So this place is usually fantastic for getting nails, especially acrylics but today was a mess. Let it be known that Kathy there is amazing, and she is not included in the following comments. I asked for an acrylic set manicure and the owner was promptly ready to get the services going. But she was TOO ready, as in she rushed through and made mistakes through the entire process to get me in and out of her business. After asking for almond shaped nails I got very rounded and thick acrylics, and apparently gel polish was used on top of the set which I was not expecting. There was also a bubble in the application on the side of my thumb, and after trying to smooth it out with a file I found a gap in between the first and second application of color on the nail... I paid about $80 for a service I was just waiting to get out of so that I could attempt to fix it myself. The acrylics honestly put an uncomfortable pressure on my fingers when I bend them into a fist shape.If you go, make sure to get one of the gals on the floor, not the owner as she rushes and acts like she has more important things to be doing like talking on her phone instead of actually listening to what you want :(An unimportant side note: My mother had an appointment set with Kathy and even called the shop to confirm that she was still scheduled for the correct time. Once she arrived, another client was with Kathy for almost 30 minutes before she was able to start my mother’s appointment. From what I can guess, the owner slipped in another appointment before us and just didn’t say anything. Not a business I would support after confirming a false time..

Looked good but first nail chipped off 1 week later. By two weeks, 5 nails had peeled off. I was on vacation so I desperately tried to keep them on. Wont go back.

Kathy is great, she always does a fantastic job. I have always been happy. Ive been coming here for 2 years never left unsatisfied.

Mimi is my favorite technician. However on this last visit she was not avail. Service good but rices are misleading and when I question they cannot explain thoroughly. Gel polish change is more expensive then gel polish manicure? If I would have known that I would have treated myself saved money and got the manicure.

I got acrylic nails my nails are sore from getting them done even 8hrs after getting them done. They also charged me $46 for acrylic nails when it says $40. I just got a short natural no design nails. They charged me $25 for a manicure basic manicure when it said $20. They were extremely rough at filing my nails that my skin bleed. I asked for a little shorter which just irritated her. She used the same nail electric filer on me after she was done filing her nails then when I was done she continued filing her nails no sanitation

They suck. They dont fix anything right. Do not come here.

I’ve been to dream nails in salmon creek around five times to get full sets of acrylic nails. usually i love this place. but this last time i went and got a full set of acrylic nails just 11 days ago. it has been 11 days and i have 4 missing nails. two of which broke in half and left some of the acrylic on my nail and the other two cracked and broke along the sides. i will not be going here anymore. i spent 55$ on these nails and only have 6 nails left. i am very disappointed in this salon. not only have 4 fallen off when i got my nails done the lady did not put it all the way on my nail so five days of having them it looked like i had them for two weeks they looked super grown out already

I will definitely be going back there with my daughter. We both enjoyed ourselves having the whole works and being pampered for a few hours.

Got my nails powder dipped. Not very even & ones definitely noticeably thicker on the other hand. Also, underneath looks messy. When you spend $50 on something you’d expect it to be pretty good. 🤨She also left her headphones in the entire time and I had 0 conversation with her or anyone else there. She was either on her AirPods on the phone or speaking to her co worker in their language. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙄

Absolutely the BEST spa pedicure in Vancouver! I was so spoiled and my tired pregnant feet massaged extra long for a deluxe which was 80minutes of so much pampering I wish I could afford to come every week! The girls are so friendly & made me feel so beautiful even though I came in with dry, cracked feet & hairy legs! They spoke in English the entire time and the other 6 customers were having wonderful experiences & conversations in here as well! They worked hard to color match my toes to my already done nails & make it all look perfect! Do yourself a favor & come here for your nail needs!

Sat there for an hour and 20 min before they remembered I was there. They called 4 people back who didnt have appointments before me.

I have been here 3 times and was over charged all 3 times.The first time I asked for a regular pedicure and received a regular pedicure, and was then charged for a deluxe. I did not receive the deluxe pedicure. (But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe I misunderstood. It has been confirmed that I was infact overcharged.)The second time I received a full set and was charged $5 more than the pricing sign listed. I was not told beforehand that there would be an extra charge for the solid color I chose. It is not listed on their pricing either.The 3rd time I just went in for a fill and was charged $10 over the pricing on the sign!! I confronted the issue and told them I was told a fill would be charged AS LISTED on their pricing sign... Once again, they still overcharged me.This is a total of $25 dollars they have overcharged me. None of these extra fees were mentioned beforehand or listed on their price sign.This is unacceptable treatment. Three times in a row. I will not be returning.I tip well and I expect to be charged fairly. My first visit I tipped 30%, second I tipped 20%... And I even tipped today! Now Im upset that I did. I feel I was ripped off and taken advantage of. :(Please give your business to an honest and fair business, not here.

Disappointed. I thought I would give this place another try as its super close to home. My pedicure looks pretty good, but my shellac manicure has started coming off after 2 days. It was applied way too thick. Keeps getting caught in my hair when I go to put it up!

Have gone to Dream Nails several times but the last time 10/31/2018 will be my last time!! The owner, Anna, was on vacation and the lady at the back of the shop on the left side did my nails. She dug at an ingrown big toe nail. After leaving the toe became infected and its take me 5 months to get the infection cleared up. Also had a manicure, the tech trimsssed my cuticules leaving two fingers bloody. This Tech should not be working on the public! I would have gone in to complain but the owner was out of town for 3 weeks. I later learned of a man getting a poor manicure at the shop.

Absolutely horrifying. An awful experience and a manager who has no intention of keeping customers.A friend and I went together. They sat us apart. When we expressed that this is not what we had in mind they hastily sat us together. Only to move us apart again for the duration of our visit.Every single nail is a different length and every single nail is glued to my finger with the polish. After being visibly upset at my color choice they were extremely rough, grabbing my fingers, twisting my nail as if my hand wasnt attached, and even slapping my hand once. My fingers actually hurt.Theres polish all over the back of my hand and my finger tips. One nail had torn on the edge. At our usual salon, they dont even hesitate to use a little super glue and the acrylic powder. This individual filed away at the edge making the nail slant, getting uncomfortably close to where the nail and skin join, dabbed on some super glue, and then ripped at the torn edge. It seemed like they were trying to tear it off or make it dissappear.The manager rolled their eyes at my complaint. I said that the color had turned out alright but the experience was awful. They answered the phone twice while talking to me.

First time was great but service declined after that. Tech talked on her cell phone most of the time she was working on me. Manicure only lasted two days.

This was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. When I got there I was the only person there....and it took almost 3 hours to get out of there. All i got was a basic manicure and pedicure.. there was no massage with either...literally all they did was clip and file my nails/toe nails and paint them. I still have calluses on my heels. The gel polish on one hand did not dry right ( not part of my complaint..i know that happens) but instead of removing it and starting over the man tried to paint over the shriveled polish...only to eventually have to remove it..which he attempted to do with a nail file. The nails on my right hand are now significantly shorter than the other hand... i was appalled when they wanted me to pay $60 for this!!! I have a 6 week old at home and this was supposed to be my relaxing afternoon break, which was not the case at all!!!!!!!

Got my nails painted. Crap job for the pedi. Worker just kept talking to her coworker in their language which normally is no big deal but when thats all she says and goes through your pedi so quick its like why did

Spent 130 dollars here and my nails Im so beyond upset with ...I told the guy over and over again I didnt want white tips he said ohh i cant do it where u cant see it...I said Im telling you I dont like the white so please make sure..well he does it and cant do it and now I got stuck with paying 130 dollars for nails I didnt even want in the first place Im so upset and its alot of money to put out and to not even get what I asked for
