They did a wonderful job with my car. The inside looks and smells amazing and they retouched a few chips in my paint as well as airbrushed a dent of mine that lost its color. I highly recommend them

I left a bag of frozen chicken in my jeep and it sat there until it began to rot. The smell was so bad the jeep was undrivable. I tried everything, called everyone, nothing worked. These guys were the only people who were willing to take on the job and they killed it! Zero residual smell. Cant recommend enough. They texted updates and photos along the way.

Everyone was very friendly. I dropped my car off about 9:45am and picked it up around 3:30pm. I paid about $200 and received a decent vacuum and wipe down. As I had been assured they would shampoo, steam and wipe down every surface and air filters I was pretty disappointed. I almost went home but then I thought about my wasted $200 and went back to the office. The manager walked the car with me and he agreed that it wasnt up to their standards. The glove compartment was still dirty, the seats still had some dirty spots. He spent the next hour or so shampooing my upholstery and cleaning it to what my expectation had been. I was impressed with his service. Unfortunately I was deeply unimpressed by the original crew. My recommendation for the owners is to lose the dead weight. They have one guy who took pride in his work do a good job in an hour while the others faked it for six hours. For fellow customers, I recommend being clear on what your expectation is going in. Point out what you want attention given to and then hold the company responsible for it.

This place has some miracle workers employed... Brought my car in that had had three years of abuse from my kids, just goopy as you can imagine, picked it up that evening as if it just rolled off the lot new. Not exactly sure what or how they did it, but Ill be coming back again when my car needs it.

I have been taking my black Civic Type R to Bobby, Mike, and crew the last couple years since Ive owned it, and each visit has been excellent!This last visit I got curry spilled all over the beautiful red seats. Bobby was able to see me right away and give a reasonable & accurate quote, laid out any expectations & next steps, and had work completed in a timely manner. Great guys! Did an awesome job on my truck! This ceramic coating is working very well! We wanted to get a nano coating and a car bra put our new SUV before we started driving it. The folks at AutoSpa360 ( Jewel and Bobby) were great to work with and worked with us to get it done in time for a trip. They were also great about answering all our questions and explaining the process. Were extremely pleased with the results. The coating is so shiny its like a mirror and its smooth as silk. It was hard to take pictures because everything reflects in the finish. The first time we drove the car (to pick up our new license plates) we got complements from strangers about the beautiful color of our car, which the coating definitely enhanced!They stand behind their work and told us to let them know if we have any questions or problems. Nope. Don’t do it. I was surprised by all the 5-star ratings. My son gifted me with a “full boat” pkg. Picked it up in the evening, got it home, looked it over and found that bugs were still all over the license plate and lower bumper. None of the windows had been cleaned in the inside Nor the rear view mirrors. SoI took it back and they re-did it. That was cool. That’s why I’m giving them 2 stars instead of one. Second time around, I asked if the carpets had been cleaned and was told yes. When I found that they hadn’t cleaned the drivers side carpet, I was told they didn’t know if I wanted the dealership mat moved cause most customers don’t so they didn’t clean it. Why didn’t you ask me? My son paid over $400 for basically a coat of wax, a vacuum and a huge inconvenience . Very shoddy job. Never again.

Dent removal and focused exterior detail had the damage looking nonexistent. Experienced work as shown by the results. Fair price for a job well done. Staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would absolutely have my next detail here again.

The owner Bobby did an amazing job on my 2020 LBP STI. Washed, detailed/polished my exterior before applying an amazing 3 year ceramic coating to my car, front and rear windshields and my painted wheels. The coating is holding up great a month later and the car still shines like glass even when it gets dirty from our muddy northwest winters. He even worked with my schedule to get the job done on a holiday when the shop was technically closed. These guys are professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products they use. 10/10 will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Bobby, Mike and the whole crew at AutoSpa 360 do great work. I bought my Tesla Model X over a year ago and I couldnt fathom spending more money for paint protection. And I have taken the car through (dont judge me) drive-thru car washes. Needless to say my car had lost its new car look. The guys at AutoSpa 360 buffed out the scratches and water spots and added the Feynlab ceramic coating. Now it looks shinier and newer than when I first bought the car! My wife says it looks so glossy it looks like the car got a manicure. Not a regular manicure but one of those upgraded ones like when the lady asks if she wants to pay extra for gel or shellac. If you dont believe me the before/after pictures are proof. My only regret is that I didnt do this earlier.

