Just completed my second installation with TDI. First time was a mini-split unit for my shop. Now a new heat pump and air handler for the house. Harlen (sales) knows his business and offered several solutions. Installers were up to the challenge of a very tight attic. All were professional, timely, and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any job,
Tried to charge me for a part that was under warranty. Once they realized it was under warranty after they lied and said it wasn’t they tried to almost double the service charge. Said they charge a higher service charge for a if the part is under warranty. First they said the part wasn’t under warranty, but I found my receipt from that part( which was bought from them) and it was written by them that it had a 1 year warranty. Not to mention the part is like $50 online and they mark it up to about $250. Crooks! Ladies in the office are rude too. Stay away!work order is under MayfieldUPDATE: over two weeks and owner still hasn’t contacted me. What a joke!! CROOKS!
We used TDI..for our Church..great service at the start..Had a unit go out..called them and they installed a new Trane unit..less than 2 years..and the unit blew like a bomb..called them..the tech said he had never saw a unit blow a pressure line like that..no solution other than..$1200 more $..I think at least they could have explore the manufacturer..to see what caused the problem..no solution..no service
