Completely Inaccurate vehicle photos online compared to actual vehicle. Very hesitant to allow diagnostics from an independent mechanic. Wasted several hours of my time and gas money. Dealership had a truck for sale which didn’t pass smog, and thus could not legally sell it. They should have known this before advertising the vehicle online.Edit 09/23: Its two weeks later. Ive tried multiple times to reach you, Pete. After many attempts at leaving a voicemail and being met with a full mailbox each time I was finally able to leave one. That said, I dont know that it was even your line because whoever is answering phones often transfers to the wrong person. Ive also left my contact information, more than once, with your staff. You have my information. Give me call.

Sales process was smooth, got a fair deal on a Transit cargo van...the fun stopped there. It was delivered without a front passenger seat, salesman said we will get you one. 8 months later and out of desperation I got one off EBay. The salesman does not answer emails and rarely takes calls, the manager does not take calls and the voicemail is full??!! Bad customer service, bad communication, and I am out $500

Bought our 2nd used car there now. Sure hope it lasts as long as the last one.Only thing we found out after all the paperwork was done, it didnt have a jack or spare tire? Salesman said a lot dont come with them anymore...Never heard of that. Got home and did some research, found out where the spare is suppose to be, but to get to it you need the jack! So, ordering a jack for the make and model of the car and crossing our fingers the spare tire is under the car!

This is the second time Ive had to take my service van in to this establishment because my service van is covered by Enterprise rental. Each time it has taken longer than expected. When I dont have use of my van I dont get paid. There is no customer service to let me know when my van might be completed. Even a simple phone call for an update would be helpful so at least then I would know when I was going to be back on the road. I do not recommend this dealership for any repairs unless you have a lot of time to spare!

The good: You call the dealership and your call is answered right away.The Bad: You get transferred to the department and you get put on hold. You wait for a long time, then you get hung up on. You go through the same process a second or third time and you get hung up on. You call again and the rep takes down your phone number. They never call you back. The customer service is really disappointing.Some form of follow up would resolve any issue. If you took down a name, phone number, and email you would retain more customers. Looking elsewhere moving forward.

I recently ordered a new bronco from the Ford website and was contacted by the dealership soon after. The dealership informed me that they would add 3,000 extra dollars to the MSRP. When I asked them why they explained that they could because of the demand. This is a pretty poor business practice in my opinion. Its your business its capitalism but it puts a pretty sour taste in your mouth when you pay 50 grand for a bronco. This is a pretty cheesy practice considering youre going to get some of the points for most peoples loans and youre going to make money on the warranty and other accessories you sell after the sale of the vehicle. This is a very poor way to do business. Buyer beware. Also there is a list online of dealers that are not going to mark up the bronco you should check it out and buy elsewhere

About two & a half hours for an oil change. Then lady who works there came out & told service guy not to rotate tires (which is part of the oil change package) because 2 cars still waiting for oil change. We heard her so we went in and said why are you not rotating tires, she then blamed it on service guy saying he didnt know it was to always to be done unless paperwork said not too and that they would do it real quick. Great. Then we also had to remind them after to check the tire pressure (car says a tire has low pressure at every startup for last couple weeks they had to have seen this plus its part of oil change package). Point is- they take forever & PURPOSELY cut corners. SCARY.

UPDATED: 06/10 Well we keep getting unrealistic expectations from this company. Supposedly the car was first on Monday then first the next day and here we are on Wednesday and I have no clue whats going on. MAYBE GO TO SANTA ROSA and you might get better service. Apparently, its worth the distance and money. I feel like Ive been patient, The car was supposed to get there LAST Mon but arrived LAST Tue, they ordered the part and was supposed to look at it THR/FRI, FRI they told me MON, MON they told me maybe TUE and we are here at WED and I dont know if my car has even been looked at....UPDATED: My husband and I were contacted back and are in better communication with the service center now once they figured out our car situation better. The experience started out rocky for sure but it is tough times right now and I can see theyre doing their best so kudos on that.Weve been hung up on so many times, been told that we would be called back so many times and no one has contacted us. No one has given us ANY information on what is going on with my car in 3 days. They said it would be looked at yesterday and now the receptionist says that they have not looked at it?!? Dont trust them, they will not call you back or follow up with you, you might as well just go down there every time you need to talk to someone.. and then ask to talk to a manager.

