Despite all the troubles at other places (took about 3-4 hours everywhere else) it took maybe an hour here to get a car and all the papers signed. Definitely recommend

Service dept was very good....lots of knowledge. Sales department not so great. We made an appointment with one of the sales guy and he wasnt even there. They had to call him in. We were going to buy a new Honda Ridgeline but we didnt.

Christian in SERVICE Dept was Great. Purchased last year new 2017 Honda CRY AW Drive Touring. Absolutely love this car. Just took it in for the first oil change. They rotated tires filled fluids, was told on next visit will change filters, Etc. Great Service.

Thurston Honda has the worst service of ANY automobile dealer Ive ever gone to!! Ive even had them last time they left the cap off and oil went all over the engine and everywhere else and it had to be towed back for them to do over and clean it up due to the fact that we live 20 miles away! No apology or comments made. Today I went to get a key made and asked the cost. I was told $30 however what they FAILED to tell me was about the $70 charge to program it as if it was nothing!!!! If you can go somewhere else if will be better service guaranteed!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I had oil changes done at both the Honda and the Dodge service departments and couldnt be happier... Kevin our salesman was able to make our wait easy and enjoyable... I highly recommend seeing Kevin Brown if you need to purchase a vehicle in Ukiah!!!

Great service handle airbag recall quickly a clean never knew they where ever in car.

I had a gift certificate for a full inside and outside detailing and didnt know how many service departments they had at the plaza. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great job done on both the interior and exterior, I was so pleased.

Make an appointment and you will be in and out. These guys were amazing, my stroller needed a little air in the tires and they helped me out. Other places wouldnt, as it was a liability issue. Thank you Thurston Honda.

Dont waste your time or money with these idiots. I bought 4 new tires from them and had them installed. They didnt do a wheel alignment afterwards which is what you usually do when you get new tires, its around $50. I brought this up to the service advisor Bryan, but he said it wasnt necessary. I got the alignment done somewhere else, WHICH IT NEEDED. A couple of months later I had a slow leak in a tire which these flunkies couldnt find or fix. A tire doesnt leak for no good reason. I went to a competent Honda dealership and it turns out I had a pin in the tire, which was repaired. This place really doesnt have their act together.

Bad service. My wife made any appointment to have a front light replaced. She took the day off from work. She called the day before to make sure the part was in. The person taking the phone call said it was “in” and confirmed the appointment. My wife drove for 45 minutes to get to Honda of Ukiah and waited over an hour in the waiting room after checking in only to be told they didn’t over the part. Very disappointing. Save your time and money. Take it somewhere else.
