Went in today around 2ish. They were super busy and when we walked in there were quite a few people so I was prepared to wait. However they got everyone back very quickly.The gentleman who did my pedicure was very polite and took his time resulting in a wonderfully relaxing service. I got the hot stone which was wonderful. I also chose a dark red polish which is very easy to mess up and he did a fabulous job.While I was there I witnessed multiple clients being extremely rude or aggressive with techs. They handled those clients very well. No one should have to take disrespect when theyre just trying to do their jobs.I am very grateful to you for the lovely pedicure and wish you all the best :)

This was my first time going to Allure. The hours are nice. I’m not really impressed with the quality of service. They charge for using a card instead of cash. My dip nails started cracking/coming up some around my cuticles. I bled a little from them filing my skin so much. The service was rushed.

I came here because I saw the sign for buy one get one half off sign on the door. I wouldn’t come here if they had a sign that said “all services are free” customer service was the worst.

Pedicure was wonderful, got shellac on my toes and they looked beautiful. As for my nails I got a full set with shellac, lady was done within 5 minutes. She did not take the time to fill them in properly or paint them nicely. I would go back for a pedi but not to get a full set.

They were so sweet! They accommodated myself and my 2 friends, and kept us entertained the entire time. We received 3 pedis and I got a Mani with powder. Will be back.

Went in for a pedicure as I normally do. Let the guy talk me into a shellac pedicure that was to last longer than a regular pedicure. Paid $95.00 for it to last 2 weeks!! Yes 2 weeks!! The nail polish came off as one whole piece on 3 toes. I feel like it was rushed. A normal pedicure would have at least lasted way longer and chipped/rubbed off instead of just coming off in one whole piece. Ive been a customer here for years but will not be back.

I went to go get my current nails taken off and get a new set. They didn’t ask if I wanted tips put on, they rushed through, left all the gunk under my nails, and for some reason charged me extra for “convenience” when all I got was very basic and shows to only be $40 on the services. Do not recommend.

I traveled from St Louis to visit my parents and on a whim my mom and I decided to visit this place for a manicure and pedicure. From beginning to end the experience was WONDERFUL!! The staff was very friendly and personable. We loved our mani/pedi as they do very good quality work and the price is right! The establishment is beautiful, elegant and clean. Now every time I’m in town I will always come to this shop!

Ive been there a couple of times the first few times it was really nice but the last time I went they were basically rushing through the nails and not just mine, didnt really talk to you as much as they did before and my nails looked good but they could be better with rigids and a few areas that could be redone. Although it is a good place but I prefer to go the last time I went when it wasnt so busy and they actually had the time to talk to you and work on your pedicure or manicure not in such a rush. I do understand getting something done in a timely manner but at a certain point it is rushing through someone else and potentially messing up and making the customer unsatisfied.

I will start by saying that the margarita swirl is absolutely amazing👌🏾 However, I had a horrible experience with my manipedi. I went in Monday for my services at 7pm, they close at 8pm. I left unhappy because everyone was in a rush, I literally had 2 people doing my pedicure && my nails are just horrendous. I went back Wednesday to get them fixed and the manager said no that I needed a fill and that the light was just shining wrong 🙄🙄 I left immediately before I went to prison 😊 it is safe to say that I will not be back and I would NEVER recommend to anyone I liked 💁🏾‍♀️

I got a full set of solar acrylic love them but he was rude and the color is not at the top of the nail it is almost clear and it was all sapose to be one color. Well two days later they popped off so I’m hoping they will be able to redo them or do a refund for them done for a vacation ans they already came off I hate to complain but I hope there able to redo the set I have all 10 nails that popped off and you can see the clear where they did not do them correctly

Short staff. Customer to employee ratio not good. 7 employees to 18 customer ratio.Went in for a Mani Pedi and I could only get a pedicure.Not enough staff to do what was requested. Totally disappointed.I was referred by a local to this location because Im an out of town guests. Not what I was expecting.Will not be returning ever. Clean environment. Staff was friendly for the exception of one of the workers who kept getting up from doing my nails to do other employees work. I wont be coming back. Friendly staff but not professional as they should be. I give it a C-.

