I brought my Volvo XC70 cross country to Sal and Jennifer at Alliance auto they provided n A+++ quality work; Dont take my word for it, theyve been a staple in the Mendocino County & Ukiah Community for quite some time...They even adopted a part of the highway going through city of Ukiah which to me is a testament to the family-owned and operated business commitment to safety and quality of service.Thanks again Miss Jennifer and Mr. Rico!I greatly appreciate you taking care of my Bella!

I sent an inquiry online, requesting more information about a particular service I needed on my vehicle. I received a follow up call the next business day. I was asked some questions about my vehicle, routine stuff. The gal on the other end stated she would call me back with an estimate of labor and parts. A few days went by and I still hadnt received a call back, I called twice and no answer. A few days later I called and left a message, as of 6/22/21 I still have not heard back from them. Very unprofessional, I will never recommend them to anyone.

The work they did was satisfactory, but they replaced parts that were brand new (or said they did anyway). So that ended up costing me more money than they quoted me (almost double). On top of all of that, they left greasy hand prints on the upholstery inside my Range Rover. Im not very happy. Hopefully, they will have it cleaned because I cant afford to after paying for their services.

Thanks Alliance for bringing my car back to life. I have been neglecting my car and it was running so badly. I thought it was time to have a tow truck haul it off. I decided not to give up on the car and have someone look at itAlliance did a thorough digital inspection of my car. They went over the inspection with me and was great about letting me know repairs that were critical vs repairs that could wait. I authorized the repairs they labeled critical and my car is running GREAT!I AM SO HAPPY! I will definitely be back for my normal service. And, I can’t get over their customer service!

I appreciate being kept in contact with throughout my cars visits with them and the work done has thus far been great. I usually get my car back when they say it will be ready, except this last time (they just replaced my engine) but Jennifer kept it real about why and how and what was happening (basically shipping issues) My Volkswagen sounds just unbelievable now! Im very confident that the mechanic who worked on the replacement did a wonderful job and she was able to get a few other issues fixed too. Last time I was there was for some diagnostic issues which the owner walked through with me as well and was able to tackle them. Anyway, good service and reasonable prices. Many people dont do work on my Volkswagens engine areas in our area and Im happy theyre around

I have had alliance work on two vehicles, my 97 Range Rover and 09 sti. This is a great place to take euro/Japanese cars. People complain in the reviews about price, but they specialize in expensive cars, that means it might be expensive to repair. As far as people saying they over charge for parts, that’s because they come with warranties they actually hold up on. I have cross referenced the parts they got and what I could find, of coarse you can find cheaper parts. That’s because the parts are not even oem and have no warranty. Every time I get my car serviced here I leave happy.

Love these guys (and gal). I have been to a few other shops in town and I feel like I have been taken advantage of, let’s be honest, because I am a woman! My friend has taken her car to Alliance for years so I decided to try them out. I was greeted by Jennifer. She checked me in and explained the process of their shop. After my car was looked at, she sent me an inspection of my car to my cell phone and then called me to review it. I was impressed with her knowledge and her kindness.I felt very comfortable knowing what repairs were happening to my car. I will be back!

In my experience, this is a reliable shop that provides high quality service. They really worked overtime to get my car back to me on schedule and they were great with helping me get to and from work. The owner, and the employees I spoke with, were always friendly and patient. Now months later, I recently completed a long road trip and have still had zero issues with my car!

Salvador and Lawrence (owner, front end guy respectively) were very friendly and helpful. This must be a good place to work, everyone seemed happy here. My car was towed in by AAA and they got to me in about an hour, fixed things up and explained everything in detail. The price was closer to what I hoped than what I expected (and feared) so Im a happy camper all round.

I am new to town and have been struggling a bit to get on my feet in a new area. My Jeep started to act up and I immediately panicked. Salvador is who I got to speak with and they were able to get me in that day and he was incredibly reassuring. It was a much less expensive fix than what I had imagined and they were wonderful from start to finish. I have never had a better experience with vehicle repair. They are dependable and friendly.

We went for a small service that only took a few minutes but they were kind. They had Round Table pizza (which isnt cheap) and told us to help ourselves. Super kind people.

Professional staff, they took the time and explained the issues with my bmw that I have been having for the last year and other places were not able to figure out.Turned to be an intake manifold gasket they repaired it and put me back on the road within a day. The BMW is purring like a kitten.They have earned a customer for life.

Thanks Alliance for saving the day. My family and I were traveling to Oregon and our car broke down in Cloverdale. As soon as we arrived at the their shop, they diagnosed the issue, drove us to a local hotel and got us back on the road the next day! They are a busy shop too so I was so appreciative that they were able to get us back on the road so quickly. Thanks again for everything!

These folks are great, they actually found the problem and were able to source obsolete parts! I opted to not do the repair, because it would be too much to plow into a 13 year old car, and they were so gracious about that, only charged me for the diagnostic labor 😊

Dude tells me I need a transmission flush or a new transmission but found no codes I took a second opinion at a real European auto repaire shop told me my transmission was good and theres was nothing wrong with it alliance was gonna charge me 650$ to get a flush witch is not needed and charged me 260 just for diagnostic I would not go here again nor would ever recommend it to anyone ever they over charge people twice as much and not to mention the dont even know what the hell there doing 💯 the were about to charge me 650 for flush and every other place I called Mercedes place the highest was 360 ha this places is a joke

Sal, Jennifer, Brett and the whole gang at this shop were really good to us. They were very accommodating, helpful and trustworthy - not to mention extremely knowledgable. Because of a fairly major brake down, we were stranded in Ukiah for a week while waiting for repairs to be made to our van. Glad it was all done by Alliance!

Terrible shop to take your vehicle to. They charged me 525$ to fix my jeep and it broke down on the way home. They looked at it again and said it was something completely different and wanted to charge me another 800$ and come to find out what they were wanting to fix the second time was not even the problem. I got ripped off. Will never come back

DONT GO HERE!!!! They tried to charge me $500 for Horn Speakers when other businesses in town and Santa Rosa quoted me $160-$230 for the same parts. Go to DFM or Redwood Tree Center

It took 2 weeks to get my truck in the shop, and $1600 dollars, and a boat battery, and I’ll still have electrical issues with it!, honestly I got it back very dirty, dusty, and with grease all over the seats, not a good experience for me!.😡

I got an inspection on my car brought it home and its missing the wheel well cover they didnt put it back on. Over priced and unprofessional they are .
