I scheduled with Dan to have our Viking range serviced for a 9am service call. The morning of, he didnt show, so I called and left a message verifying the appointment. His scheduler called me back an hour later to let me know he was running slightly behind because he slept in. I let her know a call ahead would have been appreciated as I had to rearrange my own schedule to accommodate. She confirmed my appointment was set for 9 and hed be here around 10:30. Dan called at 10:40 to let me know he was 15 minutes out. I let him know Id appreciate a discount given the time waisted that I waited for him. He explained he wasnt late because they give customers a window of time theyll be there of 3 hours. I let him know that his scheduler isnt telling customers that so I wasnt aware and that would have been helpful. He then said see ya soon and hung up on me. I went ahead and cancelled my service with them as it did not seem to be a good experience with a high end Viking repair company as far as customer service. Not sure how his work is, but there is a total disrespect for customers time and very little responsibility taken for wasting it.
Dan did a recall repair on my Viking fridge. Everything went smoothly. Dan definitely knows these fridges inside out, and he is a super nice guy to chat with.
Dan and his assistant fixed our Viking range in about 15 minutes. Hes a very nice and knowledgeable guy. I appreciate the great service!
