I usually have the unlimited wash pass and they do a great job! Totally worth the monthly price. This time I upgraded to the complete detail package with the 3 step wax and the trim dressing. My truck looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot brand new! Shes never looked so shiny 😍

Why does everyone gather up like geese where you pay to get in? They see us customers wiping down our cars but dont want to break up their chatty conversations in the group. Yes, we see you guys and yet you dont do anything to stop us customers from wiping down our own cars and we see you guys hire people to wipe cars who as we can tell dont know how to wipe anything. Get on the ball guys.

Nice fast car wash. The water pressure going into the car wash sounds like it is peeling the paint off the car, so great water pressure! (It didnt, just sounds like it)

Quick and easy car wash. You can pay extra for detail or interior clean but I didn’t when I went. They do towel dry with certain washes.

Good customer service. I like how the other location offers self-serve vacuums. The drive-thru wash does a good job, but not great. I wish it washed the wheels better than it does. I tried the premium wash package for a few months and I couldnt tell a differwnce.

I usually go to the N. Texas location because they have more workers drying cars after a wash. This location has only one person drying. The last time I was here I had to hand dry my own vehicle because there was a long line before and after me. I pay for the managers special so I dont expect to dry my own vehicle.They have workers just standing there horsing around instead of helping the one worker dry vehicles. And this is every time I come to this location.

I got the full service (interior and exterior) using a wash card I got for Christmas. When they say light dusting they really mean LIGHT dusting. There are still smudges on my center console, dust in the cup holders and doors, and dust on the dash. They barely vacuumed. The pictures below were taken AFTER they vacuumed. I wanted to have the floors vacuumed so I can put in some new mats that I bought. Well, when I pulled up the existing mats there was still crumbs and dirt. I will have to vacuum myself before I can put in the new mats. The windshield is super streaky; Ill have to clean it again myself before I drive at night for sure. This would have been a $30 service. The exterior isnt even all that clean. My rims and several otber areas are still dirty. I will not be coming back to this 7flags. Id rather pay my son to do it. He does a way better job.

For her professionalism personability and relatability to my specific car issue after hearing about how the interior of my car needed much needed interior steaming cleaning and disinfecting to get out a bad smell due to an unexpected accident. I come here alot. When the manager specials are running even better. The constant training from the detail manager to her staff is priceless. Your only as strong as your weakess link. When everyone backs everyone up you have a strong team. Thanks again guys.

Seems like a high turnover and half the time the management don’t push these kids to do their jobs right it’s just a car it’s not that hard to clean

They do good detail

My windows are worse than when I brought it in. They must have used a very dirty towel, maybe even covered in Armor all or something, on all my windows. The glaze/foggy on my windows is horrible! The sun hitting it makes it difficult to see. I bought the $40 manager special and the $10 additional interior cleaning, $50 total... hmmmm... I’ll try another place for sure. Also I went at 9 am on Friday so it wasn’t busy at all.

Worst survice I have ever hade, I payed 149.99 for something that I thought was going to come out great. the employees where rude and disrespectful. The minute you turned your back they would start talking about you. They cared more about gossiping then doing there jobs.tge wax was not even complete. I would rather go to 5 star carwash its faster and cheaper.

This place is just not customer friendly. The staff is very friendly, but the moment I arrived I got inundated with upgraded car washes. They start you at $100, um...no. After a few minutes I worked my way down to $33. The wash was fast,for sure however when I was called to get my vehicle, there was still bird poop on the hood. The windshield was spotted on one side and when asked about this I was told that to clean the glass was an extra $15. Huh? The dash wasnt wiped down well and I was told that again, it was extra. I ordinarily go to my neighborhood carwash in Vallejo on Tennessee street. You dont get nearly the hustle, and they do a spectacular job. Do yourself a favor-go somewhere else. This place just Sucks.

Approximately 3 years ago my Honda Pilot had the touchscreen damaged, they replaced it however... we just traded the vehicle in and it was shown as an accident on my VIN number! Because of this we lost 1500$ in trade in value. BewareBefore that we had our lexxus hit from behind driving thru with no one in it (full service) was repaired but now I’m sure it will be the same issue with car fax when the car is sold or traded in. This is wrongGave them a 2nd chance after the lexxus but never again!!

