Very fast and very helpful. Go figure I end up spending way more then I thought I would but for good reason. I wasnt pressured into purchasing anything and everything brought to my attention was backed up with information or even pictures. I have always done my own changes but after this experience and even the price I can rely on these guys to take care of me again.
I was always told that these guys didnt know what they were doing and that I shouldnt trust them. I went anyway as I thought they could manage a simple oil change for a perfectly working car that I have never had any issues with. I waited for 1 hour. They changed my oil and suddenly my car died which was SUPER sketchy. They told me that I needed a new alternator and so I waited over 2 hours for them to place a new alternator in, causing me to cancel important plans. It was 20 mins after close when they finally finished and my car was STILL dead. They messed up and seemed irritated about staying late and told me to just have my car towed and that there was nothing they could do. Obviously, they misdiagnosed this and my old alternator was just fine. They charged me $200 for a new alternator even though my car was still dead after they messed with it. I threatened to take this to corporate before I left. They told me that they needed to get more guys to move my car from their garage and had me leave my car and keys there overnight. The next morning, I went to get my car towed and suddenly, my car miraculously started working with no explanation. I had to spend another $80 to have a mechanic do a full diagnostic on my car because I dont know what the Jiffy Lube guys did to it. Do NOT trust these guys. They will mess with your car to make more money, especially if you are a young female. I will definitely be reporting this to Jiffy Lube Corporate and the Better Business Bureau. Im posting this on social media because people need to be aware of these shady unprofessional and unsuited workers.
I went to this location this morning shortly after they opened. After two hours of waiting and being moved to different lanes twice, I left without my oil change. The reason I left is because the car in front of me sat in the bay for at least 30 minutes without being touched by anyone. Since it didn’t look like it was going to be worked on any time soon, and I had already wasted 2 hours, I decided to get my oil changed some place else instead. Won’t be back.
Fantastic place, they only charge $5 for a brakelight bulb replacement if you have the part. Without its only $10
I had a great experience. I was greeted by a exellent team of mechanics. The hazel dell location is the best Ive visited and they kept me safe and the shop looked clean and very well kept up on. I enjoyed the young gal that did my intake and all the paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and an asset to the company. In the end she asked me if their was anything she could do better.I thought she was perfect. What a great crew . keep up the amazing hard work.
Go to Valvoline down the road! Waited over an hour with only 2 cars in front of me. When I was driven over the pit, I waited nearly 20 mins before anyone even started on my car or talked to me. Should have waited at Valvoline where the line was longer but they are MUCH faster. If you only have 1 guy changing oil, don’t have all 3 garages open as if you can go quickly. Horrible!
Thanks to jiffy lube on hwy 99 they are the Best i came in yesterday with a truck issue (fuel filter ) they said they can replace it! They earned my business and another company lost mine . this company is very professional the employees are very quick with if they dont know the answer they know someone that dose . they are very on it as a team and company everyone should come to them you wont be disappointed they are on time the money is right and the quality and efficiency is perfect thank you jiffy lube and your amazing team!!!!!
I always have the best experience. Mechanics are great at explaining the issues and recommendations. They dont ever try to pressure you to buy anything and give you options to meet your needs.
I spent about 3 hours at Jiffy Lube this morning. Granted they were busy. They got to my fluid change in about 1 hour, but I needed to have 2 new tires mounted, balanced and installed. There was no one waiting before me in the tire department. This took 2.5 hours to remove the old tires and place the new ones on the rim.This was not a good experience today.
I’m always skeptical about fast service places. Zack and his crew did a great j ob, place was clean, prompt service, and he took time to answer my questions, really knows his business. That usually doesn’t come with a discount coupon.
It was the most AWFUL experience Ive ever had changing my oil. I got there right after it opened, I was the second person in line and it took TWO HOURS. I have never seen a more incompetent group of guys bumbling around. When they finally had me in a bay and my hood up, they would just be wandering around and ignoring me. At some point some guy in an escalade drove up and they couldnt trip over themselves fast enough to go work on his car leaving me alone. I didnt get to see the invoice until AFTER I paid. It was for $177!! $80!!!! for a basic oil change with a synthetic blend and $45 for a cabin air filter that you could go to autozone for $15. I was so steamed leaving there. I had an appointment at 10am afterwards that I had to cancel because I didnt home till almost 11. I will never go there again - I have never had such a bad experience.
They are very busy when I went but they remained friendly and swift. I felt they were honest and informative.
I do get my normal oil changes done here. I stopped in the other day before I left on a short trip to Seattle. I asked if they could check my fluids and my tires. They took me in right away and topped of all my fluids and checked my tires. They were so helpful, nice and professional. It put my mind at ease for the trip. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE.
I pulled up for an oil change and was put in a bay immediately. I thought “yay this will be fast”. Not even. I sat in the bay for 30 minutes without getting checked in. One guy cleaned my windows and was nice but couldn’t help any further. Otherwise I was completely ignored. I left without service, never even checked in or anything. I will never go here again even though it’s super close to my house. Thanks for wasting my time.
Very impressed with the morning team. They are hard-work young professionals and explained everything thoroughly to me. I didnt feel pressured to get the extra services. Only recommendation is a little more sales/customer service training and team coordination/communication.
Not sure what is up today but they have 3 Bays open but just working one car at a time. Should at least put up the hoods on the other 2 vehicles to make it look like they are working on all 3. It is a Saturday afternoon so you would think they would be staffed appropriately. Then 1 staff came up from below and just started smoking right at the entry of the bay door. I hope this was just an off day. I really kind of wish I didnt wait. Been waiting for an hour now and they havent started on my car.
Great place to do motorhome oil changes. Workers were friendly but many in the shop seemed to have a hard time focusing even though they were really busy. It took a while but overall great experience and if you have a gas motorhome they have a tall bay

