The customer service - Non-existent. The shop has had my car for about 3 months. I have been trying to reach Chris for almost a week. He wont return my calls. The shop delayed my job for 2 weeks because they couldnt find a fender for my car and decided to keep that a secret from me and the insurance company. I would think a body shop should be able to find a fender for a car. Chris actually told me if I ordered one and brought it to them, they would buy if from me. Poor performance from a body shop. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. I will never go here again.
Couldnt be happier with the work that was done on my car. Thankfully i didnt have to commute far, as this location is Tesla Certified My car suffered front end damage, and the difference is night and day. Chris was awesome throughout the whole process. He kept me updated with every step of the process ( tear down, ordering parts etc) . I can tell they take pride in their work, i most definitely recommend bringing your car here, especially if you own a Tesla Vehicle. Thank you Chris and Team!

First of all, the office area where you meet the adjusters and managers, is so much nicer than most auto body repair shops. It is neat and clean and organized.Alex helped me work out some issues I had with window glass repairs getting done ASAP, way above what most people would have done for me.

They replaced a door on my volt after someone backed into it. The results of the work were excellent - like new. They returned my car freshly waxed and clean inside and out. Great work and service, including working with insurance so that I didnt need to deal with the difference between their estimate and the insurances wish.
Worst service ever...my wife has been dealing with them for the last 4 months.. I wouldnt send my enemies here. Nothing but excuse and finger pointing with no action. Dont go here..
First experience with this dealer. First new Honda. From our first contact we were impressed with our Sales Rep, Manny Arellano. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and provided good information. While he offered and discussed all of the various additional options available we never felt he was strong-arming us. He went out of his way to obtain the specific vehicle we looking for, kept his word and deserves to be commended for his open and honest style. He made the experience an uncommonly pleasant one.
Steve and Carson in the service did a great job. They kept me informed when my vehicle would be ready and their customer service was spot on. I will definitely be bringing my Outback back for regular service.
Glass installation was excellent. However the installer accidentally damaged the transmission shift knob. Brent, service manager is looking into replacement. Once this is completed, I will be a happy customer.The glass installation was flawless except for the knob damage. Things occasionally happen and it appears Brent will address the damage.

Kris is very professional but also warm hearted and stays in touch from beginning to end while vehicle is being repaired. She pays attention to detail before she releases vehicle to owner. Over the years Ive been to different body shops and this is by far the best experience I have ever had I would highly recommend this body shop for any vehicle that needs repaired.

Leslie has been extremely helpful and I thank her for her time, however every-time I try to call the body shop I’m sent to voicemail, been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days now with absolutely 0 luck.
2015 Prius was backed into by another driver and crushed the license plate, fractured front fender, and bent some parts behind front bumper. Work was completed, as promised, within several days. Excellent work! Clean, precise, seemless work, professional and pleasant customer service, and absolutely no complaints with the final product (like new!). They even washed the car and cleaned the inside! 🤯 🙂 👍

Just ok. They didnt care to wash and clean my car after a 7K car repair bill and theres a white stuff on the back inside panel that Ive been trying to clean, but imposible.

I brought my car in because something was on my hood eroding the paint and I thought I would have to get it repainted. Nope! The body shop did everything possible to make sure it did not need to be repainted, and they fixed it without a new paint job! I was happily surprised! And it was a one day turn around, another delightful surprise. Not to mention they saved me a bunch of money! The staff is friendly, the building is clean--I have used this body shop more than once and they are always great. I would recommend them to anyone needing some repair/body work done--theyre just awesome!
I was told this was going to be a two hour appointment. As I walked around I could see my vehicle at the station to get the heads up calibration. I checked back on it several times but it hadnt been worked on yet. The lady who checked me in saw me checking on it so she finally checked on it. After two and half hours of waiting, they just began work on my vehicle. I was also the first car in for the the day for this kind of work. Its obvious that they do this job as a fill in job for techs between other more costly repairs. If I could rate it below one star I would.
Approved by my insurance company after a fender bender. I got my appointment promptly. The work was perfect, and the customer service was the best. I got a text with updates regularly, and they finished as promised

This was our second time here. Once with insurance and once just a paying customer. Both times the experience was fantastic. The work done was excellent, the truck was like brand new. Very poor turnaround. Waited a month for the repairs and when we went to pick up our truck the new tailgate it was damaged by their install. So we waited 2 more weeks. Now the rim around the wheel is installed incorrectly and the railing on the truck bed still damaged. 1 1/2 months and our truck still isn’t fixed.
I was very impressed with the customer service provided. Even when there was an issue with the original repair they promptly corrected the problem and everything has been great since.

