Fast friendly staff! They waiting for me after closing hours to help accommodate my work schedule
Someone rear-ended me. Alan Webb Collision fixed my rear bumper and I had them fix my front bumper also due to some big scrapes on the front. I am very particular and the work was perfect. The new bumpers were gleaming and functional. The service was excellent and timely. I highly recommend this collision department.
4 or 5 small things they just dont have the detail for. But when I got my car back and my front right door speakers were blown. Mind you these are Morell seperates and about $2500 for the set. The GM Chris Porter basically said I blew them before I had the car worked on. Kinda called me a high schooler at 53 yrs of age and blast my stereo. Ive purchased a new Maxima and my current car a 2015 Corvette from Alan Webb but I guess they wont have my business on the new C8. Alan Webb Collision center does not exhibit professionalism at the worker level and also in their management. You would be better off finding a different shop
Good people here. Affordable body work too!
**I highly suggest reading before choosing this place**We chose this collision center because we bought our car from alan webb so we expected their commitment to excellence like stated in their values.I waited to give this collision center a review til they fix the imperfections from the first time we got our car back. Received our car back the second time 12/12/2018.We have a 2016 cx5 bought new from alan webb mazda. We were rear ended and sandwiched between two cars at a complete stop. Took nearly 4 weeks to get it fixed which is understandable. When we got it back from alan webb collision center 12/1/2018 the first time. Next day I was going to wash our car. Noticed the handle panel on the liftgate had a completely different shade of red. So I started inspecting the car. the left and right attachment on rear spolier were not attached to the liftgate. Rear tail lights had noticeable gaps from the body. My exhaust werent aligned. Interior light switch wasnt working for the trunk. For the engine bay, the housing for both headlights I fear may will result in condensation in the future due to the sealant overuse and underused in certain spots. Also, they broke off the head of a bolt for which i believe is my drive-by wire on the throttle body and then hot glued to repair it. (See photos). Were afraid of whats been really repaired with our car. It was on the brink of complete totaled. So I let them know of our issues. And they gladly offer to revisit the issues and provide us with a rental. Gail and I believe matt/mike were awesome when it comes to customer service. But when we got it back for the second time... all of the issues with the rear of our car seems to be solved. But not the front. Still see that hot glued bolt and flawed sealant on the headlight housing. We werent expecting straight from factory new but close to it.Its the holidays, wife is pregnant on her last month, and we need our car just in case we get a snow storm. Too much of a headache now. We should of just took it to abra collision center. Like our other two accident experiences.I hope who ever reads this to consider my review in their decision making. Learn from my mistake.
Great service. Always giving feedback
I have a 2012 mazda. The ajuster from the other person insurance gave me the option of taking my car wherever i wanted to . He personally recommended another collision center but i said no i want to take it where i know it will get fix right and with no issues; Mazda Collision Center Little to know that was not the case. I received a call that my car was ready to pick up when i get there the car had clear coat sprayed on the opposite side of the crash had to wait about 40 min to get that off . Also a lose screw on the door and they manage to scratch the window tint from the crash. So now i have to go on my own time drive to portland where traffic is great to it repaired . Word of advise check your car yourself, dont assume its ready when they say it is. Not a good experience for me.
