HM has installed new floors twice and repaired large part of old floor once. They came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation and beyond. Gary was extremely punctual, neat, considerate. The last work was dining room addition to kitchen oak floor and they match perfectly. I highly recommend HM expertise for any floor work.

Gary and Belinda were so kind and responsive when I ask them to come out to look at my grandmother’s rotting bathroom floor for repairs. They quoted us a very reasonable price and stuck to it. My grandmother being 92 with only one bathroom downstairs needed the repairs done quickly. Gary was very understanding and kind by working hard to get it done in one day. We are overwhelmingly impressed with the results of the repairs including the new flooring and toilet in her bathroom. So grateful for their communication, scheduling, reasonable pricing and integrity. Gary does great work! Highly recommend and would call again in a heartbeat!

Very unprofessional. Refused to perform warranty work per their own contract. We even asked for warranty work well before the time frame allowed. Failing tile and grout, cracked walls and ceilings from support walls they removed. Installed the support beam and it is visibly crooked. Unfinished/unpainted moldings and trim. Gaps in flooring around baseboards. Paint overspray on our furniture and computer monitor. Hvac rerouted and not hooked up under the house, was left on the ground. Damage caused by their demo was not repaired properly. Poor quality workmanship. Lost our engineered plans that were paid for by us to an architect and engineer. Refusal to acknowledge their poor workmanship. Very short work days which led to 17 weeks to complete a 6 week job. I have so many pictures, videos, texts and emails they won’t fit.Terrible communication. If you use them, get EVERYTHING in writing.Would NOT recommend.

Loved the friendliness of Gary and his wife Belinda, very friendly people. They are truly a blessed pair and The work these two do together is absolute amazing!! I had them do my bathroom and they where very reasonable with the price and got the job done within a very well time that worked for me!