After reading the 1 star reviews, I feel like Im not alone. They told me they would repair my car and it would run and look like it did before the accident. It is horrible, doesnt work properly and Im so disappointed. Ive tried and tried to call them. So very disappointed. I hope this review can save you the struggle. They will likely put a little note under this review saying to call them. Ive already chatted with another 1 star poster and the poster said DH called them but when they called back many times, DH never would return their calls so the poster said it was simply insult to injury. This is a financial injury to me and I suspect Ill have to go the court route.

They work quick and fast but did extremely good quality work on my volkwagen. They got my car done a day before the estimated time and that was even after the detailed my car (vacuumed, and washed)

Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I feel the work done was quality. One thing that needs improvement is communication. No one ever called to give me an update on how things were going or even that my car was done and ready for pick up. I had to initiate all of that.
They didnt treat me like I was an inconvenience. The whole process from dropping off my car to picking it up was efficient. And I enjoyed the staff, they were friendly. I recommend trying this shop.
This place did great work. My car took a little longer than expected due to a replacement part delay, but Kris was communicating consistently. She also responded to text inquiries, which was above and beyond. The techs repaired some imperfections around the accident site that I wasnt expecting. Incredible service all around!
It was a bad time to need body work. The smoke from forest fires was bad and the workers couldnt breath the bad air. Almost 3 weeks now. They cant get parts in cause other businesses all affected by the smoke. 3 days till we move. Keeping our fingers crossed....I do know they are tryin !

People dont usually frequent body shops, but our experience with Dick Hannahs Collision Center was outstanding! It was state of the art, yet personal. We were greeted by a very friendly gal who showed us what to do and who took us to a reception area where we spoke to an adjuster who was very professional and seemed to take care of everything. We received regular text messages and phone calls updating us on the repair progress. At the end we drove out in what looked and smelled like a new car...all clean inside and out. Everyone we were involved with was so accommodating...and we could even rent a car on site for however long we needed it. We highly recommend Dick Hannah Collision Center in every way.
We had a small encounter with a concrete post in a parking lot in our 2018 Hyundai. Since we purchased the car new from Hannah, it made sense to get an estimate from their body shop in Vancouver.It came in at $2200, which we were happy with and our insurance company, a nationally known company, was comfortable with.For over a week, we and our insurance folks have been trying to get Hannah to forward the estimate to the company to get the process going. After multiple requests from all of us, there were multiple promises from Hannah they would get right on it....but nothing!Its really a simple request. And quite curious they cant spend a couple minutes to take care of the task.Obviously its not a big enough job for this body shop. Too bad I cant give a negative star! Very disappointed!

I cant speak to how much they charge if you walk in without any sort it insurance coverage, but with the quality work they did I would still recommend this place.

Update: OK, we had some issues that needed fixing after our last visit and were having a struggle to get help BUT the new manager contacted us and they fixed the last concerns and it works beautifully and Im exceptionally happy and grateful. Their communication was great, they kept us up-to-date and I really appreciate how wonderful our back hatch is opening and closing now.
The repairs were not done correctly the 1st time. The paint was rough and bubbly by the gas door. The rocker moldings were lose and the VIN plate was missing. I had to drive my car back to Vancouver from Oregon for more repairs. I was put in a Chevy Spark, about the size of a smart car, after being T-boned and cut out of my 2019 Acura TLX Aspec. I was terrified driving that tiny thing. When I went back to get my car the second time, upon walk through ( that I had to request) I noticed the rocker moldings were still lose. I was told to keep that rental car and go back to Oregon. I said no way. They finally took my car into the shop while I waited. I’m not sure they are on good still but after taking time off work, gas and time I was done. The original repairs were to take 7-10 days, it was 3 weeks later for the first repairs and another 4 days for the second. Just a rough experience.
Amazing! They fixed everything and made it right! They really do live their motto that they believe in nice. A little kindness goes a long way!!!
JD was flexible with my schedule and made it easy to drop off and pick up my car. He gave me updates throughout the process and really helped keep it seamless and stress free! I’ve used Dick Hannah once before for a collision and they were great 5 years ago just like they are today. Consistency is key!

Poor face-to-face interaction with rental service employees and customers. One star is too much. The Google rating for this business couldnt be more inaccurate.

Timothy Foskett helped me through the whole process of getting my Honda fixed. I have a interlock in my car and as frustrating/embarrassing that can be he was kind and willing to work with me every step of the way, even helped me make arrangements to take my car from the shop and get in the interlock re serviced and to bring it back. My claim had to be sent back multiple times as more damage was found upon tear down. Tim emailed and kept me updated every step of the way, and he always got back to me in a timely matter. Very nice guy, and I’m happy that I got to work with him!
I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I recieved. JD was amazing!! He made sure that everything was perfect and communicated what was going on with my car. When I had a worry about my backup camera, he went out of the way to make sure everything was good. My car was ready for me way earlier then I expected and when I picked up my car it was so clean inside and outside! The wonderful lady at the front desk was so helpful and answered my rental car questions. Though I am crossing my fingers to never have to go to a collision center again, I know that if I do I will be going here because they take care of you and make a difficult situation so much easier. Were very satisfied with our repaired Outback. The body work and part replacements were well done. It looks like a new car in the damaged areas. The paint match is perfect next to the 6-Year old originally painted areas. Additionally, it drives good. Its nice to have it back.