Lynn is amazing! She is the only one that I trust to do my nails anywhere. Her acrylics never break or lift. She is super friendly and so fast. I NEVER get treated bad at allure. I am always looking forward to seeing Lynn every 2 weeks. People ask me all the time where I get my nails done and I always send them to her. Thank you Lynn for being awesome!!!

I received a mani/pedi from a very special Lady. She was so sweet and did a fantastic job. My mother had hers done by the ladys brother and he did a fine job as well. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often. I would ask for her everytime. She is an amazing person who I feel Blessed to meet...

My wife had a French Manicure with shellac, Saturday the 16th of January. They seated her right away. She waited 15 minutes before a gentleman came to buff old polish off. He then placed her hands in a bowl of acetone for a good 20 minutes or more. The man finally came back and finished getting old polish off. She then sat there for 25 or more minutes waiting to be completed. The manicure went fast, then she spent more time waiting on the lady. FINALLY the lady came and would paint, work front counter, come back, leave again, etc. Edges were not sealed, sides of nails not completely covered and now they are peeling! Was not pleased with service while there. We received a message as our visit was ending, we had to leave as soon as nails were done. Wife was not able to evaluate nails until later that evening. We live out of town, overall disappointed in the quality of service. We will not be back. I have pictures of her nails, the peeling began Tuesday!

I called almost at closing but you couldnt tell from how open and willing to get me in as Lynn was. Lynn did a great job. She was very fast but made every move count. I decided to go bold with color for once. And it was affordable. Cant thank Lynn enough!

This was probably the worst experience i ever had a nail shop . I literally came in to get my eyebrows done and the lady was very unprofessional. She was in such a rush yanking my head and being so rough with my eyebrows . When she finished she just walked out and turned the light off . She didn’t even give me a Mirror and let me see my eyebrows before she left. My eyebrows looked horrible and will never be returning this nail shop nor will i recommend anyone to go there.

Came in yesterday to get my nails done and the man who did my toes did a phenomenal job, however my problem is with the lady who did my hands, she was being overly rough with me and made me bleed at least twice during my visit due to her not paying attention to what she was doing.

It took 3 hours for my boyfriend and I to get a pedicure. They seated us immediately so I never imagined we would be sitting in the chair for an hour and a half before anyone touched our feet. They started with him even though I was the only one getting polish so he was done 30 minutes before me. If there is going to be a wait, just be up front and honest and give your customer the option of waitingor comingback. . Dont trap them there by putting them in a foot bath leaving them for over an hour. By the time they started the pedicure, the water was cold and the jets had shut off an hour before that. Horrible experience!

The last several times I have gone I have been nicked and it really hurt. I enjoy going there because it has a replacing atmosphere but the quality of service needs to improve and pay attention to detail of the nailbed.

Absolutely horrible. All the worker gathered around me during a pandemic and talked for a good 15 minutes ignoring me and my nails. My nails look and feel horrible and burned.

The lady who did my nails (pretty sure it was the boss lady) rushed into my nails and was gossiping and not paying attention to my nails almost the whole time!! their uneven, all different lengths, and not what i wanted them to look like at all!! i came home to show my mom and she even said wow you can tell she rushed. and she did. if i’m paying full price for a full set i expect them to be perfect. i could have done these better myself. the lady that did my nails was fine. no complaints on her. but maybe y’all need to put the boss lady back through training. never returning.

Had to get a manicure for my sons graduation, it was kinda last minute and I waited an hour in a half at another place. As soon as i walked in here with in moments i was seated and out in about an hour. It was my first time at Allure, I will now go here from now own. A big thank you to Julie shes amazing and very professional. Thank yall again. My manicure is amazing and Ive gotten so many compliments!

Sorry to say I will not be going back. They did not provide me with what i asked for. I treated my self and my daughters to a day there . My oldest was suppose to get a basic pedicure and tips. They charge me for the deluxe on both. I ask for a manicure for my young daughters and all they did was cut their nails and polished them.

It is so hard to find a good nail spa, and thats why I was so absolutely delighted here. The pedicure was REALLY good, and the tech was very perceptive of sensitive areas of the feet and such. They were very kind, and the spa itself is beautiful.Definitely the best nail spa Ive been to in a few years!

