This place is not professional at all. I requested someone to do my nails, but I came late so she was busy so that’s my fault. So another person was going to do for me, but I did asked how long would I take if I want to wait for the original girl, and the lady told me I could wait if I want so I say that’s fine, someone else can do my nails, but the Nail lady refused to do my nails even though the owner had asked her to do it. That lady has no work ethics and so unprofessional.In addition, the one who end up did my nails done a horrible job, I got shellac mani and it’s the worse polish change that I have gotten in my life. Gels were uneven, sloppy job done. I seriously had to file the nails edges down MYSELF after she finished, just because there was nail polish on the edges and it made my skins stick to the nails.I don’t come here often because I always get mine done at a shop in Dallas, but when I go here, I always got the owner to do nails for me and she’s wonderful. The owner does nails very good, so if anyone wants to get nails done, go for the owner. But I don’t think I’ll come back after this experience, horrible employee attitude and sloppy job done.

John is great. He gives me what I ask for, and tells me if something isnt going to work or look good! I loved my 4th of July nails!

This is the last time I go to this place, is the first time I get eyebrow wax with them and the very last! They did a great job with pedicure but the same lady who did my pedicure did my eyebrows and she waxed half of one, I specifically said just a clean up around and when she got done she didn’t want to show me a mirror she actually tried painting the other half, this is just not professional and not good service, not to mention I got a $5 discount for her waxing half of my eyebrow. I have not ever reviewed a place bad but by far this tops it I don’t recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately, I wanted to love my lashes I got from here but she said they would last 2 weeks and its not even been a week.. They are falling out. My friend and I went here last Wed and when we left our eyes burned for the entire rest of the day and the next. It was an awful experience. $35 for eyes that feel you got sprayed with lemon juice and salt is not ideal. I dont know what products they use for the lashes to stick but I dont think its supposed to be used... Just saying.Update.. They all fell out today so 2 days prior to a week. ABSOLUTE 👏🏻 WASTE 👏🏻OF 👏🏻 MONEY.

Satisfied with my nails and feet and the eyelashes look nice but the Mary was rushing me out and rushed through an eyebrow wax while my eyes burning and couldnt see. I was highly upset with the way she handled me and would not stop and take a minute to check when Im telling her something is in my eye. Would not recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere you cant get quality customer service

When my other nail place was closed on Memorial Day they were open and did a fantastic job! My tech made a small.mess up, but she immediately fixed it and they look like nothing happened. Great place to go.

When I walked in I was told to pick a color and wait a minute, well a minute turned into 30 minutes, I would like to point out that I got there around 2:30 and I didnt leave till 3:55, I didnt minf waiting but, 2 employees after, finishing with there customers simply walked around talking, coming in and out of the back like I wasnt even sitting there. I was getting ready to walk out when one of the other nail techs finished with his customer and had to ask the women about me, if he wouldnt have offered to do my nails I probably would have set there another 30 minutes, however Ken who did my nails was very nice and did a great job!

I’ve been to this place two times now. The first time I unfortunately had to bring my son (almost one) last minute, but the man who did my toes was very understanding and super sweet.The paint job was a tiny bit messy but his kindness more than made up for it. His wife did my nails, and the same thing could be said for her job (a little messy) but considering I had a baby it was good! The second time I came without my son and I was taken care of by a different woman and she was a little rough, but the end result is the best I’ve seen out of anywhere I’ve gotten my nails done in Tyler. Will be coming back

She did a completely different service from what I wanted . I made it clear from the beginning. Some short man slammed a door in my face like I wasn’t even standing right there and the lady that did my service kept commenting on my weight and my height insinuating how big I was . No actually stating how big and tall I was . The place is complete trash as far as costumer service and I’ll be damned before I spend any other dime there

Me and my mom have a great experience everytime we come here. When we got our pedicures the guy was very friendly and talkative and could answer any of our questions. Also, when the water/wax/ hot towel was too hot he waited until it cooled down for me before using it, and was just very aware of my needs the whole time. Great place 5/5.

I’ve been going here in and off for several years. Last week I went in for my normal plain Jane pedi&mani. At checkout Mary charged me $90.00, it use to be $70.00. When I asked about the increase I was told there was a extra charge of 5.00 for removal of old polish. I’ve never heard of any salon charging extra for this. Needless to say no tip! I realize a lot of salons had a increase because of COVID but after checking several salons pricing the charges at Super Nails is not consistent.