Great service! They fit me in super quick! I ordered some bbq catering, and the bbq sauce spilled onto my back seat! I tried everything to clean it and it stunk up my car so bad! I couldnt stand being in my car cause of the smell. They detailed my back seat and it smells so much better! They were super knowledgeable and helpful! Fish tanks were cool in the lobby!

Bobbys crew made the interior of my car I needed to sell look great. There was one issue for which I called the shop to leave a message on a Sunday, but he called me back same day and took care of it first thing Monday. Definitely wants to take care of his customers and has a high attention to detail. I then took the car in we just bought, and they did a great job on its interior too, so highly recommend this business.

Impressive exterior detail on my 2009 Ford Flex. First of all, i had it looked at by Bobby a week prior to the detail. He told me he would make the metallic blue pop. When I arrived arrived Mike thought the car was black. I laughed and said, wait till you get it under light, its blue and told him what Bobby said.It is EVERYTHING Bobby said...It POPS!!!!! Its AMAZING!!!! the metallic shines through so well, in some light it looks deep purple even. I found out the car was detail 2 months prior, but not anything like Bobby did. He knows his paint and clear coats. I trust him to do the buffing on my cars and trust they are going to come out high quality. The wax turned out great. No spots left for me to wipe up anywhere. I am so pleased. This is the 3rd car I have had Auto Spa 360 do, and will be back again.The price is always fair.Oh, side note.... I had money left in my car, it was still there when I got my cars back after details, so the trust is high with his employees. Good feeling to not have to empty out my gas stash spots. They clean the spots and put the money back. I felt very comfortable leaving my car at this shop. The workers were all nice and professional. My car was in rough shape inside (coffee stains and pie stains) and I truly believe that they did the best they could cleaning my car. Great customer service. We personally met with two staff and the owner, they were all courteous and helpful. No one gave us a bad feeling. All were upfront and honest with pricing and what to expect. Being from the East coast and paying half of what I paid for this detail I expected more. I had to go back the next day. The inside windows were still dirty and the interior was spotty. They took it in right away and were apologetic for having to bring it back. Good detail when all done. Im not use to paying $300 for a detail.

I have always detailed my own own vehicles so I was apprehensive about paying someone else to work in my car. However, Bobby and his team did an amazing job. My car is black and the paint was looking scratched and dull. Now the car looks better than the day I bought it last year. I also have 2 children and 2 dogs so the inside needed some work. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

AutoSpa360 has done a complete detail on two cars for me. My SUV is black and they did an outstanding job on it! They pay attention to every detail. This place did an excellent job on cleaning the headliner in my truck. I also purchased Weathertech floor liners and received them the same day and they installed them. The owner Bobby went out of his way to show my 4 year old daughter his fish tank and explain all the different types of fish that were in there. This place is highly recommended due to the quality of service and professionalism!

They did a good job on my car overall however they used some kind of acid on the dirt and mold around the windows. It has caused the clear coat over the paint to etch away and strip. Not happy. I should have gone back right away but have been ill.If you go because they do a very good job, just dont let them do that.

A few months back, I purchased a black BMW. While it was not in horrid shape, the paint had scratches all throughout, and desperately needed a little bit of TLC. I took my car to Bobby, and he worked miracles. He took out all of the swirl marks, and almost all of the scratches. The paint on my car looks amazing, and turns heads! It now has a deep, rich luster, and is scratch free. Bobby was very fair on the price, and did not stop working until he was satisfied with his quality of work, which is extremely high. I would, and do, recommend him to all my friends who want to have their cars cleaned, and taken care of, because Bobby does such a stunning job.

