Honestly, I liked the technician sent out, Daniel. I am absolutely not happy that I spent $150 for the finding and repairing a leak. My plastic is cut up now and insulation everywhere under the house (which I have to fix) on top of still having to find the leak myself. Nothing was done to actually fix the problem. The technician said to go any further with the search would be over $300.

My gas had to be shut off when my lawn service company hit my gas meter and disconnected it from my house. This happened late Thursday evening and Mark Crockett was able to get a technician to my home on Friday afternoon to complete the repair so gas service could be restored before the weekend. Technicians were professional and did a thorough job which minimized the time I was without gas service.

We discovered our AC out about 7:00 pm with it in the mid 90’s outside. We called, not knowing if we could possibly get anyone to come out into the country where we live. Cwoods came to my house and charged me $220.00 and uncogged my sink drain that took about 10 minutes . Did a great job. But now Im having the same exact issue with the same sink and will not come back out to unclog the drain unless I give them another $220.00 because its been over 30 days. I dont mind paying but I will not pay twice for the same service. They had initial told me it was under warranty and got me on the schedule but called me back and said it wouldnt be under warranty. Very upset with c woods and will not be calling them back. And if you value your money you wont either. There are tons of companies that would honor this warranty but c woods will not. Very disappointed I chose them.

We requested a service call on Mothers Day and very soon met a tech at our door following a professional and friendly alert of his soon arrival. We learned that our very old heat/AC system had died of natural causes and Bernard demonstrated exactly what the problem was. Monday morning his supervisor, Jody, followed the same protocol and spent patient time with us discussing options. Deal made, the very next day I met two more pros who had everything with them, Ray and Blake. It was a full days work to remove the old, which they took with them when they left, and install the new. So well done! Everything is laid out beautifully. Its so much more professional than the original install when we built the house. They cleaned the ducts too. My toilet was clogged and after 2 hrs of trying to unclog with no success I decided to call a plumber. I found this company on a google search and they were friendly. It was a friday at 4 pm & I was able to get scheduled for the next morning (today which is saturday) between 10 am & noon. Chad, our plumber came out on time, was very professional and within 5 minutes was able to locate the issue. He even cleaned the mess up in the bathroom. The price was very reasonable under $250 for a saturday service. I was very impressed because 5 other plumbers wanted more money to come out on a saturday. Will definately use again (if ever needed) and highly recommend.

Service response time incredible. However, i was over charged for replacing a pfister cartridge. I paid 260.00 which I already had the parts already removed from the shower, took him only 5-7mins to complete. Also didnt get a break down of the cost on my receipt.

Bernard is the best. He treats our heating and cooling system like he would his own. CWoods may not be the cheapest in the market, but theyre fair and stand by their work. 15 years and Im yet to have a bad experience. Strongly recommend.

Was told that my outdoor unit was leaking coolant and thats why my indoor coils were freezing up and my system wasnt cooling properly. They wouldnt even consider fixing the issues and said the only option was replacing everything because I have an old system that runs on r22. Were talking THOUSANDS of dollars. I got a second opinion/quote from a Simmons Heating & Air out of Lindale, as you always should when looking at such a big purchase. I had no leak, my coolant was perfectly charged. My outdoor unit was especially dirty and I had a bad capacitor. Thats it. I fixed my problem and signed up for a yearly maintenance program with the other guys because theyre honest and all of that cost me 1/10th what c. woods tried to swindle me for. Avoid this company for a/c at all cost.

Our water heater was leaking after the TX freeze. We wanted to install a Rinnai and thought this would be a good time to do it. They gave us three detailed quotes at different price points. We very thorough in explaining the differences. We felt extremely comfortable working this these folks to get the work done. Ottis and Chad were both polite, professional and efficient.

Marc arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window provided. He assessed the situation and listened carefully to the information I provided on work that had been done on the issue by another plumber who was unable to resolve the problem. He reviewed with me each option for resolving the issue, the cost of each and gave his professional opinion on which would be the best option to start with. To my surprise, his recommendation was not the most expensive option and I was so thankful he gave me the option that he thought would completely resolve the issue without unnecessary treatment/money. He was done in about 90 mins and left everything completely clean and tidy.

Never need to worry about my HVAC units working in the Summer or Winter, as I have a C Woods Tech . Come out each year to provide fully service on these units. An I receive the best service by the Techs. They inform me if there are areas which need repairs of replacement of certain devices. I believe in the the saying pay me now or pay me later, meaning its cheaper to get things fixed now than later costing lots more.

Replaced 2 shutoff water valves on laundry sinkThe old ones were leaking and had extensive corrision.Chad had to really work and use his experience to get them off. I sure was glad i called.

I called 11/10 for an estimate. They said someone would come out between 3 & 5. Around 3,Chris arrived and looked at the unit and gave me a price for installation of a new unit and haulingaway the old unit. I asked when he could do it and he said right now! I agreed to go for it. Hewas very polite and efficient and when he came indoors he wore floor protectors. It was overall apleasant experience. Th office staff was efficient and professional. One technician came on Wednesday and didn’t/couldn’t fix AC. So C. Woods sent Jody Perry on Friday. Terrible customer service, bad attitude. Refused to repair my AC leak, only interested in selling me on the ideal on replacing my entire unit $10K. Wasted my time! The whole experience was terrible and I will never call these scam artists for anything! The whole thing was to try to get me to buy new units. Warning: take pictures of copper lines before arrival, look for intentional bending to cause leaks and ensure they didn’t disconnect your breaker at the outside unit.

Josh Bryd was the best guy to work on our house! Our house is a different build with a big add-on with lots of attic space and crazy crawling around issues.
