I dont think I can offer anything that hasnt been shared through other reviews. These guys are professional, quick, concise, diligent, and very transparent. Very fair prices and very friendly. They did a good job on the alignment but then they recommended other service that turned out to be misdiagnosed. Fortunately I discovered this before having the extra work done.They also insisted on charging me 70 extra dollars to inspect my recently installed lift kit before they would do the alignment but they reported no issues, but another shop noticed two bolts barely hanging on by a couple threads, and two other pieces thats hadnt been screwed back together. The other shop noticed this at a glance and hadnt been hired for that inspection. So not five or even four star service.

Brought in my Tesla Model 3 to have the alignment evaluated as I was noticing some uneven tire wear, pulling to the right at highway speeds, and the steering wheel slightly off center. Had to wait 3+ weeks to grab an appointment with the Tesla service center, Matts was able to help me the next day. Steering wheel is back to being straight and the car now drives PERFECTLY straight down the highway. Good quality service, good price, and very prompt. Would recommend to Tesla owners who need an alignment.

I have been using Matts for around 10 years (or more) for several cars including my wifes 2016 Mercedes CLA250. It had a tough prob with intermittent air sensor and they nailed it! Been sending my daughter there with two of her cars, one as recent as July 2020 and they took great care of her as per usual. Been referring them for years...Matt gives me great advice outling some ideas when i have complex issues often times not to bring it in right away. They are my go to guys for car issues. They go 150% and take excellent care of my cars and my family! You are in excellent hands with Matt, Steve and the guys there!

I bought my car in due to the key wouldnt come out of the ignition. The looked into it to find that it was a bunch of napkins intent gear shift. They are very professional and on time and definitely will be going back to them.

First off I just want to give a shout out to all the staff at Matt’s. The office guy Steve is so awesome, he knows me by first name and when i call he can see my phone number and knows its me lol. A very personal touch in my opinion, which I really appreciate. Makes me feel like an important customer.The owner Matt, is the nicest guy, he cares about the service you get and the quality of work performed on their customers vehicles.I take my 2011 Toyota Sienna, 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 and my 2004 Golf there. Unfortunately I have had 2 of my vehicles in there a lot since July.. boooBut each time i call and ask for a quote or have a question about a problem, their very knowledgeable staff answers all my questions and gives me advice on possible issues and the reason why.I often call on short notice when something is wrong with my van and I’m amazed Steve is always able to squeeze me in and help me get my van fixed up in a very short amount of time..I love that they walk me through issues they found and give me options on when or how to fix the issue.The diagnoses fee is very affordable and i know that a quality inspection is complete every time i bring my vehicle in for repair or a diagnostic appointment. They also do alignments and tire balancing among many other things for a large variety of vehicles, and rv’s.I love that this shop is CLEAN!!! It always looks nice and smells nice which is hard to do in that line of work. Other shops I’ve been to are so filthy you dont want to touch the door handle and it smells like BO and old balls. Cheers on their presentation, it really is all about first impressions when it comes to running a successful business.This shop has been highly recommended to me over the years and i continue to recommend them to everyone i know who is looking for a fantastic mechanic shop that has integrity, skills, experience, excellent customer service and a small town, small family owned business feel. I purchased my van new and it just hit 140,000 miles which is why I had them replace everything on the front end. Every single part has now been replaced with new, high quality parts. This next week they are putting on new calibers, rotors, and brake pads, plus a serpentine belt.I know I can trust and rely on Matt’s guys to take care of me and make sure my vehicle is safe when I’m driving around with my loved ones. I do nearly all the work on my vehicles except alignments, because I dont trust any repair shops. These guys have earned my trust. Along with great customer service, I did not feel taken advantage of. They had opportunity to easily take advantage, but they were honest. I plan to give up doing some tough jobs on my own and use these guys.

Needed an alignment after buying new tires. Steve got me in next day and they did a good job. It was more expensive than other places but I know that they did a good job just by the way my car handles and the grip of the tires. The difference was night and day.

I have been a customer of Matts for 3 years now this is the only mechanic I will ever trust. I cant think of one negative thing to say. Always satisfied with the work. Not a discount garage but they are fair, and have worked with us on cost every time we needed.Absolutely worth every penny.Whether its Steve, Larry, or Matt himself, we always got %100 honesty and great service on our cars. Weve been to other garages and not found service even comparable. They do the best work and these are real professionals with heart(and a boatload of experience and expertise). I wouldnt waste time or money anywhere else. Honesty, Integrity, and solid work.

