Simple Solitude is a gem and a great place to have gel nails done + pedicures! Jamie and the owners all treat their customers like family, the prices are reasonable and its easy to book your appointments ahead. I would recommend this shop to anyone! One of the reviews said it was crowded and small........it is NOT crowded and small and has a perfect amount of room for the number of people working there. It is a good idea to book appointments in advance but they also will take a walk-in if an appointment is available. Wait til you see all the colors they have to select from!!

Jamie is awesome! Does a wonderful job and is a friendly person who makes you her main focus! I Love the whole atmosphere of the salon! They are friendly, caring and funny. Run, dont walk to make an appointment.

I love this place!!! The staff prides themselves on pushing the envelope when it comes to nail art & trends while maintaining a fun, welcoming & professional environment. They are so sanitation conscious too- I never have to worry about them reusing tools, and I get to take home my file too! My gels last so long and I seriously get so many compliments. I love them all and will continue to refer all my friends & family.

Jamie was so sweet and she did such a good job! The owners were hilarious and the whole time I was there was filled with laughter. I will be back! Suport local businesses ❤️

I wanted to get my nails done somewhere within 10 minutes close by my house. I went in for a French manicure with a twist. I was hoping to have a special design on one nail, but it didnt go quite as well. My friends asked me why one nail was painted white and said it looked strange. I guess it was a bad day for me because the stamp design kept smearing on the nail so I kind of just gave up on it. The service was good and the nail tech Krishan was very friendly. They were booked for appointments and the owner was nice enough to let me fill in someone elses appointment who didnt show up...

I always enjoy my visits...its like a girls night out and and a relaxing therapy session all wrapped up with beautiful nails! The nail technician was very good. She was able to get the hang nails and dead skin off painlessly. Had a mani-pedi and will be back.

Didnt get a chance to use the services here. The nail tech was not available until next day. Salon is rather cramped and hard to move around in. I passed on making an appointment for a store up the road on Main.

With all the good reviews, I really expected a great pedicure. Id give 0 stars if I could. Where do I start? The price is more than I usually pay, but I believe in supporting local, so I gave it a try anyway and gave a 5 $ tip too because I believe in tipping. The only nails clipped were my big toes, the only cuticle trimming was the medial corner of the big toes, two layers of polish slapped on she said would last for weeks, was coming off in hours, literally the same afternoon. My cuticles were not pushed back, the callous removal, what a joke, she used an emery board (not a new one as she should have) for about 2 to 3 minutes for nails and callouses, and of course that did not remove anything only temporarily smoothed them out. I cant get my money back, but I am sure as hell leaving this review to warn off others. We all should support local businesses, but if the customer service is horrible, then a new business that values its customers (all of them) should come in to take its place.

This place is amazing and I cant wait to go back in two weeks for a pedi!!!! Sara is wonderful and Im trying out Tearaa(?) next time. There are several great things about this place. They are very clean and hold a high standard of cleanliness for their shop, respectful of how you feel and what you want on your pedi/mani, and actually take the time to know you. Its great. The products are fantastic, the attention to detail of the polish but also the cuticles/heels, and lasting results are great. Ive learned in just one appointment that there are polishes that last longer so thats good for when I travel! And the coolest thing ever is that you can take home the file used on your hands/feet. Have it at my work desk! Thanks again for a enjoyable mani experience and cant wait to make this spot my regular!
