Neighbor G building never cleans up after their kids. Always trash, beads, broken glass. There has been underwear on the stairs for days. So gross. Management isnt doing anything about it.

We’ve been here for three years and it’s been great. Maintenance is super quick on repairs (we’ve had two issues in the three years, minor things), the neighbors have all been really nice, and I love that it’s gated. The gate does get stuck sometimes but that’s with any complex basically. The office girls are so sweet, and I love that there’s a 24hr gym.The rates are comparable for Vancouver, and I like that it’s 10 minutes from grocery stores.

Wish there was an option for a second bathroom. They also allow people to smoke inside the parking lot. The 25 feet rule from a door doesnt work much if that is right outside the windows of other renters. Cant open my window for fresh air without cigarette smoke coming in.They have a weird rule about no backing in to spots but let others do it anyway so I mean, how much of a rule is it really?

People digging through dumpsters, dust from the rodeo all over the cars and everything, can’t be on your balcony without smelling your neighbors nasty cigarettes even though smoking isn’t allowed inside.Oh, and stepping in dog poop. If that sounds like a place you want to live at this is the apartment complex for you!

If you want your cars broken into (by the apartment employees and people who dont live here) and things stolen all the time (regardless if its locked or not) then this is the place for you!! My husband and I have had both of our cars broken into 3 times and theyve done nothing! My car was broken into by an employee of the complex, who still works here, and my husbands truck has been broken into twice by a group of kids who dont live here. This is supposed to be a GATED community but unfortunately the gates are never closed and thats how the thieves got in. They told us the first time that they got in because the gate didnt shut but theyve still done nothing to fix it. I would also like to add that the picture of the property provided is not what the apartments look like. Similar I guess but not really. They are very nice, I just wish it was less trashy.

These are not a tax credit apartments so rent average $1000+ for 1-bed. And is allowed by law to overwhelming increase rent up to %60 after a year!

When it comes to cost, location, and quality; its a very nice place to live. And though some of the managers seem to care, they can only do so much to actually make sure people follow the lease agreements. What to be aware of? Well, to start off, every morning theres a jerk with a small penis who starts his tank-sounding red truck at 0530am, and lets it run, youll hear ghetto people unnecessarily slamming cupboards, you cant open your bedroom windows because idiot smokers & tweakers dont follow the 25-feet from the building rule and their 2nd-hand smoke floats its way into your apartment, they throw their cigarette-butts all near the buildings, despite having a designated playground a lot of retarded parents who have kids here let the little jerks play in between the buildings and around your cars when they shouldnt be and they think its cute, and theres also a hand full of idiots that drive in & out with their music blaring as if everyone else wants to hear it. SMH, this place is so new and beautiful, but of course, trashy people make it bad. We cant wait to buy a house.