Excellent service, and friendly knowledgeable attendants! Courtesy services include checking tire tread/air pressure, lights, wipers, windows, and topping off of fluids. This location is a full service garage and while they let you know additional services are available, there is no pressure. They definitely left me feeling like a VIP customer, and they will have my business in the future!

I recently purchased a 1997 GMC Safari, so I wanted to get all the fluids flushed and what not. They were very friendly and professional. I have a service dog and they made sure I was comfortable and made to feel welcome with my working girl, Shadow. They ended up performing a bunch of different services (oil change, moisture out of the brake lines, changed all the filters, etc...) and they did it quickly and successfully. Finally, they made sure all my lights were working and gave all the windows a good cleaning, which is awesome. Definitely recommend this location! 👍
Took the car in for A/C vacuum down and recharge. they charged me full price for the service and told me that the compressor was bad. They should have been able to tell that as soon as they started the vacuum down. Then quoted me $500 to fix it and then pay for the vacuum down and recharge again. Never going there again.

Came in for oil and airfilter change for a blue 2010 Jeep Compass with 100k miles on it.Caleb greeted me the minute I pulled up in line.Whole crew working quickly and efficiently.Chase is an excellent manager! And speaks to everyone with respect. He helped the guy in the pit with my transmission when my bleeder valve was acting upKaty and Savanah are diligent workersAnd Isaiah was on point with the windows and detailing.My car is running better and quieter than when I first bought it!
So its been a few years but I took my 95 suburban here for an alignment. Well that truck came from the coast so it was rusty. It took them a couple extra hours witch by the way was after the place was closed to get it done. ...but...THEY GOT IT DONE. And they discounted my price. Definatly awesome work.
If it takes 2 hours to do a standard oil change, you need to re-evaluate your employees. absolutely pathetic ¬hing shy of that.

Jiffy lube always did great service. My only complaint is how they try and trap you into bogus extra purchases to milk you for more money. Every time I go in they try and tell me my oil was low, my wipers need changed, my air filter needs changed, my coolant cap is bad, my brake fluid has water. The regular services for the required maintenance. Is appreciated, anything else is a money grab if ot still looks good.
Guys are fun, nice, & I sat in my car & played my radio, singing, & they never told me to turn it off! Yeh,! Had coupon, needed oil change. Last one was with same place. Hazeldell! Then my head light was out, must have been today, as my temporary driver & I check regularly. They changed it for me & a new bulb. Yeh yeh!
Very slow service. Seemed they were training a few people but I was second in line and still took an hour to get me out of there for a basic oil change.