I came in a week ago to get tips put on with gel. I left with one hand incredibly thin and the other correct so, I went back up there the next day to get them fixed so they wouldn’t break. Here I am, a week later, and my gel is already coming off my nails and they are lifting and snagging my clothes.

My initial visit to this shop started off rocky. After waiting for 30 minutes for someone to start my pedicure the woman stared at my feet for a good 30 seconds without saying a word then proceeded to to start my pedicure without once asking what kind of service I wanted. After further bad communication, I told her to stop because I wanted to leave. The owner asked if I would please come back the next day and she would take care of me. Seeing as they were about to close I reluctantly said yes. The next day I came in and had the best service Ive had at a salon in a very long time. Ken did an excellent job on my pedicure and my nails. I can tell he is a perfectionist because he constantly checks his work. He was also very sweet and attentive constantly asking if I was happy with the job he was doing. I will definitely be back!

Second time in my life getting fake nails so I had no clue what to ask for. I just showed them a picture and they turned out perfect! I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment and they were able to take me right away. They offered me a drink, I believe they have wine, margaritas, and soda. I was asked several times during the process if I liked how my nails were turning out and of course I did! the nail tech was so gentle that I was honestly having a hard time staying awake, lol. Definitely recommend this place! Everyone was so nice! 😊

Having tried multiple nail salons in Tyler..I have found my go to! I have requested a French manicure, but with pink tips. I have been told repeatedly no, until today. Not only did John do them, but he did an awesome job. My nails look amazing.

I love this salon and the owners! They are very customer service oriented and know their customers by name. They are genuinely kind and greet everyone.They also listen to what you want but they are honest in their advice about what will be the best for you. They worked with me until we found the best option for my nails since i have a particular allergy to certain products. I will come to Super Nails & Spa forever!And they made sure I entered my name in their regular drawings..I actually won a designer handbag! They were as excited as I was that I won!

We did a walk in and was seen immediately. The staff is very friendly and did a very good job. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Had good laughs and will definitely come back here again.

This was my first time visiting this nail spa and I absolutely love the ambiance. I believe the young lady that did my pedicure manicure name was Lisa and she was very friendly and very personable. There wasnt much of a wait and they apologize for the short weight that I did have. The only issue that I think I have with this Nail Spa is the prices seem to be a bit expensive. However, I would prefer to pay those prices for the great atmosphere!

Im from Houston, TX and this is my first time trying this place out. Im in love with this place because theyre so sanitary, clean, and lovely staff. Tam is super awesome and if you come here; I recommend getting the Super Deluxe pedicure and ask for Tam. She is wonderful, so kind and fun to talk to. Highly recommended.

The first time there I had my nails done by Alex and he done an amazing job!! Two weeks later went for a fill on Thursday and first thing Friday hit the button on my alarm and broke a nail. By end of the day just about every nail was snagging on everything. I drive over an hour to get there and sadly my second visit the guy who I got was more worried about talking to all the other employees and ordering his morning drink. Not pleased at all because now I have to be out more money to get new nails that look good for my trip this weekend.

They do not seem to understand English well enough to know what I was asking for. Literally just clear polish was a struggle. My daughter ended up with the wrong polish color. My pedicure ended up with an open wound that is starting to look infected after not even 24 hours. I called in advance and made an appointment, but 30 minutes after we had to stop them from letting others go ahead of us and say appointment! Then I ended up not having a seat for quite some time, again with them trying to get others who came after us before my mother spoke up to get me a chair. The women seemed nice enough, but the services were not worth what I paid. Im left in pain while walking and unsatisfied. Edit: I called and was told to come at 4 for four pedicures, two manicures. I considered that an appointment as it was agreed upon. My pedicure ended up getting infected from too much nail being removed and Ive been in pain the last week from this. How do you plan on correcting this?

Came for the first time on Sunday with my mom and it was so nice and relaxing. We did not feel rushed at all and were very accommodating. Jon took his time and was very friendly! I wouldn’t go here, I had a friend who went there recently and she had a very unpleasant experience. The guy who did her nails hit on her, said some things that made her extremely uncomfortable to the point of wanting to run out of there, she was that scared. She’s a minor, this isn’t okay. All I know is that it was some older Asian guy, I don’t know names. Just be careful.