Well it was a real eye opening experience! It was like a lost lamb being led to the slaughter. Being 3000 miles away from home towing a brand new trailer all the way from Florida and then something going wrong with the truck. Long story short they took my truck for 3 days and I I had to rent a car for them to look at my truck and then tell me $17,000 to replace my engine. Which absolutely didnt need replacing They are very slow in the service department, the mechanic has a very cocky attitude while complaining how backup he is. I asked them how much to just fix the exhaust leaks and the oil leaks he told me $7,500. I told them thank you very much have a good day. This experience at Redwood Ford cost me a week of waiting for an appointment then three days of them looking at my truck all the time having a Rent-A-Car, then being charged almost $300 for them to try to Railroad me into a new engine. I then drove my truck all the way to Noels Automotive in Monte Rio. A friend of mine recommended them they are amazing. they fixed my truck they replace the entire DPF system and a couple few other things. Total cost $4,300. My truck is running like a beast I cant believe they tried to rip me off so bad at Redwood Ford. Dont go there they are the wolves!

Carried my Explorer to this dealership for an oil change. Had taken my truck last time in this area but did not remember just how GREAT their service is! With the oil change came so many other things that they did and to top it off, they washed my car! In a time where you have to pay for anything extra, this was not the case here. GREAT PLACE FOR SERVICE!

I bought a used ford transit connect and I paid for a extra/second key a month ago,I have called countless time to my sales person,to the sales manager,,even the owner of the business to find out about the status of the key that has all ready been paid for....no one will return my call concerning this situation....they have my money and I have no key....very very very poor customer service....buyer beware.....if they cant handle a small item professionaly with good customer service, God forbid a large item would get good service.....go else where.

Took my F350 in for a check engine light. Had a code that needed to be reprogrammed by the dealer. That was fine as was the cost of $158. They gave me a quote for oil change, lube, replace fluids, check belts, etc. for over $2,500! I thought Jessie James rode a horse.....

I took my car for a recall and other service, then when I left the redwood ford I got called because they had a promotion that they would cover for the service that I was getting if I trade in my car to get something else. I wasted my time to find out they would only offer me $1 for my ford fusion 2011 because they were paying for the service that it was getting done (where is the promotion they offered to me?)....BTW the sales guy that was helping me stared being rude to me when I said that I didnt want $1 for my car very disappointing. After waiting 6 hours for my car to be done I was going home (1 1/2 hour from Ukiah) I started hearing a wired noise my car was making, then I decided to returned to the dealer and they had leave a flashlight in the hood.

They tell you one thing on the phone, then, when I showed up, suddenly they had one car that was in the back shop being worked on I was told . I was also told when I was on them on the phone with the finance manager: That I would definitely be leaving with a car . (They had all my info prior to showing up) then they see me and I was treated quite badly . Ignored, told there were no cars to sell me, not even did they walk me to the door . I dont know what they think they saw when they looked me, but I do know: it felt wrong the way I was treated . I would not recommend this dealership. In my opinion, it is horrible .

I drove an hour and a half to buy the 2020 Green Ford Escape. I looked at eight Ford Dealerships, and this is the only one that has it. I was excited to go in and buy! When I arrived and walked around no one came outside to greet me. I had to walk inside. When I asked about the vehicle they were skeptical when I asked for a green one, they looked it up and found it. The guy who found it passed me off to the woman and she showed me to the car. No hello, no conversation at all. It just felt awkward. Then i tried to open the trunk and it kept sticking. There was also pollen all over the vehicle and the inside was nit much better. Due to a lack of customer service and a poor maintained vehicle I left and will head down to Roseville. I hate having to ask for service and am highly dissatisfied. I do not recommend this dealership and will not return!!!

I was called about a recall on my truck. They called almost every day until I made an appointment. I dropped it off a little early. I went to another appointment. Came back at the time they told me to pick it up. They hadnt even started. They said the guy who was going to do the work went to lunch after I dropped it off, but he just got back and it would only take about 15 minutes. The people were really rude, no one would talk to me, almost as if they blamed me for their mistake. Almost another hour later it was finally ready. EVERYONE else who came and went in that time were treated nice, the door was opened for them, they washed their vehicles and visited. I was treated horribly, ignored, my car was not washed like the others, all the stuff in my glove box was thrown on the floorboard. Nice. Then, when I tried to start my truck the next day something was wrong with the battery. I took it in to Oreillys auto parts and they said it was something Ford had done. They fixed it for free. I love my vehicle but I dont love Ford in Ukiah.

Customer service from some of the workers could be improved on. Job knowledge lacks in service department when asking a question about vehicles. Some times just need to ask a question or talk with a mechanic about a vehicle. They wont let you. Overall need improvement.

I visited Redwood Ford to find out the differences between the F250 XLT and Lariat. Jacob took me around the lot, checked out the trucks and the different options. I told him what I wanted in color and options and my budget,. That was Sunday. He called on Monday with 2 trucks to consider. The perfect truck was at the lot by Wednesday. It was more than I had asked for and within the price range. Im loving it! I was dreading the process of buying a truck, but Redwood Ford was very easy to work with. Give them a try before going out of town to buy!

