I have usually had a good experience dealing with Steve at his shop except for my last visit. Not only did it take him an extremely long amount of time to address the issue with my vehicle ( Im talking over a month) that I was without transportation. But it seemed to me that he not only inflated the parts but my car was also vandalized while at his shop. Which I was never informed about. I wasnt told about it when I picked my vehicle up which you would think I should have been told about it. I found out when going thru my car two days later that, things were missing. To the tune of about $350.00. It included numerous items including my spare tire. When I called about my missing items. He said he felt like he did everything in his power to prevent that from happenig. If he did what he said it wouldnt have happened. Which leads me to believe someone in his shop went thru my car and helped themselves. He asked me what I think he should do. I told him at least split the cost of my lose and replace my spare tire. He kindly refused and said he didnt feel responsible and blamed it on tweekers. That was the answer I got. So dont take your vehicle there if you want your things to be safe. Because they wont be. I will be looking for another shop for my vehicle repairs thats for sure.

Wont take my vehicles anywhere else, only person I trust, used him for years.

My 18 year old van runs as good as new - literally. Steve and his crew take great pride in doing the job correctly, and within estimate. Hes honest with a wonderful work ethic. They know how much I reply on my vehicle (it volunteers a lot), and I trust Steves Service Center with every repair.

Ive taken several cars to Steve and recommended him to others and hes always been able to handle the work and do it well-hes even referred some work out to another shop and they did a great job too! A very thorough and honest mechanic for newer or older cars. Thumbs way up.
