I have been coming here for several months now and I LOVE V Nails! Lien does my nails and is always efficient and pays close attention to details. Tina usually does my daughters nails and does such a wonderful job. Vivian did my daughters nails shown in these pictures and she did awesome! Everyone is always very sweet and kind to us. I highly recommend V Nails!

I have been coming to this nail salon for a few months now . Everyone is always friendly. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment, always on time. Lynn did an amazing job with my nails. She was fast and efficient❤️I’ve had Hong and Rachael do my nails too and they are great as well .

Hong did a manicure and pedicure for me and honestly it’s probably the best manicure I’ve had in a long time, if not ever! I will most definitely be back to see her!!

Very good customer service. I went in for a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was AMAZING and the lady was very detailed. When I started my fill unfortunately the person messed up and I was ready to leave but another employee would not let me leave until she fixed them. She did such a wonderful job and it totally changed my mind about my time there. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could give this place more stars I would. The people here are so kind and thoughtful. Always making sure that you got what you wanted. They can pull off anything you ask for. The place was very clean, the adjustment to fit the CDC new guidelines was well executed. Personally I got a full set, a hybrid between solar dip powder and acrylic. I really wish I got the name of the wonderful woman who did my nails. She did an amazing job, really taking her time and perfecting her art. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

I had Rachel and I was getting a fill for my acrylics. She took over an hour on my nails making them perfect and shaped properly. They look AMAZING. Rachel took her time and made them look amazing. I will not be going anywhere else. They do such a good job are clean and professional!!!

At first I was a bit skeptical because of the location but when I walked in it was very clean and everything was prepared for social distance. My nail tech was extremely sweet and I had a wonderful conversation with her. She did a wonderful, very good quality job. She took her time and put her effort into my nails. The price was extremely affordable. I feel terrible because I didn’t realize I didn’t tip until after I drove off. So I decided to leave a good review. I will definitely go back!

Original review on 11/24/20-Today is my wedding day. I went the day before 11/23 for nail service and wax... I got my upperlip waxed and have a very painful wax burn. I’ve had my upper lip waxed before and this has never happened. I am so upset. Especially since makeup won’t cover it. And this is the last thing I needed on my special day... :(Updated review on 12/8/20-I went today to the nail salon to get my refund for my service. This was after my mom called the owner of the shop on 11/24 and told them what happened and how Hong burned my lip waxing it. My mom basically had to beg the owner for a refund. BTW this is something that any business would be happy to do for a customer, especially when it was the employees fault for burning me (leaving the wax on for too long and waxing it too hard). But the owner was super reluctant.So I walk in on 12/8 for my refund. Hong makes me wait 25 minutes because she couldn’t get the password for the atm refund machine. I told her I had to go back to work, but she still made me wait that long even though she could’ve given me cash. I finally got my refund, I go to my car and am in the middle of reversing when Hong starts taping my car and telling me to wait. So I’m thinking OH she’s going to apologize! (Since at that point she had only texted “I’m sorry” via text on 11/24. But I was completely wrong on Hong’s intentions.This was the jist of the conversation-Hong: My boss is asking you to delete your review because we refunded you your money.Me: No Im sorry Im not going to do that. And as a business you can’t ask a customer to delete an honest review. You burned my lip, it was my wedding day. There’s several photos I can’t even look at because of my lip. So I’m sorry but no.Hong: well you should delete the review. We gave you your money back.Me: No Im sorry I can’t do that.Hong: Fine, I hope I never see you.Me: Trust me, you won’t.Hong: You wait for payback.Me: Ok then...And then I drive off.I’m not sure what type of business this is. This is not how a business should handle themselves. Asking a customer to delete an honest review is not ok. Even if it makes the business look bad. Reviews are there to show the public thee reviewers experience. And this was my experience from this nail salon. Hong took no accountability and her actions were embarrassing. She waxed my eyebrows and nose that same day. The only difference is that with my upper lip she was way too rough and left the wax on for too long.Now if you need a rec for a GOOD nail salon. The dip powder was not worth the time, money and eventually the pain. The dip pops off she said, and doesnt damage your nails!? Yeah right. I have a bruise under my nail bed from the pressure of the dip. Plus, when it popped off the lifting dip took off a corner of my nail and it started bleeding.

