Chris and his team installed the A/C and heating in our new build 4 years ago. We have had to hire someone to fix our A/c and heater EVERY year since it was installed. Thousands of dollars later and his work is still haunting us. We had several companies come to inspect and multiple servicemen have told us it was installed incorrectly and was leaking carbon monoxide into our attic. Only a matter of time before it would have leaked into our living spaces! We are now in the middle of summer for the 4th year in a row with no air because the unit has yet again gone out. 86 degrees in our house.. Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company. I dont care how nice a guy seems, if he cant install these units properly and safely, he should find a new business.**Edited to add: You can only blame the wall thermostat so many times before you should realize where the real issue is. But, this was of course the only possible problem to Chris. He changed out the wall thermostat 3 times before we just stopped calling him and went to the real professionals.

Chris and Blake were very professional. They replaced my 23 year old unit and thermostat with a new unit and a smart thermostat. Price and workmanship were great. I already told Chris I want him coming every year for an inspection.Highly recommend.