My wife HATES the car buying experience and we have bought many vehicles over the years for our business. Yesterday we spoke to Dwayne, the General Sales Manager at Redwood Ford in Ukaih. We knew what we were looking for and had done plenty of research on the Ford Edge, especially price. Dwayne was so honest and down to earth we decided to make the hour drive to Ukiah. Ill tell you this, it was more than worth the drive. We felt like we made new friends.They took GREAT care of us! We even received a really fair trade in and Peter took lots of time explaining to my wife all about her new car. After my last experience at Redwood Ford in Ukiah, it proved the dealership is only as good as the people who run the dealership. This dealership has been up and down and through so many changes for the last decade. It has been through more owners and managers than one could believe. These statement are facts. I have purchased four new fords from this dealership. I wont purchase from them again.The Ford product sells itself. The people who work for this Redwood ford dealership in 2020 are unprofessional and the dealership as a whole is failing once again. From Michelle the receptionist, Rocky and Shawn in sales, and the service department of non helpful people. I was floored with the disrespect and consistent failures when purchasing my new Ford Ranger. The general manager Pete only saved the sale but did not save the dealership. David, the service manager tried to clean up the disrespect and failures of the service department by investigating my questions when his service team failed to do so. There are two reasons why I gave this review. One: The dealership failed me. Two: Ford asked me to conduct a review and their response was I did not meet their guidelines. Meaning, from the top to the bottom Ford like so many other companies are too big for their own good. In conclusion: The Ford product sells itself, the people at Redwood Ford in Ukiah do not represent the ford product well. I will go out of the area next time I purchase. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I ask for one person from the dealership to make this right. I am NOT holding my breath.

What really makes a business shine is its people😊! Redwood Ford has a real gem in their new General Manager, Brent Eddy. I purchased a Ford Escape from Brent at another Ford dealership in 2015. While in the car market again, I was able to find him at Redwood Ford.When I purchased my current vehicle, I researched the price extensively, went to several local dealerships, and ultimately wound up working with Brent. He not only got me the best price and exact specs, but then had it delivered to me 3 hours away!He was always available to answer my questions and made sure my service was impeccable whenever I took my car into his dealership .Ukiah is incredibly fortunate to have a fresh start with knowledgeable, kind, and caring employees. If you want the best deal with great service check out this dealership!

Took my F150 in for routine 7,500 mile service (its essentially new). When dropping it off I made sure tire rotation was to be part of the service, and was assured it was. It is difficult to maintain a positive attitude after waiting 3 hours for a routine servicing, but then realized very quickly after paying the bill that the tires were not rotated. 1. Did not complete rotation as necessary. 2. Waited 3 hrs for service, which did not include rotation. What were they in fact doing?? Took the truck back and when questioned they agreed tires were not rotated. What else was not completed?

I would never take my vehicle here ever again. This establishment screws its customers and bill for parts and services you vehicle does not need. The first time around they sold me $1800 of totally unnecessary parts and labor and lied about the details associated with the service. These guys must think they are too smooth. But we set them up and they took the bait hook line and sinker. The will be recieving legal papers for consumer fruad. We requested a specific service from them that would have produced a specific result had they actually performed the service. We accessed the ODB system with a snap on Verus and set a simp li e parameter that would have been deleted had the had thos piracy carried out the service we requested. We dropped the vehicle eventually getting it back. The company definetely billed us directly for the requested service and billed additionally for another service they claimed was needed to to perform the requested service. We hooked the vehicle back up to the snap o and just as we predicted they did not in fact carry out our requested service instead they short cut the service made up a story about howdifgicultit was to perform the service overbilled by by roughly $350.00 and showedre thier level of business ethics or lack there of. .What is amazing is the the vehicle has factory recall repairs to be made to it and they did not carry these out while in possession of the vehicle.. Both times this business has had my vehicle they have screwed me on the billing. Well at least thought they were. . Now we have proof from both service visits advice is to avoid this place all together. Go to Santa Risa .These guys are crooks. .

Its going be hard to review the service at Ukiah Ford, because I never actually got a service there.I called up to have the airbag initiator replaced under the national recall and my notices from Ford said to check with the dealer in the last quarter of the year. I did so and was assured that the part was in and scheduled an appointment. After arriving at the dealership I was well treated by the service writer. HE AT LEAST did his job well, checking back through the listing of service bulletins to make certain there wasnt anything else. (Thus the one star). 90 minutes later the same service writer called back to tell me that sorry, we actually dont have the part but maybe next month or the first quarter of 2017. WTH!Again, my beef isnt with the service writer. What I have a complaint with is Ford for not being more on top of the situation, the dealership for not having a handle on their parts inventory (especially for such a widely publicized situation as the airbag recall) and the system for letting this happen. Very disappointing.EDIT: 12/10/16 I notice that no one from the dealership has commented on my above review. Nor has anyone from the dealership contacted me by any other means. Yet, today I got another emailed request for a review of my service. So it appears that reviewing feedback is not a high priority with the dealership. Im honestly not trying to be a jerk, I want a good relationship with my dealer as it behooves me in time and money to have one. But relationships are a two way street.