We came in as walk ins traveling from out of town. Not really sure why this place only has 3.6 stars because the service was awesome. Henry did an amazing job and my bfs lady was awesome and very friendly. We both got in and out in 45 minutes. If were ever in town trying to kill time again, we will definitely be back!!

I got a pedicure and the tech was digging so deep into the cuticles that she made three of my toes bleed. I told her she was hurting me. I saw one toe bleed down my foot. When I was trying to get a look at it she was pushing my foot into the water hoping I wouldn’t see. When I checked out I told the manager what had happened. She called the tech to the front to talk to her. She completely denied it but the mgr. looked at my toes and could see that they had been cut. I’ve been there 3 other times and not had a problem. Haven’t decided if I’ll go back or not.

Horrible experience. Got a technician who was obviously very inexperienced. I had to ask him to do a better job. Had poor communication skills. Did not trim nails, cut cuticles or work on my callus. The paint job is thick and gummy, and this was AFTER a coworker attempted to help him fix it. They got polish on the top of.my foot and my new sandals and did not try to clean it. The owners two solutions were to wait for someone to start all over again or give me $10 on a . They were already understaffed and underwhelming and theres no way there will be a next time. Worst pedi Ive ever had. Waste of time and $35.

I went to Allure Nail Spa on February 29th. I got there at around 5:45. I went with my mom as a birthday present for her. We were asked what we wanted then sat for about five minutes at the front before we were sat at our stations. I wanted a simple set of acrylic nails, no special things added, no ombré or other effects. Just nails. My mom got a pedicure. We sat in our seats across the room from each other for about 30 minutes before someone came to me. The place is nice and clean and very busy. I wasn’t in a rush and I understood that it being a Saturday there were a lot of people there. No big deal having to wait a little while. It was 45 minutes before someone came to my mom which was kinda disappointing that it took so long but the lady did a great job on her and she got exactly what she wanted so that’s great. I on the other hand didn’t get so lucky. The man who did my nails didn’t do a very good job. He was very shaky, which isn’t good for a nail artist. It looked like a hack job, he didn’t apply the acrylic correctly so it kept getting all sticky and he would have to wipe it off and start the nail over. He took 20 minutes to just apply the colored acrylic on my nails which is unusual. I’ve gotten my nails done many times in the past and the whole thing takes about 30 minutes drying and all. He then leaves me there to “dry” for an extra 20 minutes so he can then walk around and get two ladies started on their pedicures. No big deal right? He’s just starting their water and stuff. Then he goes to the station behind me to start a new clients nails! I’ve been dry for a long time at this point and I’m just sitting here waiting for someone to come back. Then the boss lady come up to me. She starts hastily filing at my nails. She doesn’t check to see that all of them are different lengths or try to fix how thick some of them are. She shapes them and moves on to the next one. Then her original client (who was seated way after I was) says that she doesn’t like the hasty job boss lady did on her nails and asks for them to get redone. She immediately stops doing mine and goes back to her. I sit there for another couple of minutes angry at this point that it’s now 7:15 and I’m still not close to finished. My original artist is now doing someone else’s nails and boss lady goes back to her original client. So I get up and tell my mom (who has been done for 20 minutes) that I’m ready to go. I tell the lady to ring me up and that I was ready to leave. She then turns to the shaky hands man and tells him to finish my nails before I leave. I say no, I just want to leave. Then she stands up from her client and tells me she will do them if I sit back down. I tell her no again. She then pulls me harshly with her hand to get me to sit down. I tell her to not put her hands on me and that I would like to leave. She says okay fine and walks to the front. She then tells me that all together will be $50. I asked her “for what?” She told me $30 for the pedicure and $20 for the poorly done unfinished nails. I say no way and she starts to argue with me saying it hasn’t been that long and nails take a long time to do. An hour and a half of sitting in that chair is enough to do three peoples nails. I paid for my mom and left the angry woman who was yelling at her coworkers in another language. I could not imagine going back there. Very poor customer service by the manager. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Please save yourself a couple hours and go to a different nail salon.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got a dip and when the lady was filing down my nails, she got my skin 6 times and made me bleed 3 of those times. Then the actual dip turned out horrible. They are uneven when it’s suppose to be smooth over the tops. She also didn’t go down to my cuticle with the dip. I was with family. There were about 7 of us that got our nails done and not one of us was happy about our nails. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

My mom and I went together. I waited over 20 minutes into her pedicure for mine to begin, and I was DONE about 5 minutes after her. Huh? The tech didnt even ask which pedicure I wanted, so I did not get the hot stone massage I had been waiting for. He was in too big of a hurry to get to someone else, regardless of how long I had waited. Probably wont be back.

