We took our washer in around 9 a.m. and we were able to pick it up just after noon, awesome! The price was more reasonable than we had expected, also awesome!

Hubert is a dream. Friendly, quick, and professional. He even brought a cover to protect my floor. I will definitely call Appliance Care for future needs.

I didnt get a chance to meet Hubert, but my husband did and sounds like hes a respectable guy. Hubert came out and fixed our Stove as it didnt turn on and also fixed one of the burners that was out. Not sure if its a family own business, but theyre honest and flexible

Hubert did an amazing job on our kitchen aid refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem, made sure to fix anything that was necessary and nothing unneeded. My property management company uses them to fix appliances. A man named Hubert came over to fix a dangling light in my fridge. He went above and beyond, he was super nice and wise and we had a great conversation while he worked. Usually when people come over to fix stuff Ill just go upstairs or stay in my room and let them do their business but I actually wanted to stay and talk to him. I mentioned our kitchen light that would not turn on to him and even though he was not there for that he starts pounding on the wall, unscrews a plug cover and finds a loose wire and fixes it. He was so awesome, I recommend this place with the highest regard. 20 out of 5.

Great Customer Service. Hubert came out for a warranty repair on my dishwasher and provided great customer service. He even fixed an unrelated issue and made my dishwasher more secure. I will use these guys in the future for my appliance repair needs. He even gave me advice on my other appliances to keep them in good shape and prevent the need for him. Amazing service.

We have a 2 year old Kenmore Elite microwave that wouldn’t power up and called Appliance Care. Hubert gave us excellent service. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks for appliance repair.

Hubert is reasonably priced, creative when solutions arent readily evident, and a really hard worker. Definitely would recommend him to anyone who has an appliance that needs fixing. Weve used him twice now.

Excellent experience with a service call from Hubert to repair our dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. He explained what he was doing every step of the way so we learned a lot. Hope we dont need him again but would have no hesitation in calling Appliance Care to repair any of our appliances.

I highly recommend Appliance Care for any home appliance that needs fixing or repair!I emailed them on a Friday and heard promptly from them the following Monday (business day). I scheduled with them for Wednesday. We had a little scheduling hiccup, and I rescheduled for Friday. We were able to take care of everything via email, which was nice too. I didn’t have to sit around and wait for a phone call.The large burner on my glass stove top had been out for awhile and I finally got the replacement part in and attempted to tackle the fix myself. It was too much. So, Hubert came by and was able to switch out the part as well as diagnose and fix the faulty control box (the burner, which now worked, wasn’t working to it’s full potential bc the control was faulty). He looked at his spare parts and had a part he was able to switch out with mine! Working larger burner on my stove again!During this same visit, he was able to diagnose and fix my dishwasher in two minutes! It had stopped draining. I attempted to clean all the strainers and hoses prior to calling Appliance Care to no end. But it wouldn’t drain. I even shop vaccuumed the drain hose. Well, apparently, I wasn’t looking in the right spot. Because upon turning the dishwasher on and draining it, Hubert was able to HEAR what was wrong. And he found a plastic sticker (like from my daughter’s new cup) stuck just right in the drain hose that was causing my water to not drain!Hubert was very pleasant and professional. Leslie in the office was quick to fix the scheduling error and always responsive.
