For custom cabinets they feel more like something you could get out of IKEA. Repair work was about as minimalist as it can get, very little attention to detail. Carpenter left their mess for me to clean up. Thanks. I wouldnt recommend.

I worked with Mark Walters in the design of the cabinetry for my new home. He was incredibly helpful in expanding my ideas and bringing my vision to fruition. I now have my dream kitchen, bathrooms, and a to die for laundry/sewing/mudroom. I will soon be having him and A & J work their magic on the living room built-ins. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Give my highest recommendation.

The cabinets are not of good quality and they have patches on few doors. They promised to fix the issue and had multiple trips to my home. Finally they can’t match the existing color because with these delays the others doors faded a bit. They left our home with the issues. We followed up with them for couple of years and finally this is the outcome. We will not recommend this company.

Lorenzo came out to my home and touched up my cabinets. He did an amazing gob. I’m very grateful that he came out and looked at all of the detail and made them look flawless. ✅

I had one of my kitchen cabinets hinge broke after 15. Years.I called A&J talked to one of their customer services agent, her name is Monica.She was excellent in helping me to get the hinge replaced.Over all I would highly recommend A&J custom cabinets for family and friends!

We needed our cabinets repaired as there was a scraping sound every time we would open or close the cabinets. Clay was able to diagnose the problem right away. He replaced the type of screw that was used in the railing but he also reinforced the attachment to the railing to support the weight of the drawers. What I liked was Clay wasnt trying for a quick fix but long term care of the cabinets. It was evident in talking to Clay that he takes pride in his workmanship and it shows.

A & J supplied the cabinets for our home built in 1992. We were pleased with their quality and service then. So when two cabinet doors were damaged we were pleased to find them still in operation. They made replacements very quickly and were very helpful with all the details. Pricing was very reasonable and quality excellent. You wont go wrong here.

They were very nice and friendly. We ended up making 2 visits to pick the color of cabinets for our new home.

I had these cabinets in my house that was built in the late 90s, they held up great. I just bought a new home and I get to have these cabinets again. Watching them get installed was so cool!! There attention to detail in the following weeks was comforting. I am now moved into my new home and I couldnt be happier with them, and I cant say that for a lot of the other aspects of my new home.

The service I received after I got my cabinets installed was excellent!! They made everything perfect and wrapped them up while the rest of my kitchen was completed. When they came back to unwrap, they found some damage done and the took care of it the next day. Thank you Ryan for all that you have done.

The receptionist was so short and rude to me our entire conversation. I was so outraged with the lack of professionalism from her that I decided to take my business else where. I’d recommend them to step up their front line dealing with their customers... no one likes a entitled child giving attitude

Best place for cabinets with top notch customer service!

Our order was missing knobs, the doors were not properly aligned and the top piece was not assembled like promised. Disappointed for with the service for the price we paid.

So very frustrating I paid in full back in March and to this day the work is still not complete. Mutable trips to my house work not completed correctly the first time. The Installer for the countertop had to come back three times and still did not complete the job correctly use scrap wood and cardboard when installing my Countertop. When I complained to the company the girl was very rude. After leaving a yelp review she told me via text message that the company would not complete my job until I removed my review.

Cabinet quality was excellent, service department was incredible to work with and very responsive.

Worst customer service by Kim, worst stain and craftsmanship on the cabinets. I am serious, save yourself agony and misery dealing with these guys. It is painful. I had spoken to the owner about my problems, what a waste of time, you can really see how his management flows down to his staff. Simply terrible experience.
