Great service for years here. Recently went with questions about a new vehicle, had been advised to replace only two tires, but hubby wondered about that. They agreed.

Beware of these people!!!! Tired to sell me total brake job and new abs sensor when the only problem with my car was a rock on the rotor. Went to my local mechanic the next day and he removed the rock...and told me I had 50% of my brake pads left. Also mt abs sensor was fine. I stopped here because of an emergency (squealing front tire and smoking) and they tried to oversell me. I drove the car home squealing all the way...scared something was going to break. Thanks for nothing.

I have been going to LesSchwab since 1988. I went there after complaining about going to mechanic shops who talk down to & disrespectful to women. A co-worker told me LesSchwab was different. Well, I tried and she was so right! I have always been talked to respectfully and had questions explained well. With so many other businesses being snarky, I choose to stand behind LesSchwab, who always treat me well.

Always gone to this place but once for tire care, their honest helped me when other refused but doing gave me little more time with these tires and really explained reason to help thanks

So 1 of the new tires from my Battleground excursion went flat.WOW!!!There should of been something in the computer showing when I bought the things.Flat was fixed.The tires are worn enough to recommend new tires.And they do look it. Why do the old ones last so long and the$over 450 wear so fast?Not made in 🇺🇸? Gotta get us some Tiger Paws soon as we can.I AM ALSO TAKING BIDS FOR AT LEAST 2 AMERICAN MADE TIRES IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS.

I took my car in for a rear wheel bearing replacement because it was squeaking in the driver rear wheel. I’ve replaced the brakes, rotors and a couple of other things. I asked if the axle was ok due to what I’ve read online. No reports of anything out of place. I then took it to Meineke due to it still squeaking. They found the problem within 5 mins. A bent axle shaft. Needless to say I will not be going to Les Schwab again.

I dropped my car off on Friday & anticipated it to take over the weekend to repair (no sweat!), but not only did they call me back a few hours later stating the repairs had been completed, but at a cost lower than what I was quoted! Now my car drives so much quieter, smoother, & ive been relieved of the anxiety caused by the issues repaired. The staff is always courteous, takes their time to listen & understand, & straightforward. Great job guys & gals!

They were able to fix my tire instead of replacing them even though I had been told it was unfixable. And was free of charge too.

Last year I went to this location to get my snow tires put on my car. They didn’t balance the tires and as I drove down the freeway right after I left I could feel that they were not balanced, Plus the sound made it very obvious as well. I called them and they explained that it was an accident and bring it back in and that they would balance them. I did and they did and the sound and feeling was corrected. This year the same story, but I haven’t called them. I just don’t have time to take out of my life to go there twice for what they should’ve did right the first time. But the sound and feel is driving me crazy! Do not go to this location, they obviously cut corners to save time! I could see a mistake happening once, but the same mistake happening two times in a row. Very dissatisfied :(

I don’t know why but “every single time” I go to have air put in my tires they either don’t put back on the caps or they don’t tighten them. I live very close by but am considering finding some place else to go. I’ve only ever purchased my tires, and had work done at Les Schwab, but I know longer have trust in them.

Of all the Les Schwabs Ive been to, by far my new favorite, would drive here from Portland. They sourced the tire I needed on short notice, and did the work fast. Big up David and Jadon who handled it. You can tell these are good people and didnt need to be coached into excellent customer service.

Pulled nail from tire and inspected and sealed hole. Less than half hour time and reasonable price. Unfortunately the dont seem to have a mask requirement for customers. Two different parties walked in without masks and counter person ignored the fact. I will be purchasing my winter tires somewhere else.

Incredibly helpful. They looked at ALL four tires and axles to determine if there were issues with my vehicle periodically pulling to the right. No issues were found (inspection on all four tires and wheels). No charge, just professional service and honest answers. Im always impressed with this location. They are amazing in their service and honest professionalism.

I have had zero bad experiences with Les Schwab. Until today. Rude cashier. Waited in the car 50 minutes. Supposed to be 15. None of that is overly bad in itself, everyone has bad days, but I saw other people who arrived after me getting help first. All I needed was a slow leak in a tire fixed.

