Everything about this place is awesome! Tracy and Emily have been doing mine and my mom’s nails for almost a year now and they are beyond amazing! The prices we are charged for the beautiful work they do is beyond worth it!! Thank you ladies!

Best place Ive ever been to get my nails done. I will drive 25 minutes to come here every time. Girls are so nice love hearing them talking and making conversations. Always a fun time. I would recommend this place anytime. Also lets not forget about the free mimosas. .

Like most women, I don’t have a lot of time, but they make the time I do have worth every second. They do EXCELLENT work! I can come on with literally NO CLUE what to do with my nails and they always make me feel great when I leave. I can get a wax, manicure, pedicure and a glass of wine all in one place! Great work! Tracy and Emily are very talented and take great pride in the services they provide and the things they can create :) My mom, sister and I all come here. The worst nail set I have ever received. Nail tech Tracy kept hurting my cuticles with the electric file thing. My nails were lumpy, you can see the polish strokes, and all the nails were different shapes and length. Absolutely the worst !!! Pictures don’t make them look bad but if only I can go live .

Walk in service was no problem, just waited about 15 minutes. All the workers were pleasant and professional. For a guy, I just need the basic manicure and pedicure, no fancy stuff. The service was very good. Free complimentary beverages is very unique for a nail salon.

I came in to get a gel manicure while visiting Vancouver. Emily did a great job! Very attentive and asked me how I liked my shape of nail, color, and end result. Very satisfied with the service. Ill be coming back if visiting and in need of a manicure.

We have come here a few times they take good care of us especially when we make a reservation ahead of time. They do yummy complimentary drinks like mimosas and thai tea. The girls are so friendly and fun. We speak spanish and they dont care. Just like we respect their language when they speak it. The best at customer service and their prices are also the best i have found in vancouver wa without affecting the quality.

Traci and the girls here are amazing! So funny and charasmatic, with magnificent attention to detail. The ultimate place to relax and sip on a mimosa whole you are pampered. The prices are affordable as well which makes this place exceed expectations.

So happy to return to this salon with new ownership! I knew two of the technicians who joined the team from a different salon. Nice to visit familiar faces in a newly remodeled salon with such pleasant ownership.It wasn’t a busy day so I’m guessing my massages may have been longer than normal, but a serious treat. My nail color of choice is very conservative and not exciting, but I appreciate their attention to detail despite my desire for zero creativity.

Very good relaxing experience. They take their time! Very clean & pamper you.... The pedicure was the best & my nails were so pretty & stayed on & no polish chipped or broke. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great experience with a good price

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! These ladies are wonderful. Liners in the tub basins, single use pedicure packs, and BRAND NEW NAIL POLISH! Out with the old and in with the new. I really love that they have their available nail colors in color books-you can see them all right next to each other. It makes a huge difference in comparison to the rings of nails.This isn’t as huge as the change in cleanliness-but they also have BRAND NEW MASSAGE CHAIRS, and they also moved the location of the TV. You don’t have to crank your neck anymore :-)The TV wasn’t actually on-what was playing was great sounding old country music.I have been coming to this establishment (under the previous management) for a few years as my child attends Sylvan and it is easy access for me. (I NEVER write reviews). But, I feel these ladies deserve it. They have done a great job transitioning Creative Nails.

Extremely customer oriented, with a wide array of drink options to enhance the experience. They also have a wide variety quality products that are well stocked.

Joyce and Emily were absolutely amazing. They are the new managers! Very fun and super friendly. All the nail polishes are super new and In the boxes still. They talked about wanting to get over 1000 colors and already have over 500. I got the 11 on the nail board. Loved it. I REALLY loved how they displayed the nails in a book so you could see all of them right there. Joyce did my nails and Emily did a friends. Joyce was constantly looking at my nails and taking care of them- not even hesitating to trim hang nails or lose skin even though we were in the painting stage. They did awesome. Don’t let the old reviews scare you away! Look at the recent ones! Will definitely go back.My ONLY negative thing, is that the hand massage was just oil for a minute total. Which was kind of disappointing. Would love for much more massage. Will try with pedicure next time.

I had been gifted 2 Groupons. Called and made an appointment, but when we arrived I still had to wait. Seems there is a new owner and maybe the previous owner didnt share all the detail of honoring the Groupon because she was a little hesitant. In the end she accepted both deals and was super kind and quite lovely. I appreciate that she honored the deals as they were written.

Wonderful pedicure and my daughter had her first manicure. They are very sanitary and quickly wiped down each station after we were done (while we were still there)! The staff is kind and very attentive.

Ok experience, prices not posted and I noticed the other patron paid a different amount than I was charged. The person who did you fill cut me and acted like it was no big deal. I will no go back

Polite staff, clean, and they did an amazing job!

