Scam. Avoid at all cost. Their strategy is to rip off travelers. They put hidden charge in parts and shipping. 2-3 times retail price. Before pay, customer is god, after pay, they are god (yell at customer, threaten customer). Consistently delays, not replying message and phone call. Broken 2 hours after repair, and they are not responding any more. Dont trust whatever Tim tell you before pay, blatant lie. The reality is, a small shop like this only has the ability to fix very small things. They took every shortcut to get the vehicle drivable. So the quality is very poor, broken within days.There is one way this shop can be a choice: if you have an obvious broken part, you pay more here to get the schedule faster. Again, they target travelers.

I had purchased a 100.00 card that had free oil changes and other services at a discounted price. Took one of my cars in for an oil change and everything was OK. Took another vehicle in for the first time and had a horrible experience. They automatically decided to put full synthetic in without asking me. Then when I went to get my car, which they had canceled on my original appointment, I was surprised to have to pay when the coupon card was for free oil change. I get the price of conventional versus full synthetic. But you as a shop shouldnt make decisions and then expect a customer to pay. I mean its not what I asked for and thats not how you keep customers. Shady business tactics right there. But its true, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Just letting others aware of the situation and how they do business.

I cant believe it friday night headed to jackpot my dodge diesels water pump exploded stuck out in the middle of nowhere my tow truck service connected me to TJ super service I expected to have to stay overnight in twin falls he told me he could fix it that night 2 1/2 hours later on the road and the bill was so much less then expected BLESS YOU GUYS

Took my car in 2 weeks prior and they did not fix the issue. Tim told me that I was an 18 year old little Dhead. This issue was supposed to be fixed in February and they never test drove it because the issue went back to the way it was when I first took it in. Do not recommend to anyone. He does not know a thing about a car besides what Google tells him.

Really experienced mechanic. Did great work on my sons car and was even able to get me in on a Saturday for a oil change. Thanks tim will be back again.

We were traveling through the area when the electrical system on our Honda Pilot went on the fritz and our car completely stopped working 20 miles out of Twin Falls.The tow truck driver recommended TJ’s and we are so glad he did. Tim had Saturday night plans, but waited for us and ended up running out to get a new alternator and installed it on the spot, so we wouldn’t have to get a motel room and spend the night.Great guy, great mechanic! Super friendly, thoughtful and reliable. Saved our trip! We would definitely use this shop if we lived in the Twin Falls area. A trustworthy, reliable mechanic is like gold. Thanks, Tim!

I cannot say enough good about this business! We were heading from Oregon back to New Mexico hauling a travel trailer. Our truck started running bad, we pulled into a rest area and had to be towed in. We didn’t know where we should have our truck towed to. The tow truck driver said his brother had a shop, and he called him and Tim said he could look at it first thing in the morning. He called us in the morning and said it was an injector. We had him replace the whole band. After being replaced, truck still running bad, and it looked like we fried a piston which usually means replacing the motor. We then decided that we were not going to have it repaired, but we needed to find a truck to get us home. They found us a truck to trade for ours, then then changed the oil and went over that truck before we left in it. They even followed us to the lot to pick up the travel trailer to make sure everything was ok. There we found out there was a problem with the lights. They had us come back to their shop and they fixed it. We made it home safe and sound. They went above and beyond in their service! They are honest and extremely friendly!!! Tim and Micheal saved my truck along with my ski trip! TJs Super Service was suggested to me by multiple mechanics who were too busy to look at my grinding wheel bearing and just wanted to be done for the day. Within seconds of calling TJs they dropped me a pin right to their shop and had my wheel off instantly! Unfortunately, the one nut bolt I needed to be able to safely drive home was nowhere to be found in Twin Falls and I only had 24 hours to get my friend to the SLC airport. Instead of saying sorry we cant help you Micheal gave us a ride to the nearest hotel and both of them personally scavenged through 2 junk yards. When nothing was found they called with a new plan of towing us back the 3 hours to my hometown in Utah so we didnt miss our flight. Tim showed up at the hotel a couple hours after with my truck on his trailer and his wife in the passenger seat ready for the small road trip. We made it safely home and caught our flight all thanks to TJs Super Service!! I swear you can rarely find people that genuine let alone mechanics who will help total strangers the way they did!! Dont even waste your time googling other mechanics if you have a car problem in Twin Falls or anywhere near! Go to TJs, I promise they wont let you down!!Thanks again guys!!!

Super fast and excellent work. Definitely recommend going here for any mechanical service needed especially when they take care of you and dont let anyone down. If I need anymore work done, this is the place Im going no doubt about it.

TJ IS THE MAN!Driving back from Stanley to Salt Lake my fuel pump decided to fail. My friends and I were stuck on the side of the road bummed and stressed out until the tow truck came. Driver recommended going to TJ’s and I can’t lie I was a little hesitant at first because he didn’t have very many reviews, but they were all super positive so I went with it. Couldn’t have made a better decision! As soon as my friends and I hoped out and greeted him, he sympathized with us and told me he was gonna do everything he could to get the work done and get us back on the road. He worked after hours and got the fix done super quick. Truck is running better than ever! If I didn’t live in Utah, I’d come to him for all my mechanic work.