They were very helpful with my battery issues.

Choose this location over others in the area! Very friendly employees and went way out of their way for me. I was on a road trip and got a flat tire. It was ruined and needed to be replaced but they did not have the right size tire for me. An employee drove to Portland during rush hour to get me the tire I need so I could get back home. Overall super happy with their warranty policy and how I was treated. Thanks so much to the employees at this location!

These guys are about the only ones I trust to install my tires....I have a very unique and expensive Audi that has been heavily customized, and Ive had them swap tires for me a couple times now to get the size right with the offset of my car. Their guys are courteous, and most importantly they respect how much work has gone into my car and take extra care to ensure the wheels are undamaged by the tire swap process. They are diligent, caring and skilled. Good folks here.

Great service on Jan. 20th or so, 2020 had my 4 wheels sipe, rotated, balanced, and cleaned. Installed new lug nuts. Increase mpg 1.5 on a truck is big deal. Last 2 weeks I have being having grinding noise in my driver side wheel. First thought bad wheel bearing hub, nope. 3 loose lug nuts. Hopefully you guys are torquing it between 70 - 80 lbs. Always double check your work.

Need a new Battery for my Motor Home.Called around to a few places and could not get appointment by the time I needed the battery.I then called Les Schwab, got right in and within about an hour Old Battery was out, New battery was in, and all done for a very reasonable price.

Amazing service. They are very honest. They took out a screw in my tire and patched my tire up without charging me anything. Ill come back if I need new tires for sure.

Hottest Day of the Spring, Austin came out, put air in my tire. You could actually hear the hole, so he followed me back to the store to make sure I made it. Pulled in next to me, took the key and immediately put my truck up on a stand. I went in, Mike was very cool about the whole thing. Two tires and 40 minutes later, I was right back out the door. And as for the people who comment about prices, for the service they provide, they are totally worth it! (and it really is not that much difference)

Had a dead battery, left my accessories on all afternoon. At the end of the business day, I approached this location with my situation and was met with only the slightest waver of happy to help you which I deserved. It was me that caused the problem after all. That being said, ten minutes later I was on my way and again reminded why Les Schwab is my go to for brakes and tires. They refused to do my free tire rotation saying the tires were dangerous and needed replacing. This was not 100% true. They were using the free visit to force a sale.I returned home to rotate my own tires and found one lug nut loose on one of the two wheels they had removed.Ive had bad luck with Les Schwab lately on other occasions. They used to have terrific service 10 years ago when they would run out to greet you. Now they dont do that and have rejected me with a go to our web site to book an appointment type of response on two recent visits.I think its time to try a different tire shop. These guys have gotten money hungry and are only doing high profit works/scams.I dont trust them anymore.

The tire pressure stem and sensor broke off my tire completely. They sent someone to help me put on my donut withing 30 minutes. My car was serviced immediately and I was out the door with a new sensor and 4 happy tires in just over an hour. The staff was professional and efficient. Thank you!

I was real upset that I had a flat tire on one of my four new tires purchased a little over 2 months ago. They replaced my tire for free because I had used less then 25 percent of the tread on the tire. I was out of there in a little over an hour. In the mean time I had been busy eating the popcorn. Great experience! Hope to avoid future nails!

Really good customer service. Went in to replace my battery.They were very busy & he originally told me an hour & a half wait. Turned out my battery was fully charged but way past the age it should be. Came in and explained everything to me, was very honest. Had my battery checked, changed & me out of there within an hour even though they were that busy. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Definately 5 star. They are a small store. Definately not a Walmart Super Center. But they work hard and do their level best with the resources they have.

They came running, just like in the ads. I had one bad tire and appreciated the tech letting me know I had a few thousand miles left on the others so I can budget for new tires rather than pushing to get me to replace them all. Even told me the back tire that wasnt flat had lots of tread and only the front two need to be watched for spring time replacement. Always happy to send all my family in to Les Schwab!!

Quick, easy, and the people are great. When I got my new tires, I hit nails the next day and the following day. Not only did their warranty cover repairs, but because the tires were damaged beyond repair both times they covered replacement.Les Schwab is THE company I trust when it comes to tires. Theyve earned my trust over the course of decades. They are a pillar of the Northwest.

