Absolutely loved the experience! They were super friendly and take their time. Leon was amazing!! Will definitely be going back soon. I like fun nails and this is the only place I’ve found that can do what I want!

I always get a gel French tip on my toes and sometimes it takes forever because they keep correcting it, but the tech here did a great job and didnt take the whole day to do it! I decided to get a manicure with gel this time and if everyone did it as quickly and precisely as they did I would have been getting them all along. My new go-to place for sure!

I didnt get what I asked for they suggested what they wanted me to have I was there for 2 1/2 hrs! I will never go back, extremely slow on pedicures and nails

There are way better places which are also more affordable. The people were nice I enjoyed my experience I was only cut 3 times and bleed. I personally would not come back because I got a basic one color short nails and paid $60

This was my first time in Tyler. I needed my eye lashes fixed. The young lady told me I had to get a new pair. So, I did. The minute she put them on; my eyes begin to burn and run. She told me that it will stop soon. All day Saturday they were runny and burning and red. Sunday morning I awaken to my left eye swollen shut. I checked out my hotel and headed to the salon. The young lady was there. She just looked at me and said I will give you your money back. She gave me my money back and simply walked off. NO apologies or anything. Come Monday morning; I had no choice but to go to the doctor. I was told that both eyes were infected. I was prescribed eye drops. Although I have insurance; it did NOT cover the drops. Which were over $100. I called the salon and spoke to someone who said he was the owner/manager. He spoke very good English. I understood him very well; And he understood me as well. After explaining to him the situation; His words to me were “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?!”I asked would he consider paying for my eye drops?! I used my insurance. Paid my co-pay; that is the least you can do. I wear lashes often and have been for years. NEVER had this happen to me. He told me, “WELL, WE GAVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!” Then proceeded to hang up in my face. I was NOT rude to them. I wasnt disrespectful or any of that. The lack of care is what did it for me. If I can post my pictures; I most definitely will. My first and last time in Tyler and definitely NEVER going to this place again!!!

An amazing place I got my nails done a day ago got attended as soon as I walked in nails did not take more than 1and a half and the bling, lord amazing does not pull the hair also does not scratch easily and most importantly they do NOT fall off it was worth the price!! @Hazel did them quickly and very gorgeous!!😍🤩

First time in today and they took me even though they were close to closing time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I brought in a picture and Mimi did my nails and they came out identical to the photo. She was super sweet and gentle. Very accommodating, will definitely be back!

Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. I rarely leave reviews, so the fact that I took the time to type this out speaks volumes! It literally looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. I tried TWICE to get them to fix them at the time of service with no luck. After 2 hours of sitting there, I got frustrated and left and went straight down the road to Oasis to get them fixed.

Loved everything about being here. They did exactly what i wanted and helped with any questions. I will definitely tell everyone i know to come here and i will for sure be back!

They looked good in the process but once I left my left hands nails were way shorter than my right hands nails and it’s a noticeable difference and on top of that the nail tech I had maybe said two words to me the entire time I was there I’m very unpleased with the way they came out and the staff

I got acrylics. I had an appointment with Ivan, they gave me another guy. He had a wart on his hand. He was aggressive, and rude. Not sanitary at all. I am very disappointed was not worth the $50. Very unprofessional. :(( Save your money
