My mom & I came upon this place after multiple shops around town closed early. This place went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Not to mention the outstanding customer service. They payed so much attention to their work, and the place is very clean. You can tell they definitely love what they do as they made sure we were fully satisfied during our visit. Will be back soon. 💅

I have been looking for a nail shop that does quality detailed work and I finally found it! I went in Kim did an amazing job I looked at the work by the other ladies as well and all the nails looked amazing! I would recommend this shop to everyone! I’m from originally Las Vegas, I move around often for my career and finding a great salon is quite a headache! I’m currently in Tyler for the next 6 months and after already visiting 3 other salons in the last 2 months this one is hands down the BEST! Alex(a woman) did my dip nail set today, she was super nice and professional, asked me how I like my nails and was sure to seek my satisfaction during the process. My nails are perfect, they’re all the same size, no glue or polish mess like my other experiences at other salons! Highly recommend this salon, as the other employees were also very welcoming and my friend who was with me was very pleased with her nails as well. $50 is hard earned money, so make sure you are investing it to look good at the right place! 5 STARS⭐️

First time going here, and I was impressed. Great on getting on all your nails to look symmettrical and the lady worked with my cracked and broken acrylic nails! Also, there is a vast assortment of colors/dips!

I went here on Friday it was good service, however the quality of nail application is poor my first nail broke two days after i got it done, the second nail on my other hand broke a day after and my fifth day of having my nails done another one broke. i am upset bc i dont do heavy lifting but the quality of the application did not hold up.

I have been going there for several years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Great people, good value and and they do amazing work.

I came to the salon for a long overdue pedicure for my birthday! KC was amazing! Very courteous and great customer service! The salon was quiet and peaceful! The greatest hits of the 90s was on the speakers and I was enjoying singing along to some of the songs. I am looking forward to my next pedicure already! A+++

Gorgeous work and Im a perfectionist. Since Im a transplant, I knew I had to find a place to go. I agonized for two months before tentatively choosing, taking the deep breath and making an appointment. It was peaceful and quiet. There was 80s music. First time for me - I got a nail dip done. (Im used to acrylic) Oh by the gods but she does beautiful work! Best nails Ive EVER had. Theyre straight (my fingers arent,) well shaped (I didnt have to go back and fix anything), and she didnt file through my skin once (I have super thin skin!) Very gentle and very good at what she does, I definitely suggest you go here!

I wish I also could have a glowing review to give like so many of the other reviewers. Ive visited this nail salon for a manicure and a pedicure on two separate occasions. When I got a regular manicure, it ended up chipping just a couple days after that. Also, there were areas on my nail that had to be corrected because some nails werent fully covered with polish. Thats the type of thing I expect a nail tech to notice, and not something that I should have to point out. Then, when I visited for a pedicure, the lady who did my feet was nice enough, but the work was something that I couldve done. There was nail polish that bled over onto the cuticle area of my skin so it looks like she put too much paint on my nails. The price for a classic pedicure is $30 and the price for a classic manicure is $15.I was really hoping that I too was going to find my go-to nail salon. Instead, its going on my no-go list.

They are AMAZING! Good music and relaxing atmosphere on top of awesome nail work. Will be returning here! I felt I definitely got my moneys worth and great service!

I just moved to Tyler from Atlanta and have been so nervous to let a salon do my toes because I’m very particular BUT I went with a friend to QT Nails and May did my nails. She was kind, gentle, AND DID AN AMAZING JOB on my toes. They look better than what my nail tech in Atlanta would do!! I HIGHLY recommend her and I will be going back!! Also they play 80’s music 😁☺️👌🏼

Definitely worth the wait! Went here while visiting Tyler for the weekend and love my mani/pedi. Ms. Kim was pleasant, friendly, and professional!! She was also super patient and when I didnt like the color I chose for my toenails, she took it off and allowed me to choose another color. Next time Im in town, I will stop here again!! I take my toddler to get her nails painted while I get acrylic nails done. The ladies are so sweet and patient with her! She adores everyone at QT Nails. Its always super clean too. Only place I visit now.
