From the moment I came in to Caliber Collision for a estimate, until the time I picked up my finished car. Caliber whats the most professional, informative and friendliest business I have ever dealt with. Id like to take note to mention to employees that I dealt with at caliber. Sandra the front desk and also estimator make me feel at home and always greeted me with a smile remembering my name and seemed to really enjoy what she was doing. The general manager also was very grateful and said thank you more than once when we picked up the car.

My vehicle was hit in the side, they gave me a fair and accurate bid, the Insurance company was confident in this shop! The shop and insurance company worked together to make this very easy for me, when i picked up my vehicle it was ready as promised and they did an excellent job with the repairs and went the extra step to clean my vehicle prior to delivery! My tech was Regal, he was very professional and polite, he made sure to update me on the progress of my repairs!

I brought my car in for work because the previous shop did the worst job on my car. My paint was peeling and I was very unsatisfied with the first paint job...Tommy @ AAA called me to let me know to take my car to Caliber... I was very reluctant and he could tell because he asked that I keep him informed every step of the way and not to worry they would take care of everything. And Tommy and team sure did. My wife and I have been to Caliber Collision a few times over the past few years. In the past, it was for body and trim repairs. However, this time I needed the windshield replaced. The people there are marvelous, and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. As usual, my truck was ready on time, and the repair was excellent.A shoutout to Sandra Cruz. She has been who my wife and I (for her BMW X3, and my Nissan Frontier) have worked with, and she is FANTASTIC!!!!! The only thing I was disappointed about was they were going to charge $837 to repair my windshield when I found it somewhere for $250. I feel that part I was being ripped off on, but they did a great job on my back bumper fixing it. It looks awesome.

20 out of 10! We highly recommend Caliber on Sturgis Rd in Oxnard. They handled the repairs we needed after we were hit by an inexperienced & rude driver with horrible insurance. Everyone single Caliber person we spoke with in person and on the phone was pleasantly professional & able to answer all questions. They handled the paperwork with the other driver’s horrible insurance so we didn’t have to. This included requesting 500% more for repairs than that ins company initially OKd based on uploaded exterior photos. Caliber gave us regular updates on the repairs, peace of mind, & all repairs done thoroughly. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

They took care of my repairs and restoration was wonderful. They are certified to work with USAA insurance making the entire process a breeze.

Jerry was awesome! They made my car look brand new again after being backed into by another car. They got it fixed in just a few days and would update me via phone call and texts throughout the process. There were a few scuff marks along the back of the car (that may have been my fault or may have accidentally been done while it was in the shop) but Rigo was more then happy to buff them out for me and even touch up a small scratch of the paint, free of charge! Great experience dealing with staff. There are currently some fitment issues that I am working on getting taken care of such as misaligned body panels that werent like that prior to the collision.

Caliber Collision in Oxnard was on point. Their staff is super friendly and will take care of you right to the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave with your vehicle. I was very nervous to take our truck here because the Thousand Oaks office did quite a number on my moms Lexus, but the Oxnard shop was AMAZING 10/10. My truck has a special kind of paint that you can’t just make up, and they were spot on. I’m truly impressed on the body work. They worked with my insurance and I thought it would be over a month till it would be done and they did the body work within 2 weeks. The communication within the office is externally professional, everyone is on the same Page and they keep you updated to the T on tuesdays and Thursday’s, and if any additional information they call you to keep you in the loop. They work with your insurance adjuster, so that you don’t have to. I will recommend y’all to friends and family. Again super impressed with everything and couldnt have asked for a better job done. Thanks for making it easy on me and my husband as I was 8 months pregnant and already stressing but appreciate your team and made it all come together.

Absolutely the best place to get your car repaired. They do an amazing job of painting, restoring, and fixing. They are Mercedes licensed too, so if some kid steals your emblem, they can get you fixed for allot less than dealership.Customer service while getting car repaired was amazing!

My insurance company **Nationwide** developed a bogus repair estimate and Caliber was unwilling to give an estimate because they didnt want to lose Nationwides business. They completely sided with them against the customer. Both companies have been reported.

It took the 30 days to fix damages to my hood, bumper, and small damages here and there. I dont know if its just my experience but 30 days is definitely a long time. As far as customer service goes, not so great, just kept getting random emails not stating much. Until a week into repairs I finally called and then I started getting phone call updates. Received the car with scratches on the front light and the next day the hood popped open lol, back to the shop for an hour. I had a 110 gas mileage when dropped off, but I received it with 60 miles left, but only driven 3-4 miles. I have a somewhat fast car and I know how the gas works, a child could understand it. The car was driven as a joy ride and I was promised a gas card, never received it from many (manager). Its been a month since and I dont want it,j in case you guys read this. Overall dont go here.

So I called for a quote to get a aftermarket grill on my truck painted ...nope you have to come in they said, Ok so I drive 25 min way out to their place. I was greeted with a friendly reception then was told “it’s a process” to get and estimate, “ there is one person ahead of you then the estimator will be going to lunch, do you want to come back after 1pm”......huh?I said, no thank you, I will not be returning!I went to another shop, got a quote in under 3 minutes and they will have the work done in 2 days!

I want to commend Sandra Cruz at your 3101 Sturgis Rd, Oxnard, CA 93030 facility.She recently helped me with a claim for a new top for my Porsche. The insurance company was AAA, and Mrs. Cruz coordinated everything with them. There was an issue with the headliner initially installed, and both AAA and Sandra resolved the it with an OEM replacement headliner. Unfortunately, I gave caliber the Benefit of the doubt one to many times. A few months back I got into a fender bender nothing to serious but still a fair amount of damage to the front drivers side quarter panel. I dropped off my car to caliber explained what I felt was wrong and what was visibly wrong. The repairs took close to month. Way to long in my book. But I wanted the job done right. So I bared with it. Once I picked up my car I drove it for a week and noticed noises and driving performance issues. Called caliber and took it back in on a Saturday. They took about 5 mins glancing over my car and asked a few questions. They didnt bother to really inspect it. They told me they would research my issues and give me a call back. I called a week later and was told the noises and issues are just the way the car is. Me still not being happy I got ahold of the district manager. District manager met with me and immediately found an issue. But said the issue could have been pre-existing. Which was not true. But he said he will do his best to get it fixed. 2 weeks go by without no resolution. Call him back and he said I fell through the cracks and he apologized. Once again he said he would immediately get it fixed that was over two weeks ago. Its been over 4 months and my car is still not working correctly AVOID CALIBER AT ALL COST

Sent by AAA, scheduled an appt for the light tree scratches on my car...felt like I was a bother to the receptionist and appraiser for just walking into the lobby (only 1 customer in lobby)...was told to wash the car before I bring it back for the repair. Ended up taking my car to a much more friendly shop. UPDATE: Received a call from Craig Fernandez GM Caliber Collision same day I posted this review. He seemed genuinely concerned that I had less than perfect feelings about my experience here. He asked for further feedback, which I provided. I was very impressed with the timing of his call, his wanting to improve the customer experience, as well as his desire to make things right with me. Changed my opinion from never go back to possibly will go back and earned an extra star. Thank you Mr. Fernandez!

I was involved in two accidents where I was hit in the rear and needed my tailgate and the rear repaired over a span of two months or so. Caliber repaired my car both times. Both times they did a beautiful job so that only an expert might tell any damage had been done. But, besides their fine craftsmanship, I especially appreciated the regular update of my Honda CRV’s progress in the shop, problems and delays they had and why, and keeping me informed in a timely way. Everyone I dealt with, especially my service manager Sandra Cruz, was polite, responsive, informative and helpful and I was very pleased with their work. I would use them again without question.