My sister treated me to a pedicure at this salon. I have to say that the services were minimalistic at best. My sister had the owner for her pedicure, who spoke on her phone the whole time. Never clipped or trimmed nails like they usually do. The massage was a joke. My sister left with the worse paint job, with paint even on her skin in places that werent even close to her nail. My pedicurist was minimally better. She at least tried to communicate a little. Still not clipped or trimmed and polish was a little bit better. Once again, massage was almost non-existing. Deplorable customer service...we will never go back there and warn all others to save your money.

I had been here before and had a bad experience... under new management now and wow... the change is dramatically different. Emily was very sweet and pleasant... she gave me the best nail experience ever... this is my new nail salon! I L-O-V-E this place! So many colors and innovative styles! Worst experience of my life she did my eyelashes and use nail glue i lose my own eyelashes, she also burn my eye and pinch me multiple times.. is the worst experience of my life-my natural eyelashes are so damages that I hate this place don’t put yourself in this situation go to a different place.

Great experience, nice and eager to give me exactly what I wanted. Lin was careful but also quick with my gel manicure. I like my nails short, and and Ive been to places that leave sloppy polish on the edges of my fingers, but not here. Neat, and very smooth, great job!

Super friendly staff, very clean, and I don’t feel like I’m going to pass our from the chemicals in the air. It’s a great deal for a pedi, but the quality is what you pay for. No complaints!

They did an awful job. They over charged for nails originally said 30$ and charged an extra 10$. Made us wait over 45 mins after calling for an 11 am appointment. Nails look gross. Super chunky and rough. Don’t come here.

Seems like I have tried every nail place in Vancouver over the years and I think I have finally found MINE!!! I am extremely picky about my nails and eyebrows and not only do they put up with me in a nice way they do an amazing job!!! I couldnt be more impressed with them. The ladies are so nice and actually like to hold conversations with you;)

I went here because I had a Groupon. The ladies were very nice. The salon is a little small-ish and it’s clean. They don’t really have a lot of shellac choices, which is a bummer.

I got a shellac manacure today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon or any business in my life. I am younger (20) and 7 months pregnant. An older lady with glasses was doing my nails and begun asking me a series of personal and invasive questions like what I do for work, am I married, asked why I chose to have a baby so young, telling me to not get pregnant again, etc. then began talking ABOUT ME to her co worker who then asked me if I live at my parents and who I expect to raise my child. COMPLETELY unprofessional, RUDE, and not their place to be asking. I was excited to get my nails done peacefully, but ended up getting interrogated by complete strangers and left so frustrated I left almost in tears. On top of that all my nails are a different shape and uneven.

NOT A DEAL AT ALL!! Went in for a Shellac manicure with a Paraffin dip that I purchased from Groupon... they completely screwed up my nails. When I questioned it, they told me that if I wanted them fixed, it would cost me extra! This is a procedure that I have done every two weeks, regularly at a different salon. Unfortunately, I tried this Groupon....my nails still were not fixed properly (there was no way to save them), they didnt know what coffin shaped was, they burned me with their drill and I still had to pay! NOT WORTH IT!!!

Just a quick stop in to get some fake nails removed and a manicure. Pretty terrible work. Cleanliness was an issue. Looks as though the supplies they use are not sanitary. Very unprofessional. One women was on her phone sloppily walking around making a very intitial rude comment about my color choice. The woman I had doing my nails was nice but I won’t be back again. The manicure itself was poorly done.

So glad they are close to my home! I can always walk right in and get my mani/pedi or both. Friendly, and always offer wine! I loved my experiences here and have met some very happy, friendly ladies who regularly come to this nail salon.

If I could I’d give a ZERO starsI have came FIVE times and none of these FIVE times were they available they’re either on “LUNCH” or just sitting there with ONE costumer or NONE why can’t the person who is telling sorry there on lunch help me? She just tells me to come In a hour ? And I’ve came during the week ! And once on Saturday every other time after these two “lunch breaks” they say “no sorry” Hmmm and I’ve tried to make appointments and they literally want me to come whenever they want and when I do they have one customer and ONE person helping THATS IT maybe MAYBE they don’t have many employees I understand and that’s why I have them 5 CHANCES ...Overall bad service because when I call they act like they don’t care about your business YES I’ve called ahead of time to schedule or to see if I could walk in right now and all they say “no sorry” there are SO many other nail salons out here but I try and help out the smaller business that no one really talks about just to give it a try and obviously to help out community but I can why now this place isn’t on anyone’s good list of nail places!Overall good luck your going to need it.Hope you open your availability more often and stop going having EVERYONE on “lunch” at the same time ..

I just got my acrylic French tip nails done here for the first time. I will be coming back to Ivonne she is great and did a fantastic job :) I am satisfied !
