I bought my current car at Vancouver Ford and received very good service. Unfortunately, Mark was still in parts back then. However, I see how stoked he gets when a vehicle comes in that he knows a customer of his will like. He lets them know asap so they wont miss out! He stays overtime to help his customers get the great deal they are seeking. You can tell that Mark loves what he does! Great customer service is always in the forefront of his mind.

I just wanted to give praise to Darrell, I have been on the fence about purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time but was very unsure of a lot of factors that go into buying your first car. I have not purchased a new vehicle yet but when I do, my eyes are set on Vancouver Ford simply because I know I will get the best most attentive service from Mark Yarger. When I decide to take the plunge and buy new, I want to have someone I trust there to help. I cant speak for the rest of the people there, but if they employ outstanding people like Mark, then I imagine its a great place to make a purchase.
I was a bit reluctant to take car in for a transmission issue that car is notorious for. Figured they would say that it was within spec. But they found a problem and fixed it. Runs great now. I appreciate Garrett who was my service advisor getting it done, but subtracted 1 star for another service advisor who was very abrupt in attitude.
I can’t wait to come back in when the time is right to have James help me out. He was absolutely amazing with tons of information and if he couldn’t answer a question he found it for me!

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a truck about a year ago, the sales team was on point this one star is due to the service department. There was recall on a ac line leaking into the passenger seat. We noticed it because there was mold growing all under the dash and carpet. We called my husband scheduled to take the truck in, the truck was with the service department for 4 days due to them ordering parts which is fine get everything completed. We have 4 month baby mind you, when we got the truck back they didn’t bother to clean up the mold or the passenger seat area they fixed the ac line but now it takes forever to get cool. But the fact they didn’t clean up the mold but washed the outside of the truck!! We emailed KIETH but obviously he never responds to issues. When they initially called us to give us an update we asked if we could have the cabin filter replaced due to the recall (that no one told us about) obviously we have 4 month old why would we want her to be inhaling mold they said they would replace but not as a courtesy we would have to pay for it. It was only till we complained they decided to replace the cabin filter but not clean up the mold. We emailed to see if there is something that we can do as in get it cleaned maybe after you did the work? No response. There is photos, also Keith has the photos in an email as well from husband that I will post! This experience with the service department has led me to never purchase a vehicle from this place ever. When you go into a car dealership you should have a firm understanding of what you can afford. Whether that be cash out of pocket, a maximum monthly payment, or a combination of both. Also, understand what your credit score entitles you to as far as interest rates are concerned. Google is a great tool to figure out both of those things, use it. Vancouver Ford didnt have many new car options. Its not a huge volume dealer just off a major interstate, located in a rural setting between two major metropolitan areas. You know the kind Im talking about. This is a local dealership. That means you may need to do a dealer locate to find the car you want with the options you want.We went in to buy an F150 and it took about 4.5 hours to trade in two vehicles, sign all the paperwork, and drive off with our new car. We brought two toddlers along since we traded in two older cars. They gave us a fair value for both our cars. Research it ahead of time and be reasonable, if youre trading in. They have to show it on their lot or they have to sell it at wholesale if it has too much wear and tear. Dont get crushed if they come back at the low end of your honest estimate for your cars value. They have to make a profit. If you want top dollar, sell it yourself and enjoy the sideshow that is the general American public coming to your house and driving your car on test drives, only to tell you its just not right for me, will you take 30% less than youre asking for it? Have fun.All in all, this was a 9/10 experience. The only thing that wouldve improved it is if we had agreed to buy 5 minutes earlier so we didnt have to wait for the one finance guy to sign the other couple, who bought right before us, first! With two toddlers it was an extra hour if groaning and distraction. Mark was great with our kids; hes a dad himself. Tony was a super guy to talk to. Take care of that knee and switch to Tai Chi! Its easier on the body.These are local folks that live in our neighborhood. Theyre trying to make money to feed their families, just like you and I. Know what you want and what you can afford and go in with some flexibility in time and expectations. If youre loaded, youre not reading this anyway.I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Lee was great and super helpful. We had been to several lots looking at trucks and I thought I would get a Tacoma or a ridgeline. After going to several Toyota and Honda dealers and looking at how much they were price gauging customers. Nothing like seeing three and four year old Tacomas at higher prices than new ones. Granted, they never seem to have any new ones either.I went to Ford to look at the used ones they had. Ended up with a new Ranger and couldnt help but notice how awesome the staff was and the prices were fair. Keep up the good work.