Seem to be very fair, honest and transparent with all the work done, which seems to be hard to find anymore. They were also pretty quick, the guy in the front office even stayed past closing so I could come and get my truck before they went home. Took my Ford Ranger in with suspension issues, paid a fair price for premium parts and labor and my truck has never rode better. Will definitely be coming back!

Was quoted over the phone that my simple little Miata with 1 lowering springs but otherwise completely stock suspension, was going to cost $300 plus, for a 4 wheel alignment. Its literally a 20 minute job.I went to Les Schwab, watched him do it, took no special tools, easy job, $109.Dont get price gouged.

We have been going to Matts Alignment for over 8 years and would not even think about going any place else. He and his employees are always very friendly and have done excellent work on our vehicles. On a couple occasions I took my car in telling them what I thought was a major problem only to have them tell me it was minor. They could have gone with my diagnosis and made a lot more money but didnt. Customer forever.

Just about the best Automotive Repair and Maintenance shop in town. Always friendly, knowledgeable, fair and honest with me. Ive been taking my vehicles here for years and will continue. I just wish they worked on motorcycles as well.

I brought my 2001 Boxster here after changing various suspension components. The car was lowered about 1.5 (not installed by Matts) and was very misaligned after the install. I was honestly not sure if the car would align again because the measurements were out of wack.The guys here worked a miracle and my car is now right where I want it. I always appreciate when a shop explains what changes were made and why. If you have a difficult/modified car I recommend giving these guys a shot. Just be aware, a proper alignment will take time and money to do right.

They should have 10 stars. I have been going there for several year. They work on my Scion, Suburban, Honda, and use to work on my Motor home. They have are the only mechanic I have ever been to that if they are changing my oil and notice my brake look bad will call and tell me what needs to be done. And the times I have taken my cars in and thought the brakes were bad told me they were just dirty, but noticed something else was leaking and suggested we fix that! When I have called with dead cars they have made suggestions to try before I bring it in.. I truly feel I have found the FIRST honest mechanic EVER!

Called for price on alignment 2018 nissan. $89.00.Had installed 2.5 leveling kit.(Myself) Ok, said time and material. I asked how much? Well we wont know until we set up and measure! Ok. But Ill call you if its way out, or going to take a lot of time. I waited, about 1hour. Came back, it was almost complete. Guys out on lunch. About 35 minutes past, they finished up, test drove it, and handed me the key. Rang up my bill and asked for $340.00. I was shocked!! WOW,, had all my print out, and it was mostly a tie adjustment.Pretty upset, I ended up paying $243.00, still outrageous price for a basic adjustment.Ive been a mechanic for over 35 years. Own more than 60k in tools. Dont have an alignment machine.When I inspected the work after getting home, my tie rod arms, and lock not were mutalated by some type of jaw wrench, or plyers?? Dont know. Fact of the matter, the job was adjusted and done, but no professional uses those types of tools on a new rig.

Quoted me a price for an alignment, I showed up at my designated time and they informed my the price was not going to be what they had quoted me originally, they almost doubled the price. It went from 125.00 to 200.00 when all the other local shops charge 125.00 for the same job. Too bad, I was going to bring all of my vehicles here, not now, not ever.

Always honest and helpful. They give you options when possible. Ive taken all 4 of my cars/trucks there for years...after some bad experiences at other shops.

We have been taking our cars to Matt’s for years. It is a 27 mile drive one way for me to take my car to Matt’s, but that is a small price to pay for honest, reliable workmanship on our automobiles. I send all my friends and family there. You should too.

Very helpful and informative and they do great job

There should be a tab for just poor, because fair didnt come into play at Matts. Went there for a simple alignment since I just got new tires. Truck drove real straight before and had no play in the steering so I knew it would be an easy deal. Not so. They told me I needed an inner tie rod and the wheel bearings were so loose that they couldnt align it. Well I told them thanks and took it home to do the work myself. Im just glad I wasnt like so many folks that just have them do it, because it didnt need any of the work they insisted it did. Took it over to Firestone the next day and had them look it over and align it, and they agreed that the tie rods and wheel bearings were just fine and did an alignment.Dont waste your time at Matts. So much for their code of ethics...

Nothing really stands out. They did an alignment job on my car, no option to do just a front end alignment and the rear of my car is non-adjustable. Also, my car is lowered (its not any lower than a modern car), and they charged an extra $20 for that, making it a $90 job.

You were awesome to deal with, straight shootin, and constantly assuring me as the progress continued.
