I am employed with The Al Angelo Company. From a person that has been employed with a few bad companies I have nothing but good to say about this wonderful family owned business. Everyone here works hard and has our Residential and Commercial tenants best interests at heart. I have seen this first hand. Whether a small task or large, iv never seen individuals more willing to take care of the people in our town. The Al Angelo Company gives back to our community constantly. They show employees so much love and act as if we are one big family.

I wish i can give this company 0 star, but cant. What kind of company treat their clients like nothing? A mean reception with a rude laughing by answering question. A family campany only wanna money but dont have good enough service, how long it can last in a market? Dont Deceived by them.

Im a residential tenant and the Al Angelo team is so lovely. Particularly Nicole and Gary (in maintenance) have been so nice to me and easy to work with. They have even left sweet notes and treats on holidays or just because. I had such a bad experience with my last two management companies. Its refreshing working with a company thats honest, accountable and puts noticeable effort into making tenants happy. Not to mention all the decorative touches and appliances in my unit are top of the line. I believe thats Nicoles handiwork. :)

Talk about a Hustle! This family managed to buy an extreme amount of valuable real estate. Well done guys too bad you didnt do it in California then you might have made some real money! I bet they think theyve got real money let me tell you that. I happen to know some people who lease from them. High prices, lousy parking, virtually no maintenance. Yeah, a real winner for the money. But the buildings usually look great theyre fairly well maintained

Nicole, our property liason, is very responsive and attentive. Al Angelo immediately responds to requests re building maintenance and upkeep. Best landlord experience in a professional setting I have had. I offer my highest recommendation.

Compassion and commitment their Website says... are you kidding me... the day the governor of Washington announced the closure of non essential companies (i.e the small businesses they rent to) Al Angelo Company RAISED THE RENT OF ALL THEIR LEASEES! TRASH, DEADBEAT LOW LIFES!

The staff is always very responsive to any needs or requests, and very willing to assist in any way possible. We live in the Summerfield Rental homes. As a retired couple and lifelong renters, we can honestly say that the management here (Heather and Alex) and the maintenance (Tino and Jessie) are the finest we’ve ever experienced. We were planning to stay a short time and buy a house, but the pristine nature of the entire Summerfield Homes property and the excellent management have made us decide to extend our stay here indefinitely.

They take good care of their properties, but make sure you have an attorney review your lease. The leases are all about them and they dont care about you. I was a commercial client of theirs and unfortunately had to break the lease about 80% of the way through it. I stayed in communication with them to try to negociate a buyout, but as we were talking Nicole all of a sudden stopped responding and said they already sent me to collections. I then hear from a collection company stating i owe an inaccurate amount to some company ive never even heard of but they were claiming it was related. Al Angelo Company needs to get their stuff together. Now i have to fight with a collection company because of inaccurate information.