They quoted me $200 over the phone and when I had dropped off my expedition they quoted me for- they had my friend who was dropping my car off sign a receipt for over $250! Talk about bait and switch!! They never even called me to tell me the price changed - I just see a charge on my account for over $270!! And they didn’t even clean the exterior ! Not even a cheap 5 minute wash! They lure you in only to change it on you once you get there!Hi Bobby- I didnt know your assistant wasnt authorized to quote pricing over the phone. Nevertheless, I was quoted over the phone- So if you guys screwed up on pricing it- then that is something you should take a hit as a business owner. Not the customer. Im sure you guys have serviced many SUVs so your rep or assistant whoever quoted the rate would know what to price an expedition at. I sent my car there based on the price your company quoted me. I run my own business as well - if I screw up- I own up to it. Thats the name of the game.

The owner Bobby shampooed my car himself after I spilled a fruit smoothie all over the floor and under the front seats of my car. It took less than an hour and it smelled amazing and was very clean afterwards. He also had great prices for some new car mats which I decided to pick up. I will be back for all my car cleaning and detailing needs. Good prices, great service.

Bobby and crew did the outside and inside of my wifes charcoal colored Platinum Ford Escape. We dropped it off at his shop and took an Uber to the airport for our vacation. More of a 3.5 stars; these guys do a good job and are friendly.But! The interior detail for my small-sized Nissan Frontier (so no trunk space, just seats and interior) took almost eight hours. Dropped off at 9am, pick up at 4pm and car was not done for another 40 minutes.Also, in the five days between my calling for appointment (during which time I double-checked that price was indeed 150) and the actual appointment, the price of the interior detail went up from 150 to 200 dollars...for my small truck without trunk space to clean, thats a bit overpriced. 150 was an excellent and affordable price that I would have gladly paid.But they do a great job! And the employees are exceptionally friendly.

Although the work done was satisfactory, there us a definite game of illegal bait and switch going on here, and they dont care.No quote was ever offered. When the appointment was made over the phone, I mentioned the full detail price as posted very clearly on their website. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the price suddenly went up by $100! I mentioned my frustration and there was absolutely no attempt to appease me, they just did not care. They said, and I quote, Weve mentioned to the boss about the prices on the website, but he hasnt done anything about it. disgusting.To make matters even more disgusting, they managed to lose a hand-made key ring that my daughter made for me that had been on the key for 5 years!!!!!!! Again, they could not care less.Everything Ive said here is 100% accurate and true, so again, I highly encourage you to stay away.

Had a can of Pepsi EXPLODE in my Mercedes Friday afternoon. What a sticky mess!!! AutoSpa got me in early Saturday morning and did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Best detail I have had done on this car. The leather was like new (this is a 1997 pampered car) and all shiny surfaces were totally spot free. This is my new detail shop for sure. SOON I will get the exterior done. I expect I will see that black paint really shine again.

Autospa 360s work is amazing and the owner is so kind! I was in a bind to get a rental car back after a young child was sick in my car and had spray vomited from the back to the front. Decided to take my Passat I just purchased in to get an interior detail as it was in rough shape from sitting for a few months. By the time AutoSpa360 was done with it, it looked brand new at a very reasonable price. Best part was when they were done, the guy who helped me wasnt satisfied with his work and touched up some spots and kept it in their shop overnight to properly dry. My cars look brand new, not even an exaggeration. We had the full detail service, so inside and out. Drop off before work, pick up after, easy enough. For those wondering about price, factor in the color of your car-- dark paint runs an extra $50 (exterior service, of course). Also the size-- my Sportage was $100 over the base price. Curiously my husbands 4runner was, too.But! Well worth the cost since you definitely get what you pay for. The techs there were also super helpful when my husband had questions about tips to maintain our cars and they were honest about what limitations there were.

I took my sequoia, tundra and Camry in and I received excellent service. They all look like new cars/trucks. Highly recommend.

I really cant say enough about the quality of work these guys give. Prior to completing the Fenylab process they did a paint correction on my Camaro that only a craftsman could do. They removed a scratch that I have been chasing for three years, and even tapped out a tiny dent because the reflection wasnt perfect. Ill be returning very soon.