I usually use the wash in Fairfield but was in Vacaville and the truck needed washed so I visited this one. I used my fast pass with no issues. However when I pulled into the towel dry area I was told they were understaffed and Id have to wait. No biggie. But by the time they got to my truck it was almost dry. The attendant seemed confused about the towel dry included with the fast pass package. Then he didnt bother drying the mirrors or back window of the truck. Not impressed. It will be a long time until I come back here.

I had high hopes for this place, but was sadly disappointed. I paid extra for the deep clean on the interior, but it was barely touched. The floor mats werent vacuumed under, the windows had streaks and lint on them, there was still dog hair and dirt everywhere. There was a glob of soap dried to the door. It was a huge let down. They were fast, though. But Id rather my car be clean than get out of there quickly.

$85 and was told 1-1.5 hours. Took 2 hr 40 min. Wasnt clean enough. For the time and money not worth it. I could easily pick out with my hand dirt and debris in the carpet still. They missed wiping down some of the plastic surfaces. Manager did give me coupon for free cleaning next time, $26 value. They were very nice.

Waste of $30. I paid for a full service clean-up and they told it will take just 30 minutes: I waited close to an hour. To make matters worst, they did a terrible job. They didnt wipe down the dashboard, and there was a lot of dirt left on the carpet that they were supposed to vacuum. My windshield had so much streaks, I literally stood for second in shock. Oh and the cup-holder was not at all cleaned, they made no attempt to clean it. You would think they would at wipe the car rims, instead they let the dirt sit there. Even the guy who worked there said to me, Im sorry for the long wait... yea it does look like we didnt even cleaned it.If the staff is already apologizing before I even get into my car, that says a lot about the quality of service this car wash provides.

This use to be my go to place but I noticed that the last few times it’s been declining in service. I always find something either inside or outside that WASNT cleaned thoroughly. I was willing to let it go before, which I shouldn’t have. If I’m paying $38 for the managers special plus $10 for the dress clean, why should it be anything less than satisfactory? This was the final time though. I will not be coming back after today. I see there’s still bird poop on my car. Still crumbs in my interior. The front bumper & lights on the front still have dead bugs juiced smeared. I can’t believe I even paid this amount. Such a shame because I would refer this place to my friends and family but after this it’s embarrassing to even refer this type of job. I drive from Suisun city to get my car wash here & it’s really such a disappointment that I have to drive all the way back just to have them fix it because I noticed more and more things inside as I was driving. No thanks I’m taking my $48 (ridiculous, I know) somewhere else.

I have a Mazda rx8, not necessarily a super low car but half of the over head machines barely wash my hood correctly. I love this place in a pinch but your car never really comes out clean

I had to ask for the vacuum cleaner and a wash cloth after paying for a full service car wash. i waited for the vacuum to be given and nobody came back for me. i am so disappointed with the service. i definitely would not recommned this place. my 8 yr old daughter can wash and vacuum our car better than them.waste of time and money!

Received $18 coupon, but only able to get $11 car wash. Wash was mediocre, blow dry almost nonexistent! Had to re-wipe and dry car when I got home to get rid of the spots. Same wash used to cost $6. For that price, I wouldnt have complained.

Got the managers special. When talking to the lady, I said the inside really needs cleaning & i need a wash on the outside too. I took my toddler out, and placed the carseat in the trunk, which I didnt need cleaned. When they were finished, I went to put the carseat back in and realized the entire backseat still had milk splatter and they completely missed vacuuming the center council that folds down. When they SUGGESTED the managers special after I told them what I needed, how hard is it to wipe down the back seat?! I would think it is basic and self-explanitory that it needs to be wiped down. I proceeded to help myself to a clean towel and spray bottle and wiped it down myself in front of them. Pretty sure i will save myself $40 next time & do it myself... or find a new spot.