The people here were very friendly. I was offered drinks as soon as I sat down for my pedicure, and the man that did my nails made me feel very comfortable with talk of sports. I usually dont feel comfortable with anyone doing my pedi, so it was very nice. The only problem that I had was that I felt rushed to get out of there. I understand that they were busy, but as soon as I stood up, it was like they were pushing me out the door so there was room for the next person. Otherwise, it was great.

Very bad customer service! After I walked in and told them what I wanted and picked out my color, they sat me down and I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes before someone finally sat down to help me. The man glued on my nails and asked me what shape I wanted then got up and left again, I ended up waiting another 10 before a lady came and sat down and started cutting and shaping my nails. The lady that was doing my nails was very rough and very rude. While she was filing my nails she was also filing my skin, she almost went through my real nail with the drill and didn’t even apologize after I told her that it hurt and she was being roughy. I didn’t even get the shape I wanted, definitely would not recommend!

Extremely rushed, understandably with the amount of customers. But lack of care for customer, allowing no judgment . And was told “I know what I’m doing”. Receiving uneven length, splotches and extreme passive aggressiveness. My friends nails were dipped incorrectly, and was ignored when she confronted her. Receiving glue all under her nails. And us leaving feeling pointless. Used to love this place, and was a frequent visitor. What happened??

I went in to just get an acrylic set and for some reason they painted my nails with gel polish even though I didnt ask for it. Then the technician didnt try to be friendly and speak to me, but kept asking if I wanted a pedicure or get my eyebrows done basically trying to get me to spend more. After everything was done she charged me $15 more than other places I go to WITHOUT telling me till after shes swiped my card, but thats probably my fault for not asking. After I got home and really inspected my nails I had to file them for a good 45 minutes and ended up painting over them myself because she did a bad just just doing a V shaped French tip. The only plus was she was quick.

I came in for a simple nail removal, and my nails look significantly worse than when I walked in. My nail tech didn’t even bother to try to make my natural nails look even, she clipped them entirely too short, and didn’t even get all of the polish off from my previous nails off. Not only that buts she was working on me and another client at the same time.Her station is unclean and not very sanitary from the looks of it.And to top it off she asked if i wanted a eyebrow wax very loudly so her coworkers and everyone in the spa could hear. Only for her and her coworker to start laughing and giggling and talking to each other in a foreign language so i couldn’t understand what they were saying. Which in my opinion was very rude and unprofessional.My experience wasn’t very pleasant and the only reason why I went is because my usual nail spa was closed and this was the only one open. Definitely will NOT come back, and will never get my recommendation.

Paid $100 for my toes and nails to be done. The SECOND day my dip chipped on more than 6 fingers. I called and they told me they would fix it for free. Called a few days later to book an appointment so i wouldn’t have to wait and the owner told me that i would have to pay for a full set.GO ACROSS THE STREET.

Three of us went in for a mani pedi, and all three of us came out very happy! Two of us got dip and both came out beautifully, the third girl was younger and the man who helped her was so sweet and very gentle with her. Will most definitely be coming back!

I went to the nail Solon and the did a terrible job! My nails are crooked and the polish i got was hot pink but you can see my nail through the polish. I felt like the lady there didn’t know what she was doing. The acrylic powder they use is still under my nails and she didn’t even try to get it out. I won’t be to this nail Solon in Tyler again!

If I could leave negative stars I would. The worst nail job for both myself and my daughter ever. Save your money and NEVER EVER use this place. They dont take thier time with you. They work on two people at the same time. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened but I definitely wont be back. My deluxe pedicure and manicure were both awful. Nails arent shaped, they look dirty, and he barely even tried to remove any dead skin from nails, toes and heels. No effort to try and do a good job. Very dissatisfied.

