The remodeling crew removed and installed our two upstairs bathrooms. They came in on Wednesday morning and finished just after lunch the following Friday. The shower surround, shower doors, bathtub, and fixtures, are top quality. The installation was also top quality. The caulking on all of the seams was the best we have ever seen.

Shower Pan they used is way too shallow for a doorless shower. I recommend they use a deeper one for future customers. It’s hard to keep water off the floor. Caulking in some spots is sloppy if you’re into details. I would expect perfection for the price we paid for a very tiny bathroom that can’t even accommodate a full bathtub. Overall it looks very nice.

When I first started looking to replace my shower I was terrified because I have an older house with tons of strange factors. The guys did an amazing job not only installing the shower but with all the caveats along the way. When we discovered that my house has an unusually thick concrete base, they were efficient, quick and even rented larger equipment to get the job done on time. When we ran into the strange plumbing from when my house was a hair salon, they worked to cap those lines off while making everything neat. They worked with the existing layout and it looks great. When they were done, not only do I have a shower that I love, but they made my bathroom far more functional!

I am extremely well pleased with this company. They actually exceeded every commitment they made to me regarding schedules. The quality of the new shower I had installed is top notch. The workers were very professional and considerate. I am the type of person that tries to do as much homework as possible when I am about to embark on any expensive project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that was considering a bathroom upgrade.

They came in, gutted my outdated bathroom and replaced everything! The final product is amazing! They handled every curveball thrown at them during demo and then all my design ideas! I couldn’t be happier with the finished room and for the low price I paid it’s above and beyond astonishing! Highly recommend this company and their construction team!

Our bathroom could have won 1st place hands down in any Ugly Bathroom contest😩. We talked to three different remodeling companies and decided to go with Bath Planet. They were unbelievably thorough and reliable from the evening they gave the bid until the last detail was finished. I made a few changes along the way, including choosing a different tub/shower surround and adding wainscoting (while the job was in progress). Ken and his team were exceptional in working with us. I decided to use the first surround in a rental we have, and they made sure that all came together in a reasonable and affordable manner. Choosing Bath Planet was the best decision we made in this process. They had a great variety of products to choose from. Our bathroom Is absolutely beautiful! It has been 5 months, and I’m still amazed each day when I first see it!

We are very happy and pleased with our new walk in shower. The men who did the work were very courteous and did a wonderful job . We couldnt be happier. Never got to see anything in writing on the estimate because the salesman told me the documents were top secret. when inquiring why a very small tub was widened beyond the width of a normal tub the owner, Ken Miller, said he didnt know but would send someone out to look at it-- no call and no one showed up. also, went from great water pressure to hardly any water pressure

Bath Planet replaced a shower and a bathtub for us. We were able to select from a wide array of options and colors during initial consultation, and jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner that fit our schedules. We love our shower (the workmanship is excellent), and would definitely recommend Bath Planet.

Would not recommend if you need service. The sales person stressed the warranties to us, but we had a minor problem and notified them the day after installation and havent heard back from them after 10 days.

I am so happy with my new shower, and I dont miss the mold! Thanks to everyone. Great job!