Ask the internet manager to confirm a price for a Mustang, he confirms. Ask one more time to make sure they are selling the car for listed price, he confirms again. Give them my credit to run, trade ins and such, get it all worked out, manager calls me and says yeah you are getting the car for msrp, plus 20k add on. Floored. Would never recommend this dealer. Wasted my time and ran my credit for nothing.
I had a flat tire with my 2019 Genesis G-90 and unfortunately I had to buy four new tires because of the AWD set-up. I called Vancouver Hyundai and asked for a quote on new tires and Mark in the parts department was there to greet me along with Debbie (Service Manager) to double-check the size of tires to replace. Within a few minutes, I had a quote and said we could have the tires available to put on late in the afternoon. I was ecstatic about the customer service and the great follow-up. All the crew was very friendly during my visit and made me feel welcome which translates into me coming back for service and recommending Vancouver Hyundai/Ford to all my friends and family!!!!

I had an appointment confirmed and set for 08/09 on Monday for a transmission leak issue on my 2018 15k mile Shelby GT350. When I arrived they told me they had no records of any appointment in their system and the earliest they could get me in was in 2 weeks. After going back and forth with the service advisor they told me they could get me in possibly on Wednesday. A week after my original call. They then told me they would charge me a $120 diagnostic fee even though it’s completely under warranty for my power train coverage for another 45k miles. What’s mind blowing to me is that this is a common issue on these cars and plenty of these have returned to the shop for the same issue with less than 1000 miles on it. This car has been babied and has never seen a track day in its life, even though it was a track oriented car. Highly dissatisfied in the professionalism of this establishment. I work in the car industry and this would never happen at my brand. My all means avoid Vancouver Ford

This was our first experience with this dealership. We had a recall order that they replaced an item. Although we had to plan out 2 months ahead of our call, when I went in they were all ready at the appointment time with paperwork completed. The replacement was completed in the time they said and even had a carwash at the end! Great service and nice area to wait in!

They got the work done quickly but I’m sure thoroughly. They drew attention to a problem I didn’t know I had—evidence of rodent damage. March 2021 - Bought a 2018 F250 Lariat FX4 6.7 Diesel from Mike R. Mike was fantastic to work with. The rep Mark was very helpful, very polite and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and the purchase process. The guy at the front desk processing the documents needs to be more polite and professional however, he had a bad attitude towards his sales rep which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall though, the experience was good but took a long time to complete. I would highly recommend you contact Mark when youre shopping for a vehicle at Vancouver Ford.

Great buying experience, no stress, nice folks to deal with especially Scott who was great at showing all the cool features of the car. I love my new car and I highly recommend this dealership.
We took our F-150 in for warranty work in April to Vancouver Ford. They replaced the left front axle and put in a new oil pan gasket. The truck started making a clunking noise in the area that was repaired. Called to get it back to Vancouver Ford and it took 2 weeks before we were scheduled. Vancouver Ford checked our vehicle and said the noise was caused from an aftermarket lift kit causing the upper control arm to rub against the spring for shock and lift kit (leveling kit) should be removed. Garret Felipe said they would remove lift kit for $670.00. We took the truck to Les Schwab, they looked at it and said to take it back to Vancouver Ford and have Vancouver Ford re-torque all the bolts they removed. Went back to Vancouver Ford told them what Les Schwab said and Garret did not want to re-torque the bolts. We asked to see a Service Manager. The Service Manager came out with an attitude but said he would look at the truck. They found the bolts on the cross member which they removed to replace the oil pan gasket, were not tight enough so they re-torqued the bolts and fixed the problem. The leveling kit is still on the truck, nothing was done to the upper control arm and the problem was fixed.
I’m a long time Ford owner and have taken my vehicles to different service shops over the years but these guys know their vehicles extremely well. They have never disappointed me and go out of their way to the extreme to satisfy their customers. 110% recommended. So nice, so very friendly, and the service manager Kieth is amazing to deal with and wants to make sure the customer is good to go.
I got a brand new Elantra from them. Turns out the car is allergic to water. The second it touched water it had massive water spots. So I washed it at night out of the sun and hand dried it and it somehow had more spots. I used a waterless wash and it still couldn’t get rid of them. I used a polish with an orbital polishing tool and still couldn’t remove or prevent them. I contacted the dealership and got no response. I contacted them again saying how furious I was and got no response. I believe something wasn’t done right with the paint/outer coating and no one is going to own up to it. I’ve washed three other cars regularly with the same hose/water source and never once had a water spot issue. They are all over the paint, trim, glass and mirrors. It’s bad enough that I actually can’t adequately see out of the side mirrors at night and nothing I do cleans them. Then the dealer has the audacity to email me asking for a review. My advice, don’t buy an Elantra and definitely don’t buy here.

Lane was the utmost proffesional salesperson that I have ever came in contact with. If you need some space, he will give it to you, if you need information, he has it. If there is something that he cant answer, he will get you an answer in about 10-15 minutes max. I cant say enough about the guy. I would always ask for Lane Andersen if I am buying a car/truck at this location.

I pulled in just as they were closing their doors and they were more than happy to help me. I was told what was going on the whole time they were working on my truck.
