Two cars taking their months apart even worse results the second time. Never take your vehicle here.The car is almost dirtier than when I brought it there, theres a residue on the hood and the driver side of the car. Oh and their car wash ripped off one of my (new) carpool lane stickers, theres some scratch and residue on my trunk lid that was not there beforehand. This is the second time Ive brought one of my vehicles to Redwood tree service station, the first time they did just as bad if not worse of a job on my other car.

Just going to say I am in no way good at cleaning my own car but i did a better job just myself, anyways I came here and each time I left I was disappointed they did half the job in detailing. With that many workers you’d think they’d be a bit better. Nice and sweet customers though.

Went in and stated I wanted a full detail of inside car. And to make sure and get the seats washed along with the undercarriage. Came back next day outside looked good then realized nothing inside had actually been detailed. When I asked the person why it wasnt done. He didnt hesitate to put the blame back onto me. He stated I went out with you to ask you exactly what you wanted and I said ya a detail plus the seats and undercarriage. He then said I didnt specify a car detail. Say what? First thing I said was a car detail plus these other things. He then said it would be $75 an hour to get it detailed like I wanted. It could be less or more. Never an apology for the misunderstanding always with thats why I went outside with you to go over it in the end was charged $245 for a headlamp polish, vacuum, car wash, deep clean front back seats and undercarriage cleaning.

Ive taken multiple vehicles here over the years. They use to be great but I feel the quality of work and customer service have gone drastically down hill. I had an electrical issue wich they told me they could fix and after not finding a diagnosis they charged me over $100 and told me they dont do electrical and to take it somewhere else. This was one of multiple issues and I will never bring another vehicle here again. Yesterday their car wash scratched and dented my truck and it was the last straw for me. I work hard for my money and I will be taking it elsewhere from now on.

I always go here to get my car detailed inside and out they always do a great job Even that theyre shorthanded they eventually get to everyone.

The original Redwood Tree Service Station is a cool tourist attraction. From the outside you can see a hollowed out redwood tree and classic gas pumps. Time and weather has beat some of the color. The site would benefit from a restoration. On the inside you will find some dusty pictures and a very brief history of the service station. The location is privately owned and continues to be a service station. There are times you will find an unobstructed view of the famous service station. Other times you will see the company utilizing all its spaces with cars, blocking the view of this historic landmark. I believe the company would benefit if they could collaborate with city or historic preservation company. If they could develop a short film with the history of the station, some interviews, and things to do in Ukiah; they may be able to bring in more attention. In the meantime, you can drive by and admire this location form a distance.

Had my truck detailed there, they did an ok job but broke a knob off of my stereo then didnt even tell me!! It wasnt until about an hour later that I noticed.. Not right.. They shouldve at least told me that theyd broken something in my vehicle in my opinion.

You can get a decent car wash. Tuesdays for $7. I did have to wash the front window when I got home. One spot didnt get taken off. Needed elbow grease.

Ever since I put in a new car wash down there it doesnt seem that your car gets quite as clean as it used to. That being said still a great crew they still work hard

My daughter recently bought tires here, two in October and two in February. She also bought the warranty. Well, the tires must have been on the shelf for an extended period of time because all 4 were needing replacement by June. Since we had the warranty we wanted to use it but unfortunately, Redwood did not have her size and it was going to take some time for them to acquire them so we were left with no choice but to buy tires from a different store. Redwood would still have to honor the warranty. When my daughter called Greg to make sure shed done everything necessary to use the warranty, he told her that they had everything needed and nothing was required of her. She hung up the phone and left the other tire store. Well, it turns out that Redwood wanted the old tires but didnt tell her until she had already left her tires at the other tire store. She tried several times to reach the store who still had her tires but they didnt pick up the phone and didnt return her call. Now, Redwood does not want to honor the warranty despite the fact that my daughter was not told she needed to return the tires until after she had left the store where they were changed at. When I called to speak to the owner, Greg refused my request. He would not allow me to talk to the owner. Not sure what to do here.