Dick Hannah Collision Center is amazing! I took in my Honda Odyssey for an out of pocket estimate since a semi truck had kicked back up some wood on the highway, which flew back and popped out my front corner panel. Joe took one look at it and said they’d be able to just pop it back in for free and in 10 minutes. I am so grateful to Joe and the collision center. Customer service was great from entry to the building to leaving. This is the third time I’ve had to bring a vehicle that I’ve purchased through Dick Hannah in due to minor accidents and each time has been awesome. There’s a reason I buy all of my cars through Dick Hannah, my maintenance, and collision repairs and Joe is a big reminder as to why. Thank you so much!
I honestly don’t know how to express my feeling with this shop. We brought our car to this dealer shop in December 8, 2018 thought they would fix it quick and professional. Well it’s April 9 2019 it’s been so long that we don’t even have our car. I honestly don’t know what to do. They told that our car was finished but we had to return it. When my husband went to look at it and said it was a bad job. We drove it when they said they finished the car made these awful noises. My husband said the pair job was horrible and the panels were miss aligned. They manager even said that our car is detailed and clean but when we got it, it was super dirty from the shop. So next time we will need to fix a car we will use a different oven to buy a car. I would over pay to get a better service.

I cant say enough positive things about this new collision center. I have had 2 cars need repairs and service work done here, within the last couple months. The most recent service/repairs being done this week. When I arrived yesterday to pick my car up, I was greeted and offered help immediately. (Might I add that walking into their new lobby is mesmerizing. Its giant and beautiful.) After providing my information to the receptionist, the Body Shop Director himself, Rick Stoker, came to assist me with picking my vehicle up. Not only was he tentative and very professional, but also caring enough to walk me out to my car and inspect the car with me to make sure it met my approval.I bought my car new in 2016 from a dealership up north (wont happen again) and my car yesterday, looked far better than the day I drove it off the lot new! Absolutely amazing. I gave them a To Do list a mile long. 3 recalls, full service/oil change, headlight replacement, exterior body paint, full interior & exterior detailing and also fixing the warning light issues for tire pressure and fluid levels. I dropped my car off last Thursday and picked up the next Tuesday. For my car to be done that quick and look this good is almost unheard of in todays typical body shop dealings.If you want professionalism at its finest, decades of experience, remarkable customer service, and a family owned local business taking care of you and your vehicle...then this is definitely your place. Dick Hannah Dealerships is where I will always take my vehicles to and the only place I will purchase a vehicle from. Bought a brand new 2019 Forrester Sport. The buying experience was wonderful but here’s where it goes south. Got a crack in the windshield and started a claim. 68 days and 18 inches later they are finally able to get our replacement in and even that part is understandable I suppose.So yesterday they call my wife and make her an appointment. 1 1/2 hours is what she’s told as I’m out of town so she’ll wait at the dealership. Bad idea. 5 1/2 hours later with not even the courtesy of an update, my wife finally goes to the counter where the rep was so disorganized discovers the keys are there but not so much as an effort to let her know, she has to go to them to find out. Communication has been lackluster from the word go, and I hope that this is a one-off so we’ll see.My wife had other appointments today that she wound up having to cancel one by one as the hours drew on so to me, it’s the lack of communication and the disorganized reps that made this such a negative experience.We understand that things happen, and that estimates are what they are but when a customer is waiting it is entirely unacceptable to allow that kind of time to pass without so much as the courtesy of an update so at least she could have taken an Uber to get other things done. I hope this gets addressed.

The estimate that was provided was right on, no hidden fees and they did an excellent job .The car was promised to be complete in four days and it was.I would definitely recommend this place in April I ever needed additional repairs I certainly would go back to this place.And the work is guaranteed for as long as you own that vehicle.Thanks Gail.
Dick Hannah is the WORST EXPERIENCE i HAVE EVER HAD!!!! They took almost 2 month to do a simple repair. Finally got the car back and it was not as promised. They switched parts from one side of the car to the other then said the side with the broken part was preexisting. Good thing I took pictures before I took the car there. I was told on 2 occasion the car was done and it was not. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LESS THEN ETHICAL BUSINESS AGAIN! i give them one star only because I actually received the car back and they did not loose it too. It amazes me this company is still in business. The other parts of DH must be doing better. Your commercial say we believe in nice it should say we will take forever, lie to your face... set appointments and then not be there and not even apologize. Only good things to say is the office and shop areas looked clean and well taken care of.
My experience with Dick Hannah Collision enter was good! It took a little longer than they thought it would because an essential part arrived damaged and had to be reordered! I was kept informed and was sent regular emails on the progress! Everyone was pleasant and professional! I was very happy with the work they did and was excited to see my car! They did a beautiful job!
Great experience. They gave an accurate timeline, did all of the legwork with the insurance companies, and communicated with me the way I preferred all throughout my vehicles stay there. Best of all, they were upfront about potential scheduling and issues with the service. Id recommend anyone to at least get a quote.

