Tried telling me that I needed two new tires of the exact brand in order to be able to do a 4 wheel alignment when they were all the exact same size tire and all 4 had less than 6000 miles on them? I told the lady that was not true. So I told her just pull my car out of the shop forget it. Then she said well the mechanic will try to get it done anyway? Needless to say I was standing outside having a smoke when the mechanic came back from the test ride and I asked him is it better? He said no that Kia Sportages dont have very much adjustment from the factory and I asked him how many degrees of camber he was able to get out of it and he said very little? I said how many degrees? He said not even 1degree! I said well that was a waste of my time and money, Im going to have to get new tires again at 5000 miles use again and he said ya .So then he proceeded to go into the shop again and the lady at the counter comes out and tells me that I needed a new front strut,adjustable torsion bars and another alignment after that and hands me the estimate of $1500. They ended up taking off $35 dollars. What a scam! Never have I felt cheated by a shop like I did that day. Unbelievable !

Couldnt diagnose a simple flapping noise coming from my RIGHT REAR WHEEL WELL. Idiot said its probably my luggage rack making noise. Extremely incompetent and unknowl edgable. Oh!! By the way, it took them 17 hours to come up with this brainless diagnosis. I just had them replace my rear drive shift. They probably screwed something up and they dont want to admit it .

Paid 4200 to rebuild engine and 2800 to fix air suspension,they charged me two for two tows to Jeep in Merrillville which was 250 bucks and charged for extra parts that we never discussed.it took two and a half months and I’ve had to get more work done at reeders auto since.At reeders auto they said It doesn’t look like mti changed much.they also didn’t seal the gaskets to my oil pan properly and wouldn’t fix it under warranty,didn’t change spark plugs...I feel they did the very least to get rid of the hemi tick and got as much money as they could out of me...CROOKS

Took Vehicle there was expecting to get AC fixed . One thing turned into another, before I knew it manager said they had to go 3 different scenarios . Got there 11 didn’t leave till 5:30 . Ac still wasn’t fixed . Was told they got it blowing but nothing was different from before . Paid nearly 400 bucks and issue wasn’t resolved ! Took it somewhere else and they couldn’t see what they particularly did worth 300 bucks for labor but keep me and the vehicle there all day ! Numerous customers turned them down all day because of high prices so tells me they just charge a like to charge a lot of money. Stay away for a big project on your car, you will be out of lots of money and time without your problem being fixed .

See Tom the Manager for your automotive issues. Ive been working on cars for 45 years. Got under the car and saw it needed all new brake lines and hoses. Major job. Took it to Tom and told him what I saw. He explained what was needed and the work was performed professionally and at a reasonable price. Ive been looking for a mechanic and now Ive found one.

It was all over road. Crawled under to see how bad it was. THERE was only one grease fitting with grease on it. There were spots where the wheel weight was but gone on two tires, I now have an oil leek from the plug in the panHad some else look at it he said nothing wrong with front end.Hes right after he rebalanced the tires put the weights back onWHEN asked they said OH BRING IT BACK IN so they can do better RIGHTI am on a fixed income I can not afford to bring it back.Now the transmission is acting up .THANKS M T I