The staff were very helpful. Went to get tires this morning at Walmart and they said that they cant get my lugnuts off of the front tires and that they wereswollen. I was in for oil change on the 8th and jiffy lube also rebalanced my tires and THEY were able to get my tires off then so I went back to jiffy lube and got tires and brakes and will be returning for other services. I recommend the multi care for any service you need.
On April 15th my car was taken in for an oil change by my son. The next morning on my way to work I noticed it making noises. Upon inspection it appeared that the air filter was not put back in correctly. Took it to the store and find out that the air filter housing was broken by the technician. Additionally a sensor was damaged and in order for the check engine light to go away my car was manually reset. I was told the part would be ordered April 17th, it was not and I was again informed it would be ordered April 18th. I called in the morning at 7:30am on April 19th and left message for the manager, Chase to call. After receiving no call back I called at 12:30pm. I was then informed the part still hasnt been ordered. My air filter housing is being held together by zip ties and I am unable to use my car without risk of further damage to the engine if the zip ties do not hold. I have given the store the opportunity to fix their mistake. The lack of urgency on the manager at correcting their error is concerning. Perhaps the better solution would be to contact a mechanic to have it fixed and Jiffy Lube can pay the bill. IT is now 6pm still no phone call back and when I called manager unavailable and part still not ordered.
I went in to get an oil change and my tires checked out before a cross country trip because one of my tires was 20 PSI low, indicating that it might have a leak. After they performed my oil change, I asked if they had found a puncture and they said no. I asked them to please check (because they had not inspected the tire yet) and they told me it was just because it was cold out and that is why one of the four tires was 20 PSI low. After asking a third time for them to please check, they told me they would check as I pulled forward and proceeded to tell me there was no puncture. Fast forward to me right now writing this review in the waiting room of a Honda dealership. I can’t believe I had to ask three times to have my tire looked at, and once it was, it was done improperly and not thoroughly enough to find the nail embedded in the tread. If they can’t check out a simple tire puncture, then maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to touch your engine, js.
Staff was professional and provided timely efficient service. Treated me with respect. I look forward to seeing them at my next oil change.
Will Never Return Here. TERRIBLE SERVICE VERY SLOW..... IF YOU HAVE PLANS FOR THE DAY. CANCEL THEM.As I sit here in bay 1. I pulled up and had requested the oil to be topped off I told him I need to go pick my daughter up and if it wasnt possible for them to get that done then I would come back another time. He said a bay should be opening shortly. 15 minutes later a bay opened. And they now have me sitting here for another 15 minutes. While 5 workers up top are all working on 1 vehicle at a time. Instead of being productive and taking a couple minutes to top off the oil level in my car. Some are just standing around right behind my car in the rear view mirror. Will never come here again. Do not recommend. Ran by a bunch of kids that have no sense of speed other than moving slow. I paid over 90 dollars for this oil change over a month ago. And im now in this thing over 30 minutes to get topped off and im not even getting another..
I went to the Jiffy Lube to have my fluids topped off as I wasn’t quite ready for my next oil change. The line was a little bit long but that was because the business was busy. They were really professional about what they did and checked my tires and my oil and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. It’s services like this that continue to get my business and makes it easy to come back to Jiffy Lube for when I need actual services done. I really appreciate this program from Jiffy Lube.
This is by far the worst jiffy lube experience I’ve ever had. The workers at this location are absolutely incompetent and will have you waiting extremely extended periods of time to get anything done. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing an alternative jiffy lube for whatever services you are needing. Zero stars would be my preferred rating, however I’m forced to give them at least one.

Waited in line for 30 minutes with the employees just staring at me and actively avoiding talking to me. Many of them didn’t seem to actually be doing anything but standing there and pretending to be busy. These guys suck, what else can I say?
I went in for my regular oil change and was advised that I had two taillights out. I gave permission for both bulbs to be changed. My drivers side inner bulb was replaced without any problem. My passenger side outer bulb was broken. The Manager Chase advised me AFTER he broke it. He offered to install the replacement taillight bucket (after I purchased it) for free. I assumed all was well and the bucket would be reinstalled without a light bulb. NOPE! The crew continued to DESTROY the inner wiring, bracket and bulb socket. The wiring harness was ripped out and covered with blue tape (not electrical tape) the bolts were cross threaded and tightened down at an angle, nuts are missing and the lense itself is cracked in several places now. Due to the poor reinstallation of the bucket, my inner lense now has a large crack in it as well. Which will cause it to leak and need to be replaced as well. A $10.99 bulb replacement has now cost me $85 for a new right side outer taillight assembly, $15 for a new wiring harness and another $60 for the inner assembly. I called and spoke to Richard today at 11:30 am and was told you will be taken care of. I have yet to hear back. I typically would never go to this location, but I was at another business down the road getting new tires mounted and thought why not kill 2 birds with one stone?
I wish I could give more stars. Awesome experience! Theyre very professional and very nice. They kept me updated with what is going on with my car even though they were all busy. After they completed the service to my car, it was time for me to check out. At that time I realized that I left my wallet at work. They allowed me to drive my car back to work to retrieve my wallet. The lady that took care of me is awesome and she was very nice. I think her name is Kody or Kory. Big shout out to the Jiffy Lube family on highway 99. Anytime you need to go to a Jiffy Lube go to this one they will take care of you. 👍

