape my nails as well as the nail tech I had. He took his time with shaping my nails which are really hard to begin with because I have flat nails. He also did a great job with my cuticles, which I don’t take care of so I did bleed in my right thumb, but that’s more than likely my fault. I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for the wonderful service!

All around wonderful experience. I used a group on and I couldnt be happier with my pedicure and no chipped manicure. Henry took his time in and made my nails look fabulous. Im only going back to him because his work is really good.

My most recent experience here was EXCELLENT - I highly recommend having Emma do your no-chip manicures...she knows what shes doing. I explained to her that Ive no-chip several times and my nails sometimes chip soon after getting them done, and she explained to me the importance of knowing a persons nail form /type and using that to paint the nails in a way that will help them last longer.Im going on two weeks with this no-chip manicure and I work with my hands everyday (dishes, etc.)Thanks, Emma!!

The employees were very nice wish I could say the same about my nails. I had acrylics put on and looked decent until they started breaking within hours of having them put on. It seems the coat of acrylic was way too thin on some nails and thicker on others. Priced higher than other places in the area. Would not recommend.

Forget the reviews from 3 or 4 years ago. There is a great new owner, Emma, who has completely changed the salon into a spa experience. I started going to the salon a couple of years ago when the previous owners were there. The space wasnt so nice but the prices were good and so were the technicians. Emma took over and completely changed the experience. She holds customer satisfaction as the most important and stands behind that. Prices are good. Love my pink gel with French no-chip. It lasts for weeks and still looks good. Pedicures have cured many of the issues I have with my feet. The services are very thorough and there is a menu to choose from. Tons of great colors of polish too! I am a regular every 3 weeks and plan on remaining a regular customer. I highly recommend you try out this great nail spa!!

I went here for the first time over a week ago for a no chip and my nails still look flawless. I love the techs. Very friendly and not judgmental about my shorter nails like most other salons are. I cant wait to go back!

I have been going to Elite nails for a while now. I love the job they do on my nails. I have had no chips from Emma last at least 3 weeks! The only reason I need to go back usually is that my nails grow, not that the polish is chipped. I love the great selection of colors they have for no chip as well! And the loyalty program they have is great! You get a punch every time you are there and once you get 6 punches you get a free service! And at $25 for a no chip and soak off it is a much better deal than some of the other places in the area! I will continue coming to see Emma and her staff at Elite nails!

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a nail salon. My nails were burnt from the filing tools they used. He chipped my nails off while he was sanding them and had to cut them way down. And it was not very sanitary. I think they were reusing foil from client to client. And to top it all off my nails are all lopsided and crooked

Not happy, I had square shaped nails now they look round, he was rough even when I told my nails hurt all the time, he kept filing, not sensitive at all... But I talk to Linda and next day she fixed my nails. Thank you Linda you are super nice.

Very good place. My no chip lasts for 3 weeks which is great. Place is usually very crowded so. You need to know the low traffic times. 1 Star less for sometimes when I have to wait for long even after getting an appointment and some of the non expert staff when they do my nails, it’s not perfect.

My daughter Jessica and I are always happy at Elite. Emma and her mom always do a wonderful job each and every time. There is even a Groupon sometimes, so check first.

I have never had a bad experience here. It is clean, tranquil, warm and inviting, relaxing environment, dark pedicure room was perfect. This is the way it should be done, for sure. Highly recommend!

From the outside you cant tell but the salon has a very relaxed and calming feeling inside. Its a perfect place to relax and enjoy getting pampered! The staff is attentive and I am very pleased with my mani and pedi. My nails look amazing! Ill be back!

I would say it is OK. I have been here only once though, but saw many customers coming. I imagine that if people come is because, they are offering some benefit. The price is very affordable (pedicure $22 + tip).Thanks!

It is a very good value - $30 for manicure and pedicure ... plus tip. 95% of the time I am very satisfied. Yes, it is a rather quick in and out (40 minute-ish) ... but thats what I want. I recommend.

They do a great job on nails but are horrible at management. It you scheduled an appointment you better clear your schedule and expect to be there 3 hours.

Do not go here!! I walked in at 10:15 and my nails werent done until 12:05. My service was a soak off and a no chip manicure. During my service they kept forgetting about me during the soak off, but they kept taking walk ins. I had three different people work on my nails throughout this process. One broke one of my natural nails because she was so rough. That was frustrating enough. They were running a $25 special on no chip manicures with a free soak off, but after my service they charged $10 dollars for it. My nails started to chip 2 days later, and had to get them redone at Lees. The quality was poor, and the service was worse.

Emma and Henry are the absolute best technicians. However, I feel they need to get rid of the other techs. I have had problems with the work from anyone else there. Also, its very awkward to have to explain every single time I go that I only want Emma or Henry to service me. Honestly, those two have given me THE BEST no-chip mani ever. Im just concerned with my before-mentioned awkwardness moving forward. So sad. I prefer going to this salon.... but again... do I want to keep feeling awkward each time I go? . ....Note to the owner: Ive never met nor had Ted do my nails. I have had problems with the other guy tho... I cantpronoubce his name. He has ruined my nails and over scraped the calluses in my heals. Also, Ove been present when he botched up the paint job on another customer. Unfortunately, he still works there as of Oct 23rd 2018......

So i love this place, Ive been coming here for over a year,i love Travis. But today i had one of the punch card that if you have i belive 10 times that you came here you will get one manicure or perdicure for free,so today was that day and the manager, a girl told me that they policy changed last month and they dont take that no more. I cant believe it, you punched my card 2 months ago and now when i was due to get my free manicure you change the policy. Thats not how it works,i will never go there again. Thank you Travis for everything but the management is horrible.. yes thats what you are offering now,$20 off,i had the other card that you did not accept.

Worst experience I have ever had! Very slow, technician did not seem to know what he was doing, none of my nails are the same length or size. Tech cut up my cuticles as well as the side of my nails. And to top it off, the receptionist overcharged me...not to mention, took almost 3 hours for two concurrent appointments.

I never had any problems when it was Tiffany Nails but when they took over I had a pedicure done and got nail fungus! It was so bad my podiatrist had to REMOVE one of my toe nails and my nail grew back deformed. One bad pedicure cost me hundreds of dollars in medical bills and a permanently bad nail. I will never go back to that place ever again!

Hey say walk in are welcome but they refuse to attend you, even though its empty! Im here right now and they have 3 employees and only one customer yet they are refusing to attend use because no appointment!
