These guys do awesome work and take great pride in making sure that what needs fixed IS fixed. Their group of mechanics are more knowledgeable than most shops Ive had the pleasure of working with. My first experience with them was as a parts vendor and I was so impressed with not only how well they treated their customers and their cars, but how they treated me as a vendor that they very soon had all my personal business for my vehicles. They arent like a dealership shop that just replaces parts and charges big bucks. Theyre also not the type of shop that ever tries to sell you something that you dont need. They are a group of passionate car enthusiasts that will gladly work on everything from new sedans, family SUVs, modern sports cars, daily driven off-road rigs, to classic and beautiful muscle cars. No repair is too insignificant, and no project is too daunting. These guys do it all with a level of professionalism and enthusiasm that other shops should strive to replicate.

Went to two other places before discovering Dabneys who figured out why my truck was experiencing death wobble and fixed it. Since then I bring my truck in once a year to have the front end and brakes inspected and anything replaced or fixed as necessary. Fantastic shop!

Tom and Lance listened to my concerns, reviewed the specifications I brought, made their recommendation, and then we agreed on specs for the alignment. I needed an alignment done on my 2016 Tacoma after I installed a suspension upgrade which lifted the truck. I took it to a different shop and they tried twice to get it right and couldn’t. Lance knew what the problem was and recommended adjustable upper control arms. Now it’s perfect. I was impressed with how clean and professional the shop and service was and the work guys were doing on other vehicles. High quality. Great customer service. I’m 100% happy 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

As others have said below, I’m also someone who has experienced going to different alignment shops and not receiving good results. I came here with high expectations and they definitely exceeded them. Lance did an alignment on my Silverado 1500, and got it right the first time. He fixed the previous alignment shop’s mistake and now it drives like it should - wheel straight = drives straight.Highly recommend coming here! I’ll definitely come here in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

My truck needed some unexpected, last minute repairs and Tom was able to get me in and diagnose the issue right away! These guys did a great job fixing death wobble on my 2014 Ford Super Duty. Track bar ball joints, drag link, alignment and balance all turned out great. Flexible hours to drop off early and pick up late. Ill be bringing my Honda in for an alignment soon!!

Went in because of a weird noise, very last minute. They fit me in quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly....while I waited. It was a fabulous first experience with their shop. We are switching from our other shop across town to Dabneys immediately. So glad I went in.

If you need an alignment this is the place to go. After 3 failed attempts to get a proper alignment from another shop in the area,.... Dabneys was able to correctly diagnose, align, and fix the front end issues and made me aware of some worn parts with the front end of my 2WD dually diesel truck. These guys know what they are doing! They took the time to do a professional job. Not just toe in toe out call it good and send you on your way like most shops do. I repeat if you need an alignment and are particular like me look to Dabneys to get it done right!

Ive been a customer of Dabneys for well over a decade. I have always received great service from them. They are friendly, honest, know their stuff, and provide a thorough evaluation of my vehicle without pressuring me to have them perform any extra work they recommend.I am writing this review because this week they outdid themselves. I took my van in at the first of the week for what I would call a complete front brake job. As usual, when I left, they told me to let them know if I had any questions.I was on my way out of town as I left the shop. Turns out I had a few issues on the trip. I called Dabneys as soon as I got back in town. I talked with first the manager and then one of the techs to describe what was happening. They had me back in the shop first thing the next morning to check it out. Dabneys replaced what looked to be a defective caliper, actually the pair, at no charge, along with the service that came with it.You might rightly say that you would expect nothing less from a reputable business, and I would agree. But, they did so with all of the good humor and openness Ive come to expect from them even though it took them almost as much time as the original service. Along the way, they discovered that the caliper that was on my van when I brought it in (and which they had replaced by part number) was actually for the next years model. So, they took the time to verify numbers and ordered the right one to replace it. Great instincts and attention to detail. And they took extra care to drive the van long enough to make sure the problem I had before didnt happen again.I got a followup call this afternoon just before closing wanting to know if everything was OK with the van. I didnt catch the call, but they left a message asking me to call them back.I call that five-star service. It just makes me feel good to know that there are good people like them in business.

Dabneys has been in business for decades and is busy all the time. If that alone doesnt say everything here is a little more. Good people that know their business and perform good work. I can recommend them because I know they will take care of you.

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment. They didnt do the alignment and diagnosed repairs it needed even after I told them I did not need a diagnosis. I told them before hand that the car needs repairs and I know what they are and I asked them if they will do the alignment anyways. They said yes. In the end they didnt do the alignment and charged me 50 dollars for a diagnosis that I told them I didnt need. I also had to wait two hours.

I took my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado in to their shop with complaints of noise in my front left steer thinking it was the wheel bearing and to check on my brakes, they never even listened to me regarding my wheel bearing and told me that everything else was wrong with my brakes and this work needed to be done. I let them do my back brakes and then took it to midas to do my front brakes and midas told me the things dabneys said were broke werent actually broke. A month or so goes by and my trucks idiot lights come on regarding traction control, stability control and abs lights, the truck felt like it was in four wheel drive! So I said screw this Im taking it to the Chevy dealer, they got it in their shop and low and behold! My front left wheel bearing was shot!!! This couldve been fixed sooner had dabneys actually listened to their customer! Will never take any of my cars to dabneys because they dont listen and they want to make up things that are wrong with vehicles that are not truly wrong!

I have been to danbys twice my first was having a wheel bearing pushed out, lance took time out his lunch to do it, the second was to have my front end aligned lance and I drove the truck and lance noticed some things that cuaght his attention. when lance looked at my truck he noticed my split axle was loose and missing bolts, lance also showed me what else needed to be replaced before a alignment could be done properly.previously I took my truck to les schawbs I was told my leaf springs were bad, I had a busted u bolt, my upper and lower wheel bearing where bad and a hefty price tag followed none of which are true and I will never visit les schawbs again.lance has won my business and I will be taking my vehicles there from now on. as a do it yourself person lance showed my what I could do before having an alignment. now that is service
