Worst customer service I have ever had since becoming a home owner 10 years ago. Nathan set a date and time via text. No called and no showed on the first date. Talked to a lady in the office she too was frustrated with Nathan. Left multiple messages for him to call, never did. Office lady set a new date and time only for them to no call and no show. Terrible!! we had three houses on our street ready to use this company, we have all moved on.

Were getting a new roof & solar next week and had 1 tree we were worried about hanging over it. Also its been tearing up our concrete with its crazy roots... scheduled them a week in advance and wow! Extreme stellar service. They were quick & efficient! 60 foot tree taken down with no damage to ours or neighbors yard. It was right up against a fence and in small area too! Really recommend them, will definitely use them again. In fact, this is probably our 2nd or 3rd time already. Cant tell you enough how much I appreciate their service and diligence.
