We had the best experience. We were traveling through when we experienced car issues. Looked them up on Google and got to the shop before they opened. Mike came out and looked at our rig, knew what needed to be done, and got Brian on the repair. We were diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road within 2 hours. DEFINITELY a return customer. We travel through all the time, so they will be getting our business again!!

Called to check on pricing to install motor mounts on a 2003 Pontiac vibe and the front desk lady was rather short with me. I have the parts and she told me that they don’t install customer parts there, she then proceeded to tell me the reasoning for that before abruptly hanging up the phone. There was no “thanks for calling” “have a nice day” or even a “goodbye” to indicate that the conversation was over. Tsk tsk... how unprofessional and not at all welcoming. If I were the owner I would have some serious concerns. You’re probably missing out on clientele due to your front desk lady’s sour attitude about her job.

Mike is a fantastic guy and he knows what he is doing. I had to have the power steering system replaced on my truck, however I found the price reasonable using a mopar power steering rack. Its worked flawlessly for a year so far and I hope many many more. If your vehicle is down I suggest S&D Auto too anyone who wants a trustworthy mechanic to work on it.(Although it sounds cut and paste, I really mean this. I am not paid to say this, just an extremely satisfied customer voicing my opinion).

Reliable and honest. Our van had been having problems, problems starting up, needing jumped after a single light has been one for 12 hours, and other things that either pointed to a bad alternator, or a bad battery. Weve checked the battery at other locations, and they said it was good. We took it here, and also to replace an air sensor, and they spent the time needed to identify that it was not a bad alternator, but a bad battery, something the other places failed to do. We replaced it and it was running great. They did charge us for every bit of the way, which was a little expensive with all the fact finding they did, but they provided results for every test and explained very well with what went on. If was a good visit.

The best staff! Trustworthy and very personal and hard working. You can take your car in and they will take great care of you and be honest with the work they did.

I highly recommend their services!! They try to find the root cause of the problem instead of just throwing parts at it.. My experience with them has been excellent!!!

Diagnostics are not necessarily free, however, the comfort you get from knowing that knowledgeable staff are taking care of your vehicle is priceless. If something with your vehicle has you worried - get the S & D team to check it out. Appointment recommended.