I dropped my 2002 Ford 250 pickup off on Monday evening so that 3 services could be done: regular service, oil change etc, repair a stuck tailgate, and replace the security module as the electric locks and interior light would not work. The service person was to call and tell me when my truck would be ready. They would probably need to order the security module part.The regular service and tail gate repair was completed on Tuesday. As I had to arrange a ride after work to get my truck, 20 miles away, I called twice on Wednesday and Thursday, each, and could not get the information I needed. Wednesday evening I had a message at my home number, when I had asked them to call my cell. After calling on Friday I found out the part had finally come and they were working on my truck. I picked my truck up in the late afternoon Friday. I paid and drove off to the grocery store. After getting out of the truck, the locking fob would not work. I had to go back to Ford to get them to reset the fob. Good thing I was still in Ukiah and had not driven to my home 30 miles away.On the way home I noticed one of the warning lights was still on. I looked up what the light meant and it was related to the air filter. When I finally got home I really looked at the maintenance report. It recommended that the air filter should be replaced and that there was rodent debris packed into the area. The next day I looked to see if the air filter had been replaced as I had not been called about it. The air filter box was unlocked as if the service tech had not gone back to check or replace the filter. The air filter had not been replaced. I pulled it out and there still was a bit of rodent acorn debris in the box. Ford had my truck for 4 days. Ford used to wash vehicles after they were serviced. My truck was not washed.Why could they not return my call? Why did they not replace the air filter? I am not a happy customer.

This dealer has the worst salesman that I have ever met. Waited 30 minutes to test drive a new Focus RS. Someone comes back from the test drive and the salesman says that we cannot test drive the Focus. Even though we saw someone just pull up from a test drive. They discriminated us by our young appearance. Jokes on them, they let real buyers that actually have the money to buy the Focus walk off the lot. Stay away if you want a pleasant experience.

I will never go back to Redwood ford. The service Dept never does what you pay for. The last 3 times I have been in there I have had to go back because they dont do what you pay for. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.

**DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE**Long story somewhat short...Took my SUV in under warranty for what I thought was radiator fluid (lime green) leaking. SIX DAYS later after zero phone calls from the service department on the status of my vehicle, I receive a call telling my vehicle is ready. I pick my vehicle up and was told that it needed a new radiator.Upon driving home I notice the AC wasnt functioning properly, but it seemed to fix itself later. This problem would get worse over the next 5 days. Then I pop the hood and see the same green fluid leaking in the same spot.I return to Redwood Ford and the genius mechanic is perplexed, but finally realizes the fluid is not radiator fluid, but something entirely different. Oh! My radiator fluid is red, not lime green. This means the mechanic lied about me needing a new radiator as the leak was never coming from the radiator, but somewhere entirely different. Im then told by the Service Manager that the Chrysler dealership down the road is expecting me and they will perform the repairs on my SUV. Didnt ask me if this was ok...just made the call. He continues to tell me some pathetic excuse that he doesnt want to take the front bumper off my SUV to fix the problem. Im confident that he sent me on my way because Redwood Ford did not want to be responsible for the repair costs out of pocket since they failed to diagnose the issue correctly and made a large repair that I never needed in the first place.Now, Im stuck with a new radiator I didnt need, my original leaking SUV, a new service department, a new deductable, and a stupid rental car.Thanks Redwood Ford!!!Never again will I go to Redwood Ford and a complaint will be send to Ford.*Dont believe the line, ...that was the old management, weve improved.

Whish I could give them zero. Redwood Ford had my truck for four days and could not figure out the gas smell.Took it to another mechanic and in 5 minutes we found the gas leak. Also my turbo was leaking so instead of have Ford fix it under warranty I paid almost $1600 to have a non Ford dealer fix the leaking turbo.One thing I will say is that the service manager did listen to my complaint and understood my frustrations. Still doesnt change the fact that a simple flashlight could see the oil on the turbo.My suggestion is spend the extra time and gas and go to Santa Rosa.

They chaged me over $150 just for checking whats wrong with my tailgate, i already told them whats wrong and what needed to be done.Afterwards gave me an estimate of $450 for replacing the part. I ordered it online and it was $29.99 and chnage it my self took 20 min. They try to rip off customer