Got the best full service and detail package and was very disappointed with the results. The guy who drove the car through the wash played with the radio settings, messed up my seating position, and changed the settings on the dash. They didnt clean the inside of the back window nor vacuumed my mats. The alloy wheels was still dirty in places which bothered me the most. Although they gave me a $10 off the next time I come there, Im not going to spend $80 for a sloppy job again.

Im giving this a 5 star rating because there was a latina lady working hard to wax my car alone. I showed up on a monday about 2pm and got my car waxed. The only issue was there were a few younger women just standing around. My car looks great but it probably would have been done quicker if these kids would have helped her out.

This was by far the worst service I have ever paid for. Im usually pretty easy to please and Im not that chick that opens the glove compartment to see if you cleaned in there too! I paid for the fullest ice on my truck. Its a new truck mind you so its not that dirty and it still looks great. My dog got sick in the front seat and the smell and apor was pretty bad. So I paid $150 for all of the shampooing and carpets then an outside wash. When I got back in my truck 2 hours later I was livid!! The minute I walked up to it I saw they didnt wash the outside but wiped it down. There was still chalk pieces in the bed of the truck from my 2 year old! Then there was bird crap all over. Okay, Ill get over it. Then I opened the door and the smell was so bad I wanted to puke! It smelt like mild and urine!! It didnt even smell like that before! There were still spots all over my seats and it wasnt even clean!!!! To top it off they didnt put any of my mats back down. I had to sit in the lot for almost 15 minutes and do it all myself. This place is such a waste of money! My husband is having to go over all of it again and we are still trying to air it out. I have never been so disappointed in a car wash lol. Didnt think I could be!! Save yourself the money.... I paid $150 to sit for 2 hours while a bunch of kids took some paper towels and a mop to my truck basically

Love getting the car washed and then cleaning the inside of the car myself.

The windshield was still dirty and the car was still very wet. We came home and had to dry off the car so that it did not leave spots. It was not a cheap car wash. No one should go there.

Fast, Efficient, and Good Prices. They wont polish your rims though...

They have hard water issues which leave spots (their dryer is very ineffective). Hand drying helps, but they frequently use old used rags, and dont address problem spots (side view mirrors, door jams, etc).Dont use them... EVER... for any detailing. Incompetence runs rampant with some of their detailers. I bought a clay bar service, which they obviously didnt do (did clay bar after them, easily removed surface dirt they couldnt). Their wax application was very poor as well; lots of rubber trim and plastic pieces caked with fresh wax. They dont wipe down door jams during a detail service. Lastly, be prepared to find little pea sized bits of microfiber rag all over your car. Their rags are in such poor condition, they literally fall apart while they clean your interior.In short: prepare to clean your car again yourself, after you pay them to clean it. Unless you dont care how your car looks...Final note: if you find issues and bring them to staff (management), prepare to have them argue with you, and inevitably get nowhere. If they cant fix their mistakes by wiping it down with a tattered microfiber cloth, then it must be your fault.Go to 5 Star Car wash on Orange Dr. Never had a quality issue with them.

Complained again, and asked managers (3)... how much to get the console. cup holders, dash, and door panels clean? $155. Are you kidding? This is a brand new car,,, Sorry, our new management dropped our lowest inside cleaning, $89..... Are you kidding. A little windex and a clean towel i can do it in 15 minutes. HORRIBLE. Kids these days...entitled. I sm cancelling our monthly family plan. How does the owner of this company sleep at night.

I took my car to this location in vacaville I pay $260.00 dolars for a full inside detail.And it was not done the right way .There so many dearty spots left.I expected to be done professionally since I pay to much money .How can I trust in a bussnes like this if they dont care about getting the job done the correct way the first time.Am very desapointed.

My windshield didn’t have any damage before I came to this place. I went on August 1st 2018 and I noticed my windshield now has scratches and chips on the inside and out.

I had just pulled a car out of the mud and my truck was filthy. Dryed on mud everywhere. Normally when I go through wash the guy would just spray one side of my truck before going in but this guy sprayed the whole truck top to bottom. Thanks guys.