I just brought my car to autospa360 for detailing. Wow, I didnt think my eleven year old car could look so good again! The exterior is sparkling, even the license plates! The interior is spotless and looks brand new, the light gray leather hasnt looked so clean in years. He touched up all the paint nicks, the car looks amazing! Auto Spa 360 worked very well with our body shop to detail the car and got all of the spilled coffee out of the roof liner. They did a beautiful job in a timely fashion at the price they quoted during the estimate.

Good cleaning, however none of them know how to drive a manual and killed my corvette multiple times and did not know the shift pattern for it. (why not ask?)Turns out - they warped my flywheel, probably damaged the clutch. Very painful watching the dashcam footage. :(Would recommend for automatic vehicles, but if you have a manual.... go else where.

Upon arrival, the woman who took my information and talked to me about services offered was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dropping my car off it was overall in pretty good shape (no major stains, most personal items removed, etc.), but was really dirty and had crumbs, dust and other dirt on the inside. Also my leather seat had a couple of stains.When I was called back to pick up my car later in the afternoon, I was impressed that AutoSpa360 was able to live up to the outstanding reviews. Everything looked great and they were able to get out the stains in my seat (I had been trying to get them out myself unsuccessfully). I am super picky so I was really looking for something that may have been missed, but it was perfect. In the future I will definitely return here for my detailing needs.

Im a repeat customer of this establishment. Last year, I took my minivan in for a thorough detail to get horrible cat urine smell out and they returned my car looking and smelling as good as new. Today, I took my luxury SUV in for an interior detail and they exceeded my expectations. The crew have OCD like me when it comes to cleanliness and I like that. They guarantee their work. Every penny spent was worth it. I highly recommend them.

The entire experience was amazing! Returned my call promptly after leaving a message for a quote to clean my 2011 Acura MDX. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted professionally. My car was ready at the time promised. When I saw my car inside I cried it was better than NEW! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL JOB!!!! Very fair price for quality of work. I had my motor home washed and waxed at Auto Spa 360 yesterday not only did they do a great job on the wash and wax they went above and beyond by wiping down all the door seals and cleaning the roof. I highly recommend Auto Spa 360 and will definitely be using them on all my vehicles in the future.

Brian and his Employees are incredibly talented and professional...I washed my BLACK 2018 Mazda cx5 with an old Mitt and Brush, Also not drying the car well enough.. There were scratches, swirls and big water spots all over it. I must have gone to a different place. Nope. Checked the address. This is where I went.I went in for a hand wash and wax. I made an appointment a month and a half in advance. I came in, and the guy who helped me seemed a little bewildered. The wash and wax did not go so well. Its quite uneven. I drove home and it was a sunny cold day, and as I walked past the hood, instead of a shine, i saw a wavy shimmery waterfall effect. They barely attempted to buff the wax! I walked around to the passenger side, and I saw 2 new deep scratches! Oh, OOPS! It was streaks of wax. I rubbed a little off to make sure. There were a few more spots of wax like that that made me think, No pride. Other than that, the wax job looked really nice in the shade. In the shiny sun, i could see swirl marks! Lots of them! Like they didnt bother to use a clean cloth to wax and buff. More likely though that the wash job was so bad that they just rubbed the rest of the dirt into the car. I have a 2015 car, so its only a year old. Didnt really even need the wax that bad.The wash wasnt great either. This was suppose to be a $100 job. They missed a 5 spot on the hood, The rear window around the windshield wiper looked like they barely went over it once with a wet rag. They completely missed underneath the spoiler.This experience has turned me off all car wash/waxes. You pay them so much that you expect at the least a decent job. I think Ill just do it myself from now on. Good luck out there!

Speechless! My Nissan Murano is black and was just horrible with permanent water spots and sap everywhere, paint all chipped on the front hood also. Bobby and his team did an outstanding job, it looks better than when we bought it from the dealer. I am blown away by how much work they put in it. AMAZING. We have taken both our black cars in now, and each time Bobby has taken time with us and gone over each of our vehicles in depth with us. We have been constantly in awe of how incredible they look after using AutoSpa360. Highly recommend!!