Too bad I didn’t get to try them out today. Made an appointment a few days ago and got a confirmation but when I showed up they said they were too busy. Recommend calling to schedule.

I was really disappointed with this place today. Had to wait 45mins for my appointment, that’s fine . The lady was so harsh doing my nails so I asked for the lady that I like liked. The lady I liked, rushed my pedicure and said said she doesn’t do full set and told me to come back tomorrow. It has been two hours. They really sent me home with two fake nails. I feel like I wasted my time and money here. It sucks cause I really liked my last experience 😌

They took me in last minute and fixed another salons mess and upgraded it . I am beyond happy. They were incredibly friendly, clean and as quick as you can be with nails which if youre familiar means its not gonna be an in and out process! Ill be coming back here for all future trips 😍

Just no! Very disappointing, this WAS our place. Long review here....My Mom and I had an appointment for 2 pedicures. When we sat down and chose the deluxe, we were told no, that we could not get that because they were running behind. The tech must have seen my disapproval, because she then said I could have the deluxe but not my Mom. I wish I would have just stayed with the classic because my pedi was rushed and sloppy, nothing compared to the last one I had a couple weeks ago with Tina.First, I do not like being told what service I can or cannot I have when we had appointments. Second, if my Mom was told next time for a deluxe, then they should honor a deluxe pedi for a classic price by giving her a card or coupon or something. My skin around my toes had polish on them, had to ask her to wipe them off, then still had to clean them up when I got home. What the heck? I paid $47.00 and a tip (total 55.00) for nails that I had to clean up myself. My Mom had the same experience, the tech did not even help her with her flops, just took off to the next person. Not relaxing, actually stressful, the entire thing for both of us.Stop over booking or start making people without appointments wait, or say you are full ! You are losing business. This WAS our place, even took my daughter here 2 weeks ago for her 1st pedi. We will most likely not be back.

I’ve been going to V nails for over 2 years. They’re the best! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome and they will not stop until you are 100% satisfied with your nails. They don’t treat you like a client, they treat you like family. I’m always so happy with the work that Lien does. She takes her time and makes sure my nails look perfect. Totally recommend!

I get nails that are long and extravagant and they always do a wonderful job and they always do the best to make it look just like the picture and all of them are really sweet and they make you feel so comfortable!!

I’ve been going to V Nails for 6 months and i absolutely love the service. When it comes to Pedicures or getting my fill i love coming. They are respectful, always honest about their work and try their best with everything. My mom says the same thing, we come together every 3 weeks and we always get the best of more:)

This was the worst nails I have ever had. They are so thick and sloppy I can’t even function. I told the person multiple times I felt they were to long and thick and she just kept saying once I file it will be fine. Here I am having to pay again somewhere else.

Looking for nail salons in my area and came across this nail salon and forgot to write a review from a year ago so this tells you how much they stuck with me. Absolutely I get if your busy but don’t tell a customer you can do a job and let them sit there for 1 1/2 hours ! I waited for them to do a horrible job that fell apart in no time!

Went on google maps to get the best reviewed salon & came across this one, called to schedule an appointment and got no answer so i went ahead and scheduled it online, both me and my daughter wanted to get our nails done at the same time which on the website it said that it was available to do so, well once we walked in nobody knew about it and we told them we scheduled online and they made us wait for 35 minutes just to end up saying that since we scheduled online that we were going to have to come back another day. Pretty sure the sign on their door says walk-ins are welcomed so i would’ve expected to at least get a little time for myself. I dont think they should have online scheduling available if they are not gonna respect it. Waste of time. I recommend Pricilla’s Nails by fourth plain instead, they took us without appointment and were very nice !

Probably the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had! Hong was very professional, but also friendly and kind. The deluxe pedicure was a dream, so relaxing, not at all rushed! The shellac application is perfect. I couldnt be any more pleased! Lovely salon, nice decor and soft music... This really was a complete package! Cant wait to go back!

Wow! This is the best pedicure I’ve had since moving to WA. They weren’t too busy and my gal really took her time to shape and file correctly. A nice foot/leg scrub followed by a great massage. And then expertly painted toes. Bonus points for using tub liners and the shop being tidy. I’m already making plans to go with a friend next month.

Always leaving happy with my nails!!

