RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! I picked up an order for a Postmates customer and nobody helped me when I arrived, I even signed in! I was asking outloud for some service to pick up a Postmates order and got a response of be right with you from someone that I couldnt even see. Waited about 7 minutes before another customer walked up and was greeted almost immediately with the disregard that I had been waiting there for over 5 minutes. Then she continues to help another man picking up a food delivery order before mine. I parked along side the front passageway seeing as I had another order from the hat sitting in my car waiting to be delivered to another paid Postmates customer thinking that my order was already cooked, prepared and ready to be picked up for delivery. Instead I got a rude and disrespectful young lady with dark hair and on a power trip about how I was parked?!? Has she not been trained to have a sense of urgency especially with the food delivery service orders and drivers?!? No wonder they have no customers eating there.... Their service completely sucks! I will never recommend this place and I will socialize on how rude their service is. 0 stars!

This is the second time here. It was super pricey and service was super slow, annoying slow. Our waiter at least was friendly. I still dont like chips and salsa. I did like the shredded beef chimichanga it was fresh and topped with avocado.The churro dessert was yummy. I personally probaly wont go back to each their own.

Best chips and salsa in the Inland Empire. Whole menu is delicious, but they also have a unique house dressing for salads and awesome taquitos! Fair price for good service and great food. (Indoor and outdoor dining year-round.)

I have ordered delivery many, many times. I have to call every single time for napkins and utensils. I even took a screen shot of my recipt to state please add forks in bold. Once again nothing. Metal containers with metal silverware does not taste very good. I have expressed this to management many times. Dont get me wrong, the food is good, but for a delivery they should automatically add utensils and napkins. This is getting ridiculous. Come on!!

Food was ok...Loved the atmosphere

When we went they were doing a good job od COVID safety precautions. Seating masked groups distanced from other tables. Menu was very nice. Waiter was knowledgeable and made good suggestions. Food and drinks were nicely prepared and well presented. Restaurant was very clean. Plenty of parking.

The arrival/checking process is not reasonable. Our wait time to be seated was a half an hour, I felt it was excessive. The food was good, but dont know if Ill be back.

Right when we arrived we were treated with great customer service. Service was on point whenever we needed something. I ordered the fish tacos and they were excellent. Their spicy salsa is good too. I will be back.

They have enough parking place there. The food is OK. The service was OK. The price was OK. The neighborhood is good. The place is clean. Not too hard to find on foothill street. Not too busy there.🌮🍜👌

My guests enjoyed their meals, but if you need gluten free, beware anything with quinoa blend! It had barley in it, which is not GF. It was in my quinoa bowl AND my salad! I had to throw away half my meal.

I ordered a michelada and it was less than a whole beer, it’s all ice. The cost of the michelada is over $15 and not even to be served a whole beer. I ordered 3 tacos and it was chewy meat with no topping other than “pico de Gallo.” Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.

Love this place!, do yourself a solid, eat out on the patio, and have a watermelon margarita. Fabulous. Waiter was totally charming too. ;)

Food and service - HORRIBLE! Social distancing protocols are non existent. Owner is rude and demands outdoor diners wear masks while patrons indoors are not required to wear masks or social distance.Try Los Jarritos for authentic Mexican food or El Ranchero for good food and best margaritas. Both of these by places have exceptional customer service.

Disappointed in my choice of Chilly Verde, asked for spicy....it had NO Spice !

My favorite mexican restaurant so far. Simply love their house salsa, chips, and amazing vegetarian enchiladas. This is our all time to go place. They had a halloween special blood orange drink that was so delicious.

It was awful. After standing there for 45 minutes we left. Service is Always bad here, even before Covid. However we like the food and when were not in a hurry, well go there. They take for ever to clean tables, take orders and seat you.

Mi Ranchito was a hit for brunch..... authentic Mexican eats. Great service great vibes. Will definitely return for dinner and drinks one day. Enjoy!

They dont answer their phone, and if they do, they put you on hold and then leave you on their until you hang up. they only want you to order online and the prices are different from their regular menu.

I can recommend the fajitas. All three flavors were tasty, but I prefer shrimp and beef. Sitting outside was nice and I did not notice the traffic. Service was pleasant. Worth visiting again.

When the food came I was impressed, the tacos are really good and have great flavor to them. Order some spicy wings, well we thought we order wings look more like baby chic wings!! Been a customer for 4 years and weve never had these wings before; not ok only did they taste different lack of flavor and the size of the wings!! Wasted money and time... Food is authentic and tastes really good. Service on the other hand is a little slow but if your not in a hurry then the chips and salsa will satisfy your cravings.

Great service and delicious food. We were happy to be able to dine in through all the Covid regulations. The sopes were delicious and filling. My friend had the chile verde quesadilla and she loved it. We will be revisiting this location in the near future.

The food lacked flavor the drinks were watery, I decided to try this place on a whim smh worst mistake I made, imagine spending 40$ to walk out completely unsatisfied. The service was great though but I’m truly disappointed with the taste of the food, false advertising saying it’s “authentic “ Mexican food not even close

This place is very welcoming and the patio to eat outside is very nice. The music isnt too loud, its just the right volume to enjoy your food and talk with whoever you are eating with. The waiters are so nice and always have a smile and are pretty quick. My family definetly enjoyed our time there. :)

The food is alright here (a bit bland and boring for my taste to be honest) and while the space is nice I found it to be overpriced. There are definitely better Mexican places in the area.

Clean! That was my 1st impression in dusty ol foothill blvd. Secondly Im on a quest to find the best Chili-Verde. Its how I can compare 1 place to another. They have a very good Chili Verde and a super chunky chicken tortilla soup. Good chips and salsa (tho the chips are a little thick, I likeem thinner...) over all a good place. We were early so we noticed the 5:30pm crowd of +65ers and regulars filling the place, a good sign.

I didnt expect much considering its a Mexican spot in upland but I was completely blown away. These guys get down!!!

I went here for my moms birthday, shes vegan. They have a regular menu and a vegan menu both were delicious 😋 the only thing I didnt really like were the prices, but other than that service and food were great! Ill be returning 😊