The salon is clean, smells nice and the owners are there and present. Today, one of my shellac finishes came off on my right thumb (my fault) at the very corner. I walked on and they greeted me and immediately took me back

Was going on vacation to florida with family came from KS my sister recently got her nails done here. So decided to stop by. I loved the fact that I wanted pedi and manicure so one guy did my hands the other guy my feet, I felt their english was very good we talked about my trip ect. I wish I knew the guys name but Im terrible with names. Then I asked the guy about eye brows mustache waxing then mentioned I normally shave my face lol he convinced me to never shave again and to go ahead and get my face waxed and gave me a good deal. Not that my face is hairy but I have blond peach fuss everyone does anyhow his sister did my eye brows and face. She was great. I tipped everyone that gave me service. As Im writing this I an to go back to the nail salon today as its been 9 days and just got back from Florida. Thank you.

I came in spend $ 110 just on myself and left a great tip. I had Bad customer service. And they did a really bad job with my nails, and I went back to get them fix today with them and still had bad service and not so bad nail job. I am never coming back again..

I had to wait 10 minutes @ least before anything. Also in end my nails were so thin out and was not a good job. I complain and was told to get a new set. I never needed a new set, I said can you please file them down to make then thicker, said it would be 3 extra dollars. I will not be going again.

Awful experience for girlfriend and I both. This place used to be good, then ok, but now is terrible over the last year. We both left with rough feet, and some of her toes were only half painted.

This place is very rude and unprofessional. The man who did my pedicure was extremely rude and acted very annoyed when I asked him to file my toenail the way I wanted and he kept removing the nail polish off of my whole toe just to file it. After he did that twice he said you better be sure you like how it looks because Im not taking the polish off it again. I was so shocked that a worker, who is supposed to be polite, no matter what, said something so unmannerly to a customer.. I am really displeased with how my pedicure turned out and the customer service. I asked someone, who I thought was the manger, if he could fix my toenail and explained I did not want the man who did my pedicure to fix it...and he turns around and tells the man who did my pedicure to fix it after I specifically stated I did not want him to touch my foot again.. I left and stated I would just fix it myself at home. Something so simple turned into a huge ordeal.

I will not ever go back to this place my charge was $40 plus I gave a $6 in cash for tip a few days later I looked into my account and it was charged $48 I had put $0 on tips cause I gave cash. I did get my $8 back I had my receipt and showed my debit account. It was just frustrating that they charged that. If I had not looked at my account they would have gotten away with it. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS.

Horrible experience, she was in such a hurry to get as many people in as possible that she did mine in 20 min. Had to have her fix them three times, they had all the drill marks on them and spots and holes they turned yellow in a couple of days and lifted in the back. Had to go have them redone elsewhere within a week . I will never go back.

They sat me in 3 different seats and I sat there soaking my nails forever. They didnt even clean my nails or hands since I had the old nail polish on, because I cleaned my own nails. FINALLY when she came to me they didnt have the color I asked for so I said fine that I would just pay for my sisters pedi. She insisted she could do a similar color but with a different technic. TELL ME WHY I AGREED AND SHE DID THE WORST JOB EVER! Theres fuzz all over my nails and they are crooked and rough. NEver going there again she worked super rushed and didnt give me the service I should have received.

The lady was very hard on my nails and cut my finger twice she was too busy talking to others to do a good job on my nails. They are uneven and not shaped the way I wanted

Extremely rude service as soon as I walked in . Nail tech was rushing on my nails & even cut one of my fingers .

This place doesnt even deserve a single star. But of course with google you have to give them at least one. My issues with this place:1. I had a spa pedicure and dip nails done. It cost $105. Are you kidding me? My normal place is closed on sundays and I pay $50 for both. This place is ridiculous2. During my pedi they did my nails and the man and woman argued and bickered the whole time. The man doing my feet was getting so mad he kept running harder and harder to the point it hurt. I had to tell him multiple times to stop.3. When the dip tech was done, most of my nails were stuck to my skin. I had crusted up powder stuck every where. She wouldnt clean it off4. Its day 4 and one nail is already off, and the top coat on the rest is off so my nails look horrible.

I have never been for a pedicure where they did not scrub your feet until last week. This was the most HORRIBLE pedicure Ive ever had. My person didnt speak any English so communication was ZERO. When I complained the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. I will NEVER go back here.
