Great hosts! Very willing to be helpful and make our experience good. We held our Senior Prom there and the staff that worked the night of the prom we exceptional.

The Villa @110 - N Tyler Texas was an awesome experience to have wedding performed at. This is a pure beautiful place to enjoy wedding. Very nice selection of place, serene atmosphere, wonderful landscapes, beautiful interiors, spacious venue halls and elaborate hallways - ideal for about 300 to 350 participants with various halls for different events / various groups distribution.

Beautiful place to host events. Was there for a work summit. If you book, you have to use all of their vendors, cannot bring outside food for your event

Our high school has had its prom at this venue twice and both times the staff made everything so easy. Our students have all had wonderful things to say. They were all impressed with the view, the decor, the food and the dj -- and it was all provided for us in the package. It really took the stress off of us where we could just show up and enjoy the evening.

This venue was so so gorgeous! It was the clear choice for my daughter’s wedding, and the venue owners were so helpful in making sure everything on the big day went smoothly!

Are y’all currently away from the office?I don’t want y’all to think I’m getting annoying, but I really want to get ahold of someone. I’d love to get a tour in or a response from someone over the venue. I’ve called various times, messaged on Facebook and Insta, and left a comment on a picture on Facebook just letting y’all know that I am trying to get ahold of someone. And got on the website received a “ticket number.” I’m just getting so overwhelmed, I love this venue and it’s frustrating not being contacted back. Phone says y’all are open Monday-Friday from A.M. to 5. Website might say another, but if y’all are away from office I understand but it’d be nice to know so I don’t feel annoying! I’m just getting overwhelmed I love this venue and want to know more about it! It has been on my top list to have my wedding here! :(

We hosted our sons graduation party here and it was amazing! The staff was great and the venue was perfect - especially since it was raining.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about The Villa & Angela & Noah! This is the most beautiful venue in East Texas. When COVID cancelled our daughter’s May wedding Angela stepped in & helped us still have a very intimate ceremony & then helped us get her big celebration rescheduled. She is so professional & honestly we couldn’t have done this without Angela, Noah & there great staff.

As a wedding vendor, I always am always excited to hear from my brides that they are having their wedding at The Villa. This venue is a wonderful place to hold your wedding. The drive up to the venue is beautiful and the backdrop when taking your vows is so pretty. My wedding cakes always are shown to their best advantage in the main hall where the lighting is perfect.

Amazing location with great staff service

My son had his Senior prom here. It was amazing, elegant and he had the best time with his friends. They had the event ready for the kids. It was just an amazing night! A night theyll never forget. Thanks to everyone who had anything to do with the prom for Kemp TX High School.

The Villa is a magical place! As the grooms parents we assumed we were just along for the ride but Rhonda and the staff treated our rehearsal, dinner and evening as its own unique event. They listen to our thoughts and made suggestions for a wonderful evening complete with entertainment and party following the rehearsal and dinner. We are from Oklahoma, parents of an only child, knew we would have over 100 people at the rehearsal, and wanted every detail to be perfect! We had to make many plans via email, text and phone calls. The Villa staff could not have been more attentive and considerate of our time and our needs. They understood our concerns and anticipated our questions. The venue is fabulous and our pictures are amazing. Our friends and family raved about the food and praised all the staff. The entire weekend was even more special than our son and daughter-in-law imagined. Thank you Villa for starting them off right and helping us make memories to last a lifetime!

Villa di Felicita is a STUNNING venue! From the outdoor ceremony site to the intimate indoor chapel to the starry night ceiling of their grand ballroom, it is a show stopper! The staff is always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and vendors. It is perfect for all events big and small from weddings and parties to fundraisers and corporate events, they can accommodate it all. If I could give it more stars, I totally would many, many times over!!!!

My husband and I were blessed to meet the Pennington family ten years ago when the Villa was just a concept, being constructed. We fell in love with them, their wonderful kindness and big plans for our special day and we couldnt have made a better decision! Villa Di Felicita is truly the total package and is a superb wedding venue for East Texas!

Gorgeous venue with plenty of rooms for weddings and events to hapoen. The back has a ceremony area, and the back porch is covered for if it rains. The main event room or reception is made to look like an outdoor area in a courtyard with building faces. The staff there are super cool, and they have lots of talented preferred vendors for any events you might be having!

Our wedding was absolutely everything I could have ever dreamed of at the Villa !! The amazing staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everything on your special day is absolutely magical and goes as flawless and smooth as possible.I absolutely LOVED working with Ronda on all the details, and her making exactly what i envisioned on that day happen. All of our guest LOVED everything about the venue. We couldnt have picked a more perfect place to start our lives together.

I photograph over 50 weddings a year in East Texas. I have to say this is the number one place in ALL of East Texas to have your wedding. I have many brides drive everyone from Dallas just to have their wedding at the Villa Di Felicita. Rhonda and the staff are 100% profesional and handle their job perfectly. Additionally, many brides who use other venues tell me later that they could have easily booked the Villa after they spent all the money on rentals for their other facility and wish they had chosen differently...

My wedding at Villa Di Felicita was more than I could have ever imagined! The wonderful staff there made every detail perfect and I cannot thank them enough for that. I could not have asked for a better venue to make my day so special!