They didnt listen to anything we asked for. My friend picked her color and pattern, they used a completely different color and gave her a completely different pattern and all of her nails are crooked. I wanted a pattern on both my fingers and toes and only got a pattern on my toes, which again was completely different from what I wanted. We will not be going there again.

The quality is great.. but they dont honor appt times.. my daughter had a 3pm we got there at 2:40.. and by 3:15 were sold 20-30 more min.. we had reservations elsewhere for lunch so had to leave.

Im on my feet 12 hours a day. Six days a week, with the medical condition that causes in sever pain in my legs and feet. As soon as I told her about my condition she was extra gentle and did her best to make sure I was OK. This will now be a once a month trip for me. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Ten stars.

The worst experience of my life!!!! Well apparently it was the guys first day he ripped my finger nail off taking my nails off stopped to eat lunch. I waited 25 minutes for someone to finish, I switched from a normal arcyrlic paint to French tip thinking it would be faster. I asked for a white French tip with a pink powder. The whole nail was pink so an extra 25 minutes to get it right. 2 hours in a chair (not waiting) in a chair for a basic French tip. I wanted the works pedicure, eyebrows, and nails. My patience and finger was shot. To top it off my hey tried to charge me $35. I talked them down to $25, which was too high for the experience. Only people who were happy with this place or regulars not people only people who been to the best nail shops in the State! Dont get the white guy if you want to keep all of your nails.

Worst place to get your nails done.Been here 3 times now and it never gets any better! Always under staffed and not once am I ever offered a drink.Also the guy that did my nails last time was in a HUGE rush and was RUDE and did a HORRIBLE job. I went here because of high rating, but was extremely disappointed. What I got was not what I asked for, even after I had to compromise what I wanted multiple times. When I complained it seemed that all the staff thought it was a joke. Thankfully he gave me ten dollars off and that’s the only reason they got 2 stars rather than 1.

The pricing and the service were great, and the women seemed very nice, but the man that works there kept making sexual comments even when I expressed that he was being VERY offensive. If it werent for him it would be great.

Was there yesterday 4/17/19. Went in right after work around 4:45, left after 7 PM. Not happy, will not return. the gentleman cut ALL my REAL nails off and I did not ask him too. Told him you cut my nails and I only asked you to cut them down half way. He said its better to start over, and I can put a tip on them, its better. I am a Cosmetology teacher, I know how to do this stuff, and I have had it done plenty of times so I know you can use my nails.When I first went sat down I told him I needed to take the old nails off and do a new set. He said it takes too long to do that and he could do what I wanted without taking them off. I was told it would be one price, then he began to file and says its best to take them all off and start over then the price increased. Thats when he began cutting ALL my REAL nails off. He filed so hard, I have been in pain every since I left. Asked for an ombre, in the coffin shape of course the price increased if I asked for that, then he said I didnt tell him that which in fact I did...not sure what I got. The color is not pretty, he said it would look better with this color, and it doesnt. He kept saying they look good right? I never said a word. I had to file again when I got home because the shaped is not pretty at all, on top of all the filing he did which was very painful. Will have to go somewhere else and pay to get a REAL OMBRE...I had been there so long. I just paid and left. WILL NOT RETURN!UPDATE!April 19, 2019, today the owner corrected the wrong that was done to my nails. I would like to thank him, my nails look so much better, He gave me exactly what I asked for and did not get the first time. It is good when a business is willing to correct their mistakes, thats what makes a great business, customer service is everything...I WILL BE RETURNING!

I just went today and HATE my nails and toenails. Theres nail polish on my fingers and toes, my toenails are crooked (she didnt file them), my finger bled because she pulled too much of cuticle off. I shouldnt have even paid. I will be finding a new place asap! I sat in the 2nd chair to the end. Im not sure what her name was.

First time going there, and it was so bad I am going across the street right now to get them fixed! The lady took all my dip off with just a drill, didn’t soak them, didn’t nothing! I was literally bleeding she had dug holes in my nail from the drill and the dip she put on was horrible. All my skin is stuck to my nail underneath and every nail is lumpy and uneven she did all of that in 20 minuets. Felt so rushed.. won’t be back
