I cant recommend Banceus enough! They responded to my voicemail right away and when their technician arrived, he was courteous, and respectful, followed Covid masking protocols, and even had a cat toy on hand for my curious but will cut you cat. I especially appreciated that the technician worked quickly (didnt linger to drive up the price) and explained what he was doing so I could learn while watching.10/10 would use again and would recommend!

Was past warranty on my dryer and many repair companies including GE themselves were over 100 just to get them to look at my dryer. Banceus was 59 for a service call. Banceu fixed the same problem the repair man from GE fixed 2 years ago when it was under warranty. The total cost was 101 bucks and was completed in less than 30 minutes! Great service, very professional, and fast. Will definitely use them for other appliances problems in the future!

Called this company today and they totally helped trouble shoot a simple fix for a light gone rouge in my refrigerator. Even helped me find the part number and let me know where I could get the part locally. I didn’t hire them today but I saved their number for next time you could tell they cared about their customers just by the way they interacted with you over the phone.

I called Banceus because my refrigerator has gotten warmer and was not working properly and ice was building up in the freezer compartment on the coils. I live rurally and many places do not come up here. They told me they would be up in my area a certain day and came by and replaced the part they thought was the problem. The man was on time, friendly and professional. (I note it was during a long high temperature days.) Sadly, while it did improve a little, the ice startedto build up again in four days, so I called them. Unfortunately, they were on vacation for 10 days. I sent them an email and left a phone message about my problem and they KINDLY offered a partial refund for not having been able to resolve the issue when they returned!!! We went back and forth with other questions and they were very Kind and Considerate with their replies. While they did not completely resolve my issue, somethings take more than one attempt. It did get a little better. I certainly Appreciate their responses to all my questions and still would recommend their services. Few companies I have dealt with are so understanding and cooperative!

Banceus Appliance is prompt, polite and very capable. It was a pleasure to work with them. I called on a Tuesday morning and was scheduled for Thursday morning. George came within the hour time frame I had been given and had my washer up and running within 15 minutes. He didnt even mind having my 3.5 year old son watching over his shoulder as he worked. The pricing was very reasonable and their rates were clearly stated on their website, which is also very user-friendly. Hopefully I wont have to call them again, but if I do, I will with complete confidence.

If you ever need someone to get the job done right and not over price then George is definitely the guy to call! My dad has been calling on Banceu’s Appliances ever since I was a little girl when he needed one of his appliances fixed, and now that I’m an adult this is the second time George has came out and fixed one of my own finicky appliances. The first time was for my dryer because it was not heating properly. He came right on time and fixed it quickly, and it’s worked liked a charm ever since. He even noticed that our vents needed to be cleaned and referred me to a guy who he trusts to do the job. The second time he came out was to fix our refrigerator that wasn’t cooling properly. He was friendly, on time, and very efficient. We really appreciate having George to call when something goes wrong! Not only is he very timely and curteous, but he really makes sure he does a thorough job without over pricing.

I had a great experience with Banceus Appliance. My side-by-side GE refrigerator had multiple issues. It was not circulating cold air, all the cold air was on the bottom of the container and there was very little cold air at the top, it was leaking water from the inside of the fridge, and my water dispenser was not working. I called Banceus and left a message. I received a call from George within 30 minutes. He asked me to describe the problem and he went over the possible causes and solutions over the phone. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and we made an appointment for two days out because I was not able to meet with him right away. George arrived 15 minutes early, he was dressed very professional and he proceeded to diagnose the problem. The mother board was shot, so he said I needed a new one, also the water line for my water dispenser was cracked, which caused the leaking. He had a mother board in his truck and changed it right away. He said he needed one more part for the water reservoir and waterline and would be back within a couple of hours to replace them. He came back as scheduled and was finished repairing the fridge within half an hour. His rough estimate was almost right on. Overall, I got everything I was expecting to get and much more. George was very professional, that goes a long way in my book. I now know who to call when Im in need of an appliance repair man.

I decided to fix my broken microwave. I called Banceus Apppliance after reading the reviews and they did great! Fixed my microwave and saved me about $200. So happy I have someone I can count on that can fix appliances.