I am loyal to Les Schwab, always have received awesome service at every location. My two experiences at this location, however, have been poor. I won’t go into detail, except that they were stingy and impatient about a mistake that was made on their end. Even before this event, my other experience several months ago was notable unfriendly. However, this time around, Austin was awesome and understanding and made it fit for me. Much appreciated. Will not return to this location in the future.

Okay, so I want to give a 5 star because they gave me a brand new battery and had me on the road in 35 minutes! BUT..... they forgot to close my hood, so as so as soon as I hit the freeway, my hood flies up in my face, scared us to death! MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR HOOD!

Had my tires replaced here on my 2008 Toyota Tundra... One of the tire sensors was replaced and they never programmed the new sensor. They also failed to reinstall the center cap to one of my rims correctly so it fell off... I took the truck back a week later to have the alignment done. The tech doing the alignment broke both front tie rods on the truck, I was charged for the repairs... the alignment ended up costing $700 when it was supposed to be under $100... it is now one month later since I had the tires done... the left rear tire is leaking air... the truck also pulls to the right since the alignment was done... NOT TO MENTION... they scratched the driver side door when the alignment was being done! Thanks Schwab, all this for about $2600.00, what a great deal! **FYI 11/13/18... to anyone reading this review... per the request of Nate below... I emailed him directly with all my concerns, and of no suprise to me, he never responded. This store is not about customer service, or quality work... We will no longer do business with Les Schwab. Thanks!

Dropped my 08 Tundra off on a Friday morning for tires and brakes. $2350 job. Received a call early afternoon saying my brake light had come on and will not turn off. Mind you the brake light was never on to begin with. The tech said he needed more time to try and figure out why. I received a call 2 hours later telling me to come and get my Tundra. When I picked it up the tech claimed they were getting an error code for the brake and their scan tool could not clear it or test for the code that was given. I picked up my Tundra and drove it directly to my mechanic. A brief inspection and he found the master cylinder reservoir sensor was disconnected. However, plugging this in did not clear the brake light. He also noted that the brake does not engage until the brake pedal is about halfway down. Too soft and spongy. He felt there was still air in the brake lines. I took it back to Les Schwab the following week. They flushed and bled the brakes again. The brake light turned off. The pedal is still spongy and doesnt brake until the pedal is halfway to the floor. But the brakes function fine and I am now used to it.

Been here few times in last 2 years, everytime i come in for a minor tire repair my wheels gets really dirty & rims gets scratches 🤷‍♂️Service is either ok or badSwitching to andresen location.

Had been getting snow tire changes at Les Schwab in Beaverton for years. Bought my snow tires & rims at Les Schwab. I recently moved to Vancouver, WA. So I decided to get my snow tires changed at this location. The mechanic informed me that they couldn’t change my tires because I didn’t have the correct lug nuts. He wanted to sell me 4 new sets which would cost me $91! I told him that the other Les Schwab didn’t require this. He said he couldn’t safely do it without the new lug nuts. He wasted my time waiting there to get to the point of putting on the tires. And, he wanted to up-sell me on something I didn’t need. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth after being a loyal customer for all these years!!

Quick and easy. Team took care of the my car alignment with 5 start service expectation. Did service the day I wanted and had it done in timely manner.

Customer service is little to be impressed with. There prices are beyond ridiculous America’s tire always will beat their price. I will take my business elsewhere. Seems like they take advantage of older people especially waiting in line I heard quite a few things that they were telling people on what they needed to buy immediately otherwise their car won’t stay on the road. Please... is that really necessary to hear ?

Took my car in to this Les Schwab location because I had a damaged tire (went entirely flat in a 24 hour time period). From the time I arrived to the time they had me back on the road was 30 minutes total. They discovered the cause (nail), and replaced the tire which was still under warranty because I bought it as Les Schwab about two years ago. They worked quickly, had good customer service, were polite and zero hassle. Les Schwab has not only honored my warranty several times, without any fuss at all, but theyve done so with great customer service and worked very quickly. I really dont understand why anyone takes their vehicles anywhere else.
