This nail salon is absolutely amazing !! The fixed my nails and got the design and length of what i wanted, i was crying and upset bc i had just previously went to a nail salon before this one and they did a HORRIBLE TERRIBLE job, then i came here and the fixed everything and put time and effort into the exact nail art i wanted, i could not have went to any other nail place to fix my old acrylics, this is my new favorite salon!!! If you are looking for a good place to get acrylics COME HERE !!! They should not fail you and your expectations!!! THANK YOU LUCKY NAIL !!

They absolutely do the best work anywhere in Vancouver unfortunately they are so unprofessional that if you call and schedule a appointment no matter what time of the day no matter how long you have been returning to that nail salon they will take walk-ins in front of you and tell the long-time client to come back or to wait. zero regard for return clientele. If you choose to continue going to that salon you might as well take a chance and walk in the front door it makes zero difference if you schedule an appointment!!! people who are on a timeline cannot except this I will never return to the salon

I have been going to nail salon for about 8 years and they are wonderful ❣️ they know and remember how I like my nails..hands and feet done. They do a GREAT job! They are ALWAYS friendly 😁 I have referred a lot of my friends and they keep going back. Lucky nails in orchards are wonder!😁👍

Ken is absolutely amazing! My cousin found him and we get our nails done at the same place usually and she told me about Ken and we’ve been going to him ever since, It’s been probably 6-7 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the work he does! At this point I go in with a vague idea of the color I want and tell him to do whatever he wants and he never fails to do an amazing job and I’m always happy with how they turn out. Everyone if always commenting on how much they love my nails! This last set he did were Christmas ones and they were incredible, picture posted in the photos section (they have a Santa on them). His prices are very reasonable and he is very friendly! Whenever friends ask where I get my nails done or where they should go if they want to get theirs done, I ALWAYS send then to Ken!! The lady that works at the salon too, I forget her name, is really good too! And the other guy that works there, I don’t remember his name either, is really good too! All three of them are good but Ken is spectacular ❤️

Do not recommend, i got my nails done last night here and all in all I do not like the way they look at all. And the service wasnt the best, The lady was unprofessional, on her phone the whole time for both services (mani and pedi). She seemed like she didnt care how my nails turned out at all my toe nails are messed up they arent smooth, my finger nails are very uneven and bulky, she seemed mad I wanted them shorter for personal reasons was also very rough after I asked. My nails look bad, and for someone who barely does things like this for myself the price was ridiculous. They also didnt properly sanitize their stations after each costumer, they were sharing used products between me and another lady.

They did ok, I had to wait an hour but that was on me because I was a walk in, also the finished product was really good but the guy who did my nails was supper rough, he even made me bleed..... Im giving a 4 star because of how beautiful the acrylics were.

So good! He was sweet and did exactly what I asked for. Ill definitely be back.

Dont let the size fool you its tucked in a small strip mall. Clean salon, friendly staff and taking great precautions during this reopening stage. I would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job! Before coronavirus I was on the hunt for a salon closer to my house & Lucky Nails was one of them. Decided to give them a try now that salons are open again... was not disappointed! And will be back again.

I work in the Food Service Industry and Im extremely hard on my hands and nails. Kin takes the time to make sure that my nails are sturdy yet very beautiful. He cares about his clients and has a passion for what he does, which is apparent in his workmanship. I highly recommend Lucky Nails.

I never go anywhere else anymore. After another salon seriously messed up my nails, I went back to them and they did an amazing job with a shellac manicure. Ive managed to grow out my nails and they last forever when I get them done here. Ive gotten 3 weeks out of these manicures. Theyre the best!

This is the only nail salon I’ll go to these days. Ken always makes sure I get exactly what I want even if I’m pulling it up on Pinterest. He recently did a gorgeous set of Pink Floyd nails for me and the price was super reasonable. Ken is *the best* when it comes to crazy nail art! Thanks again !!!

The wait was way too long!!! They kept asking me to come back later and then when I came back I still had to wait for a hour so I finally just left. I would not recommend this place at all. They also don’t have a good color variety when it comes to acrylics.

Very clean, well ventilated place with three techs working even on a Tuesday midday. I came in without appt and was quick to be helped. The tech that did my toes was friendly, polite, and gentle. Good prices too!

My friend and I came in for a full set and a fill. Shes a regular here. We had an appt. and when we got here we were told to sit at the stations and wait. A tech sat down and started working on my friends nails. I was waiting for someone to start on me. A few minutes passed and a lady and her daughters walked in for manicures and pedicures, three total. They didnt have an appointment. Another tech sat them down and started their nails and left me in my seat waiting.At this point there were about 5 other people getting services, 4 of those who didnt have appointments, while I sat and waited. No apology, no heads up on timing. Nobody said anything to me. I ended up leaving the salon for a minute and coming back in to sit with my friend. I didnt get any services done and went elsewhere.10/10 do not recommend. Horrible service. Why make an appt if youre just going to be ignored and others who come in without an appt end up getting service before you??No thanks✌🏽

Kevin and Lynn are so awesome! This place is so clean and professional. You can get a whole set and it feels so natural on your nail. I always get compliments on my nails and I haven’t had an issue with them falling off and I’m really rough with my hands. Give it a try. You won’t be upset.

Was very upset spent $50.00 and told her I didnt like color she would not change. They to busy with kids running around and went back next day to have them change color and said didnt have time with NO one in shop. Never go back. No Customer Service :(
