I had a positive experience years ago, so it was a no brainer to bring my business use truck to TC Automotive. My dad came in over a week ago, gave a brief overview of the issue and was scheduled an appointment for this morning. Upon arrival, he was told there was no appointment for him and either way they didn’t have a technician to work on his diesel. Things happen that are beyond ones control but in all honesty one simple phone call would’ve gone a long way in this situation. Expected a lot better.

This place has a really good group of people I take my vehicles here they do really good work especially the secretary Kayla she knows her stuff

No mask abiding, never called me back to schedule, kind of apathetic to take my business. Local OReilleys swore by them but I got more care from Dorseys.

Its a terrible automotive place they said that they could give me an estimate and fix my car but they lie I wouldnt let him fix my wheelbarrow
