Gel on my own nails (hands and feet). They need a price board or book so you can see what the prices are. It seems to me, they change the prices all the time. Take cash!! They will charge you 2.00 more PER SERVICE if you use a debit/ credit card.

First time in this place & my experience was a wonderful one!!! My tech was Kim & she did a fantastic job!!!!! I really recommend this place!!!

Made an appointment at 12 in the afternoon for 3 people (me, my sister and niece) When I arrived they only had 2 people working, and only one of them were available to help us. NOT professional. If they weren’t able to accommodate 3 people they should have said so when i called and I would have found another place. I ended up waiting, trying to be patient since we were already there. Hoping maybe this wouldn’t take too long but normally it takes an hour to get your nails done. By 2 pm They were still not done working on me (because they had to work on each of us one by one). My sister and niece had to leave, I stayed and waited, hoping it wouldn’t take much longer. I ended up leaving around 2 pm with unfinished nails, still needing to be shaped and painted. Absolutely ridiculous. I told the lady I had to leave and couldn’t sit there any longer - and that they shouldn’t have told us we could come in if they couldn’t work on us all at once. I ended up paying $35 for the work they did do (acrylic overlay on real nails) but I shouldn’t have paid anything for how everything went down. They also kept trying to push all this extra stuff that costs extra and I kept saying no. I will never come back here again, the people were rude and unprofessional and couldn’t uphold a reservation. I paid just to get out there.

I got a 1 hour hot stone oil massage today from Amy, it was amazing and exactly what my tense muscles needed. This place is very clean and quiet and reasonably priced. I will definitely be a returning costumer!

These ladies do a great job

The actual product (mani/pedi) was fine. Normal, nothing to sing or cry about. My issue was when it came time to pay. Yes, most ask you to pay the tip in cash. but most dont pressure you to use their in house ATM.Yes, I was pressured. When I said I was not comfortable using an unknown ATM, they charged me extra for using debit. I would have brought cash had they advertised cash only, or extra charge with debit. But nothing indicating that they dont take debit.They should either advertise that they charge extra for card, or say cash only. It is unethical to pressure your clients into using your in house ATM.

Just took me and my mom in for pedicures .. was wonderful we just got the basic one and it’s the best I’ve had in a long long time I’ve been to almost every nail place around hazeldell Vancouver area .. and hands down they were wonderful.. kind ...took there time .. 5 stars I’ll be back and I’ll bring both my daughters next time as well ... one of the best around This area for sure .. Thank you guys .. amazing

I just got a french manicure and it is arguably the worst nails I’ve had. The clear part is filled with bubbles and the lines and colors on the french tips are extremely uneven. The women there were nice, but the quality of my nails is awful. I wouldn’t pay 20$ for these, much less 45$. I’m super disappointed.

Tommie was fantastic! I have not had this kind of detail to my toes in years! I was beyond happy! I would definitely recommend this salon as one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time!

I came in last minute to have my nails fixed for my 50th birthday vacation and not realizing that they were supposed to close in 20 minutes, Amy and Kim took such good care of me. They made my hands look beautiful again plus I also got a pedicure and waxed my eyebrows. They made me feel whole and beautiful again before I go on my vacation even though they worked after closing. I truly appreciated them and I will most definitely be back. They are amazing and extremely kind and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody! Thank you for your services ladies❤️🎂👍🏻

Under new ownership. I wish this nail salon could get more attention as it is tucked away from 99th street, so a bit hard to see but the prices are fair and the quality of work is superb.

So I’m not one to normally complain about stuff but I’m so mad rn it’s not even funny! I went and got my nails done for my baby shower, while I was getting them done I didn’t like how they were turning out and I told the guy & he “redid” them for them to still turn out terrible, I paid and went home cause I just spent 3 hrs there and was just over it. Got home and Everyone told me that it’s ridiculous that I paid for them and needed to go get my money back, I went to get my money back and he said he’s only giving me my money back if he takes them off.. this is how my nails are now.. 🤪🤪 DO NOT GO HERE. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nails were very uneven and sharp and not cleaned up. She got hair in the polish and didn’t take it out, the nails were cut too long and then I got charged 15$ more

This place is freaking amazing. I randomly stumbled upon it when in Vancouver and Im so blown away by how good the mani and pedi is. I got the lavender scent added and it was so soothing and relaxing. Aside from that the mani/pedi is honestly the prettiest one Ive ever got in my life. Im so stoked, I used to go to downtown Portland for a mani/pedi and screwwww that I am going here from now on. Also I get the gel nails and the color selection they have is amazing. It was only $5 extra for chrome nails and honestly its probably worth more than that. Ill definitely be back!!

The best nail salon in town. My sister in law and I stumbled apon this hidden jem in Vancouver and few months ago. They never pressure you to getting more than a basic pedicure and make sure you are comfortable at all times.The staff was the friendliest, kindest, and kept us laughing all most the whole time. They took their time and made sure our feet were the most beautiful and healthy they’ve been in long time. We loved them so much we sent our husbands to get pedicures there as well.Everything time we go back they always remember us and are super happy to see us as much as we are to see them.

I’m highly disappointed in this place. The woman who did my nails cut them to nubs and left them a mess. I asked a red and black cat eye and the color was nothing like displayed. I will probably not be returning, this is the worst nail job I’ve ever received. I’m not sure how she was happy sending me out with them.

Very unwelcoming when I first walked in and there was still hours before closing. I asked for coffin shape and they look terrible. Would not recommend.

Don’t recommend!! were not very welcoming. Made my pointer fingers very crooked and more curved then the others.had to try and fix them myself.

I love these ladies and gentleman. I just wish that they would speak more English, when I am there.

They are sloppy and rude, if you ask them to fix their mistake they will mess your 2nd round of nails up worse then the first (which is pretty hard to do) if you try to get refunded they want take your nails off. But they were so petty as to mess up nails on purpose, who knows if they will take off half your real nail in the process.#Boycotting
