I have a 2000 corvette and I lowered the car. Took the car to there place and they called me and told the rear wheel bearings where bad. They didn’t charge me for diagnosis! I went to get the car and fix the wheel bearings and took it back to them. Trever who is awesome aligned the car perfectly. They are honest and great people!

Great experience working with Carl! My car was completed while I ate at Bennys next door. Perfect!Only downside was my windows were left down and car unlocked in lot after it was complete by the mechanic (not Carl) who completed the work and then went to lunch. I little concerning considering the heavy pedestrian traffic in area but OK.Carl later, went over all findings thoroughly and with great customer service.They are definitely trusted for local classic collectors, think there were 6 classics in the shop at the time!I will definitely come back for brakes or alignment issues in future!Thank you Carl for your assuridy, explanations, and your great sense of humor!

I am a Mercedes Benz owner and I am pretty picky with a quality of a service when i do to any of the shops. . This guy spent 2 hours to do a proper alignment on my car, and i feel like he would spend 5 if needed, just to make it right way, and that for the half of the price what dealer would charge me...! I reccomend to use this shop! Thank you!

Good price for Alignments. Just forgot to tighten a bolt and it came undone. Had tonl redo alignment. But it happens.

I was quoted $1700 for both front lower control arms, and several rear end suspension pieces needing to be replaced. The mechanic showed me underneath my car the loose parts. This guy was clearly taking me for a ride. AnyWays, I then took my car to MY mechanic, who quoted me $550 to replace 1 lower control arm, and my 2 rear sway bar links. Thats it, he did the work, and now my car is drivable and safe. Carls shop was obviously trying to sell me work that I did not need. Please, go somewhere else. Do not get work done at this shop...

Carl & Co. fixed a supposed radial pull diagnosis from another shop. After multiple trips back to the tire store this shop fixed it, no problem. Car tracks true now. Thanks guys! Ill be back.

I took my daughters car into Carl’s today because I thought she had ran up over a curb and knocked her alignment off balance.The gentleman drive the car and then called and told me to pick it up because the car didn’t need an alignment, it needed a front left tire.I am a female and know noting about cars, he could had very well taken my money but he didn’tWhat an honest man and he didn’t even charge me for telling me what the problem was.He’s a Saint in today’s world !!!!! These guys are the real deal. They want to do things right, will have them do all of my suspension work.

The gentlemen I delt with here were highly knowledgeable and up front with everything. They truly know their stuff. Ive gone here a few times for alignments and they somehow always do it better than any other shop Ive been to.I did have a wheel bearing done last year, though, and will say theyre service is not especially affordable. Ive come to find out the price of my one wheel bearing at Carls wouldve been about enough to have all four done at most other shops. They didnt really seem to care to do the job too quickly either (almost 2 days for one bearing?) and they didnt seem extremely friendly either. At the end of the day, however, its excellent work by superb mechanics. Its pricey but at least you can know you get what you pay for.

Only does 4 wheel alignments, did a great job. Very understanding and patient on the phone, I had gotten confused about the dates, while making an appointment.

Know what they are doing. NOT a scammer auto shop. Trustworthy and honest. Service was quick. Made an apponitment and they had me in and out. Will use them in the future.

Great place with folks who know their job. They do many custom and collector cars for owners who demand the best. Ive been there a couple times for problems that other shops couldnt properly diagnose or screwed up.. Both times Carls did the job right the first time and my cars have never handled better or rode more smoothly

I took my 2006 Buick Lacrosse for suspension work, the car was lowered, gas struts were installed, new sway bars front and rear and front brake work were all taken car of in short order. Thanks to Carl, Dustin and Trevor for providing excellent service. If there were more stars available they would get them from me. These guys are Can Do. My car exceeds my expectations.

My husband brought his pride possession down to Carls and literally wanted to die leaving it there for the hour. Regardless, they called and were completely honest with him, they were unable to do the work. They could have completed the alignment and sent him on his way, however, they were very honest in telling him what needed to be done prior to the alignment. With this type of honesty and integrity, we will always return to them as well as recommend them to others! My husband is not happy his baby didnt get completed, but he is happy he didnt get taken to the bank either.

Used to be good when the old man ran it. Went to have my wifes Forester checked they tried selling me control arm bushings. They said they were torn. NOT! They would have been better off explaining that the bushing are not of the best design. But no they argued that they were torn. Bummer they didnt that I was a ASE certified front end mechanic for 22 years and still wrench for friends and family because I enjoy it.I just dont own a alignment machine. I used to send alot of work that way, BUT NOT ANY MORE!!!

My dad and i will only go to Carl. Hes more expensive than les schwab on most things, but come on. Your paying for quality work, compared to the guy that just got trained and has no idea what he is doing. I prefer paying for a quality job, over saving a few bucks. Carl charged my husband $2200 for bushings, king pins and other parts + front end alignment(which was not done). Today we had to take it to another .mechanic for the same thing because they didnt replace half of what they said they did.BIG RIPOFFS!!!! Dont do business with them! BEWARE!

Carl was very personable and said hed try to take care of me. $430 bill for about 3 hours labor installing rear sway bar/w alignment. I supplied all parts installed. Wont be back.

Really disappointed. Return customer, and a car guy, and they totally ripped me off. Went in for an alignment and car needed a part that they charged me 3x what the part cost anywhere else. The guy tried saying that it was hard to find bla bla bla. I stupidly said ok just cause the car was already there. Then I looked up the part and everyone in town had the same brand/part in stock for $60.00 and they charged me $152.00. When I complained he gave me a lousy $20.00 off. He even had the nerve to tell me he paid $90.00 for the part, I know they mark the parts up a bit but to mark it up 40% is just good old fashioned highway robbery. I dont mind paying a fair price for labor, but Ill never go back or recommend Carls again.