The oil change experience was great. Quick, fast and at the regular price. What struck me however is that they tried pushing the Transfer Case oil change which is basically the oil in your transmission system. I have a Mazda so I looked it up on the company website and this is the exact quote off the site:“All Mazda vehicles equipped with SKYACTIV® TECHNOLOGY* have lifetime transmission fluid that only needs to be changed when a major transmission component or the entire transmission needs replacement.”My car has only 25K miles on it and this stuck me as odd but then I realized that they would basically double the fee of the service that I was getting if they did this unnecessary service. Overall, very satisfied with oil change and very unhappy with them trying to push the Transfer Case oil change.
I spent $50 after coupon for a full synthetic oil change. By the time I got home my “low engine oil level” light came on, and when I checked the dipstick my car was completely empty. They never put oil in my car. 🤬 I will not be back.
Came in, told them what I wanted. They asked me if I had a coupon which I did and I recommend. They checked the cars lights, tires wear, changed the oil, cleaned the windows and checked the tire pressure and probable more but I really wasnt watching. I was watching the news inside the air conditioned lobby. A worker came in and handed my a page with 3 options for new tires and said let us know. I paid 34.60 which covered the extra oil, my van takes 6 quarts and I was done. For the money the service was way above and beyond. In fact I dont even get how that is profitable.

Hour and fourth five minutes for an oil change. 7 employees on two other cars....non on me for over an hour. Manager Kady did give me 20 off price though. Good employee
Showed up not long after opening, and all three bays were full, but no one else was in line. I sat for a while, with no one giving me any updates, as I was in the right hand lane. After waiting for 15 minutes or so, someone finally came over, but only to ask me to move to the center, because an RV was coming and they’d only fit in the right bay. So, even though it’s first come first serve, and I would have been next in the right bay, now I had to move over so an RV that just got there, could get in. They could have waited until after I was done...So, I moved over. Then I waited another 20 minutes or more, with no one coming to say anything to me the entire time. The center bay stayed full, as they were obviously doing something extra to that car. Then the car in the left bay left, and yet another car that got there after me, was taken in. So, after waiting at least 45 minutes, with no one giving me any updates, I finally left.I drove a couple blocks down the street to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and even though all the bays were full when I got there, I had someone give me an update as soon as I pulled in, and was in a bay, getting worked on, within 5 minutes.Won’t be going back to Jiffy Lube.
The store on highway 99 went above and beyond and saved me from having a serious problem the next day. I wont go anywhere else.

After a bad experience at the store in Sandy in Argay, I came here to have my tires rebalanced. I called first, Josh, the store manager suggested it would be a 45 minute job. Once I got there everyone was very professional, all energetic and wearing masks and they did the job in 45 minutes. Nathan, the technician was knowledgeable and did a good job. Glad this store was able to get it right!
After spending over $100 here, I get back in my car to find all the contents of my glovebox dumped on the floorboard. It was completely spotless when I handed keys over, and a huge mess when I got them back. I asked Supervisor why they were even in my glove box in the first place, and why contents were all now on floorboard. It was explained to me that overpriced air filter they replaced can only be accessed through glove box, and that they guy who took old one out must not have communicated to the different guy who installed the new one that all the stuff was supposed to go back in glovebox.UPDATE: I emailed area manager per his request in his response to this review, and failed to get any kind of follow-up which is why Ive changed my review from 2 stars to just one.
Waited a really long time for just and oil change when jiffy lube is supposed to be fast service. Alot of standing around from the employees and when a food truck arrived they all scurried over there. Thanks for making me miss my dmv appointment. Wont be back. I have the picture of the employees going to the food truck and bringing food in the building. I wont post it though they get paid by the hour, I understand.When the employee Chase came out everyone seemed to be more productive.