Well customer service was not what I expected. Was told they would give me updates through out the process. Well not one update and I had to call to be told I have to wait the next day as my rep was out for the day. Could not yell me if it was done. Then called me back to say it woukd be done and would let me know if it was done. Well it was done but could not pick me up till end of the day. So when I picked it up it was quick and no explaining was done. Did not even go over warranty. I was so very disappointed in the quality of work. When I picked it up my car was covered in a white dust film that was left all over the car. They left a tool in the car and dirt smudges on the pillars on the inside with glue from the windshield. The next day I noticed there was a little ding Dent by the windshield on the corner. The paint job was poorly done. I understand that the damage Airway would repair but if they paint the whole Hood I would expect they would prep the whole Hood. When I questioned it they told me they dont take care of the chips. I believe they should have offered to prep the whole Hood whatever the extra cost would be and I would have paid it to make sure the hood look good. I would also expect that when they wash the car they would actually deliver it clean without all the film all over the car and the plastic. When I brought it back did it quick wipe-down. I just wish they would have cleaned off all the film instead of telling me that it should wash off in a couple of washes. I drop the car off clean and spotless and got it return filthy dirty. Not too happy with the service in the lack of updates. They even went over two days on the estimated time for repair. If they would of work with me and talk to me instead of treating me like I was asking for too much. I would just be careful bringing my car back here as there has to be better auto body shops that actually care about the finished product.

The work was done well. But it should have been after almost 6 weeks. This is where I bought my car, and it was only at the end that I realized Id purchased a warranty package from them that could have given me a cheap rental. Told my car was done when it wasnt. Finally got my car and indicator lights on the dashboard looked like a Christmas tree. Plus, my car had been towed in, and I got it back with everything that had been in the hatchback crammed into the back seat--at the expense of the cushions. Despite 6 weeks there was no final quality check? Id have taken it back, but didnt want another ordeal. Id never take it there again. I just took it elsewhere to get everything reset properly.
This place treats you like family. I will never use another place to fix my Subaru. My vehicle is good as new and the customer care was outstanding. Jeff shows upmost compassion and respect from beginning to end. Our world needs more people like people from Subaru. Thanks everyone!
Good work, the car is as good as new. It was ready two days earlier than I was told it would take. Only two problems:#1- I was told Id receive frequent updates, I was asked for phone numbers for texts and email addresses. Nothing was heard until the car was done making it difficult to plan the pick up. That call was to me on a holiday when I was away.#2-My car is a 100% electric car, it was returned short of the charge necessary to make it to my home. I know that I had plenty of charge when the car was left, it must have seeped. But Hannah should have recognized that and charged the car.

I was very dismayed & upset over the damage to my young Forester. As I haven’t had to navigate a car repair for years, I called Dick Hannah’s collision center where I purchased it. With guidance from them, I contacted my insurance company. (I was frazzled). Fortunately I was assigned Tyson Simonson as the appraiser for my claim. Tyson was amazing. He is knowledgeable & gave me the peace of mind that he & his crew would do everything possible to return my Forester in new condition. Tyson stayed in touch with me. The repair occurred within a week. He even maneuvered a couple other needs in relation to my vehicle (regular service). I commend Tyson for his intuitive customer service skills & would return for his service in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tyson.

As usual for Dick Hannah, the car looked like ‘original’ when I picked it up. Charlie beat his deadline by two days. He is OUTSTANDING! As I was driving home however, several lights came on, including ‘check engine’. Back I go to the dealership and find a WONDERFUL technician in the parking lot. I told him about it and he looked at the dashboard and agreed that something was wrong. Charlie was at lunch so the tech. talked to Andrew and Andrew also looked at it and determined what the problem is. So my car is still at the dealership being repaired. Andrew also agreed to pay for the continuation of the rental car because I am retired and have no income. I told him that I could not afford to continue to have the rental car and I could stay home until the car was ready. Dick Hannah will have my undying loyalty forever because of people like Charlie and Andrew and the other young man who helped me. It’s the only place that I’ll entrust my car to. Thank you.
The body shop replaced a door and did not reset the remote access entry. When I picked up my car I saw the warning light on and went back inside to speak with the rep. He told me the battery in my fob may be dead. It was not dead Now I have to take time out of my day to take it in to the dealer and get it reset. He should have taken the car back to the guy who worked on it and have him reset it.