I do not write reviews for businesses but V-nails really disappointed me. I had my nails dipped but one broke after 2 days, so I made an appointment during my lunch break to have it fixed (Im a single mom, so I have to utilize my lunch hour for these types of errands and time is extremely valuable to me) They sat me in a chair just prior to 1:30 (I was on time) and they wrapped the broken nail in acetone... Then I sat there for 20 minutes, completely ignored.. Im no stranger to having my nails and toes done, I know this simple fix should have taken 10 minutes max and I would have gladly paid a “repair” cost to have it fixed. At 1:50, I told the woman closest to the door that I had to leave because I had to be back to work in 10 minutes and she just said Oh, Sorry

They were wonderful, they do exactly what you want, ask questions to see what work you do so they can offer what is best due to your personal circumstances, they really made me feel like a valued customer and my nails looked amazing! I finally found a great salon!

Made an appointment online and went in same day. The team of people working were all amazing and really made me feel comfortable and pampered! They were completely open to suggestions as far as what I wanted and also offered their own suggestions based on what I wanted. I really enjoyed it and was very happy with how my nails turned out! I will definitely be back and will absolutely recommend to other friends!

WORST pedicure I have EVER had! Had to keep feeling my nails for snags! Polish job sketchy at best. I also had an APPOINTMENT for a manicure but was told they were too busy to honor my appointment? NEVER, NEVER will go here again!

This is THE BEST nail salon in the Vancouver area. The ladies who run the salon are THE sweetest and are always willing to accommodate my artistic requests. I can be squeamish in the pedi chair as well, and I have found the gal that knows just how to handle me! Note, that youll want to schedule your time in advance, as they are in high demand here, and rightly so!

They are very sweet ladies. My first time getting a powder dip nails. Not sure why I didnt get the manicure part of it?Didnt clip the dry skin from my cuticles. No hand massage. Not sure Ill go back

This place is wonderful. Very welcoming and relaxing...service is great. This is my second time in and both times they have made me feel like I was a priority. They take their time with you in a very good way, so you never feel rushed or pushed out the door..thank you fir the wonderful customer service. Will definitely be coming back!

The longest full set Ive ever had! Almost two full hours. But, my nails look lovely. The nail technician was very thorough and friendly. The staff are all very warm and the shop is tidy.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. I called them at 6:30 p.m. to see if they can squeeze me and my friend in before they close at 7 and they told us to come on in. not only were they all friendly but they took their time making sure that everything was perfect for us. It was our 1st time going to the salon and when I told them that the reason I was being pampered was because I was having weight loss surgery in a few days one of the nail techs actually cry because she was so happy for me and kept hugging me she was the sweetest ever. But thats not the best part, they stayed almost two hours past closing for me and my friend to make sure that everything was done perfectly they took their time they did everything to the best of their ability and my nails turned out beautifully our pedicures also turned out really well. I cant even imagine how much better the experiences are going to get once I become a known customer. I wont go anywhere else now this is going to be the only place I will get my nails done ever hands down best salon in Vancouver Portland area. I love these ladies!!!

The staff is very friendly and my nails are always perfectly manicured. I first started going to Van at another salon and was happy when I discovered they had moved to a new location of their own. Van suggested I try OPI dipping powder for my nails that easily crack at the sides and it has made a huge difference. No more nails that break off or bend back.

First time visiting this salon and will not be my last! Best nail experience I have had by far! Everyone was super pleasant and Hong was so nice and helped me I highly recommend her!! The salon is super clean and just a tucked away jem! Fair prices, extremely impressed all around! Thank you for making our day relaxing and my daughters nails so beautiful for her wedding day!

Always do just what you ask

The experience really depends on who you get . Been 3 times 2 were great with the same person van and one not so great with someone else. Now I just ask for the person I want when I make appointments.

This is such a wonderful, clean and comfortable spa. The gals are so pleasant and great at what they do and I always come away very pleased with the service I receive. I highly recommend them.

I have had my nails painted by a professional now for about 4 years, mainly because I was unable to help my nails as they were splitting and breaking off. Lien Vu has been the wonderful young lady who has been working on my nails, yesterday she painted a couple of pink roses on my red nails with some gold glitter as an outline, she did a wonderful job. The reason Im bringing this up is because she just left a very popular place to work in her Aunts new store. She has such a good heart. If you feel like having a manicure and/or pedicure, try Lien out, you wont be disappointed. :-)