They have friendly staff and always do a good job for my mother and I. Today, I was a little surprised that they were able to do the oil change and change the coolant, as well as changing the battery in under 45 minutes. The old Taurus is back to being a reliable car.....
Dylan at Jiffy Lube Hazeldale is absolutely great. He doesn’t tell you that you need a service that isn’t necessary! I have always appreciated this location. All of the employees thy I have dealt with are always helpful and quick. Glad to have this right down the road!
Friendly and efficient. Sanitizing station was comforting. All wore face masks. I got my oil topped off for free (of course). And had my radiator filled too.

I came here for just an oil change yesterday. Nothing was tightened down so I have an incredibly good sized puddle in all 3 places Ive been yesterday . Im incredibly unimpressed with that, so I go back today today & I guess they are closed for mothers day? Idk the open sign is on 2 of their bay doors but no one is home. This is the first & last time I have been to jiffy lube. Im incredibly disappointed with my experience & I wont be back.

Have been here several times, but after my last visit will never be back. Went in for an oil change, they suggested several additional things, no problem. Then they told me my brakes were heavily worn and needed replaced. Made it sound like they were moments away from failure. Didnt have $600 extra available so said Id think about it. Then suspiciously, after i left, my brake light started coming on. Seemed sketchy as heck so took my car to a brake shop to take a look. Brakes were totally fine but the brake fluid had been drained enough to trigger the sensor. Absolutely done with this place.
Went in to have headlights buffed out but told they didnt need it yet. Purchase new bulbs had them installed and on our way. Appreciated the honesty of the tech to not have us do something not needed! Great job as always!

I generally don’t go to jiffy lube and I will not be going back. I feel bad for the manager who is desperately trying to wrangle a shop full of unprofessional technicians. Out of 6-8 people working maybe 2 were actually doing anything. As I sat waiting in my car I watched one technician going through another customers belongings in the car next to me. It was explained that he was checking a cabin filter, which I understand, but that doesn’t explain his need to open up that customers items that were in the glove box. No care was taken with the persons belongings as they were crammed back into the glove box. After sitting for 20 min in the bay I was asked if I wanted water or coffee which my answer was no I just want my oil changed. The irritation came from watching the employees stand around carry on loudly doing nothing while two cars sat unattended. The profane language that was shouted back and forth was also not very professional and I didn’t appreciate it with my son in the car. One of the technicians must have thought he was funny as he loudly called out my obvious irritation. This shop needs to do some retraining on appropriate workplace etiquette. I’m onlyLeaving two stars because I do generally feel bad for and appreciate the managers effort to be professional and courteous.

Ive been going to this jiffy lube for some time. Ive taken all my cars there for service. They are fast and friendly and I can always find a good coupon to help with the price.The only complaint I have is a slight frustration on my part. Im always the one who bring my cars in for service. That being said my husbands car needed an oil change as well as mine. So we took both cars in at once. The technicians knew we were together. I like being in the know about whats going on with my car so my window is always down during service. I saw one of the men go to my husband and say something about a part missing. I figured it was something about his car since they were taking to him. Once we got home I asked him about it. Turns it the tech was telling my husband that I was missing bolts on MY air filter. This frustrated me because this is the vehicle that I drive every day... Not him. If I hadnt asked him about it I wouldnt have known anything was missing.I will continue to go to this shop because nothing was wrong with the service but I was definitely upset with that one person.TL/DR: Dont assume that becuase Im a woman I dont know anything about my car. If something is wrong with the car IM sitting in... Tell me, not my husband whos sitting in his car next to me.

I have an old 87 van. An oil leakier and a 05 XJR. While the XJR get the comments and the TLC the van get top offs between services. The top offs alone amount to a break even I am sure but they are always happy to do it. They are always friendly, the work is quick, they lube the old van, recycle the oil, I dont have to crawl under the car or deal with waste oil. How can you beat that for the price

Stop trying to be sneaky and reuse oil. I know fresh oil is not supposed to be brown! It should be pale yellow like light corn syrup. I change my own oil, but I wanted the convenience of having you guys do it and now I cant trust you!