This place is the worst! Not enough staff to help speed things along! Only one person to prep wash your car before entering the actual car wash. The energy from employees is as if they don’t want to be their! No sense of urgency from staff when their is a line of cars that need to be cleaned! The employee that takes the money needs more training to be more customer oriented! No smiling when you enter, doesn’t know how to communicate. Doesn’t care about your time once he collects your money! I have been using car washes for years and this place I would highly NOT recommend. Go some where else! Its not like they are cheap either, Santa Rosa car washes charge less and are more efficient and customer oriented. TRAIN your staff!!!!

This place has had a major upgrade since the last time I was here, and possibly new management. Much better service than the last time.Four stars because the job appeared to have been rushed, maybe a little more attention to detail before the vehicle is returned to the customer. I chose the mid-range package which basically was no UV protection. Still a pretty good deal for under 30 bucks (pre-tip). Would I recommend this place? Definitely.

Paid $40 for the ultimate car wash. The truck was pretty clean when I brought it in and not much better when I left. The only good thing was that my lifted truck fits. Lots of areas were never touched. Next time I will go to Santa Rosa where they do a better job for $30.

Tires brakes wash service mechanical repair. Honest trustworthy Highly Highly reccomend. The awesome and friendly service is just a bonus.

Nice but the vacuuming job was not good. They didnt even do the door compartments as the rugs just didnt get done well enough.

Very unhappy with the carwash. Paid for the highest level of service and got a very poorly cleaned truck. Door jams are still dirty, dash and doors have have shinny spots were areas were missed. Bumper, grill, and hood still have bugs on them. The lower part of of the truck still has a bunch of dirty areas. I will not be going back again

Don’t go here unless you want to get over charged for them to break your car. These guys don’t know what they are doing and don’t care one bit about your car. They can’t even honor appointment times. I have been here several times and I will never go back. Save your money!! Go somewhere else.

Specifically said I only wanted the basic oil change- NOTHING ELSE. Since I get oils changes so often I dont need any of the extra stuff- check on fluids etc. I am thinking since its $39.99 Im going to spend about $50 out the door. So instead of asking me before making changes to what I specifically said they decided to add some MOA extended life oils supplement which is in my opinion bad practice since I did not what any thing other than an oil change. I dont know if the $21.50 they charged me was that important to them, but unless you want to walk out with added charges you didnt approve of, DO NOT GO HERE. If I didnt have work to do I probably would have tried to negotiate on the spot. But Im guessing it probably wouldnt have been worth my time.I

Quick Oil Change service! Came without an appointment at 11am knowing this wouldnt be ideal on a Saturday, however even though there were about 4 cars ahead of me, it took less than 45 minutes to get out of there. Economy oil change $39 w/taxes.

Fantastically honest service station. Brought my car in because of some squeaky brakes, and they immediately took the time to remove the tires from my car and clean out some mud that was stuck there without even charging me! In and out in under half an hour.

I used to like this car wash. Not any more.They used to have people hand wash the car. But now its automated drive thru car wash with rolling brushes.No thanks! I dont want my car to get scratched.I wish they would give you an option for hand wash or the automated.

Every time I leave this place my car is still dirty so I finally go in and talk to the manager and he was totally ok with the fact my car was still dirty. You go to a car wash you should leave with a clean car! Period! I’ve thought a lot about posting a bad review but I thought maybe if I talked to the owner or manager they would do something but nope!

Got there at 4:46 pm (they close at 5 pm) and they refused to wash my car because according to their rule, you have to get there 15 minutes before they close. They obviously dont care about their customers and they are more expensive than other car wash in town.

Sat there and watched the attendant pull my car aside and bring other customers ahead of me. I ended up waiting over an hour as I watched others who pulled in later leave. NOT OK!!!!!

Took advantage of car wash charged $26.00 just to wash and vacuum windows smeared and nor cleaned to be able to see plus price was ridiculous
